Schüco develops high quality PVC-U systems which set new standards in terms of cost-effectiveness when it comes to care, main ten ance and durability. The basis is high quality, environmentally friendly, stabilised PVC-U from which the Schüco PVC-U systems are fabricated. The material is highly resistant to light, weathering and impacts and extremely resistant to deformation even at higher temperatures. The result is that the amount of maintenance required and there fore also the follow-up costs for servicing the Schüco PVC-U systems are reduced to a minimum. The wide variety of fi nishes and profi les fulfi ls all requirements in terms of colour and guarantees a great deal of design and planning freedom. The Schüco colour range features a high level of fl exibility and a wide choice of stock colours. In the standard colour system, 13 design options are offered ex stock and there is also a wide variety of design options for specifi c countries. In addition, over 35 different fi nishes are stocked in production, which are available on an order-specifi c basis with very short delivery times. As of 01.02.2010, all windows and external doors that are marketed within the EU must be certifi ed with the CE mark. The abbreviation CE stands for "Communautés Européennes" (English: European Communities) and indicates that a product conforms to the releveant directives.For windows and doors, the main European guideline is the Construction Products Directive, which is implemented by national laws (Germany: Construction Products Law). The requirements for a construction product are described in the harmonised product standard EN 14351-1.

The CE mark is a type of "passport" and permits a product to be marketed across Europe.The mark demonstrates that the manufacturer's product satisfi es the directives and is approved to be sold within the EU. The CE mark is not conferred, awarded or certifi ed, but rather issued by the manufacturer on their own authority. The company which assembles the product ready for use and determines the key product properties is considered to be the manufacturer. Schüco supports its partners with individual consultancy and by providing documents and templates:

Schüco provides all partners in the cascading procedure with the necessary initial type tests. Time-consuming and expensive tests carried out by the manufacturer are therefore reduced to a minimum or are no longer required at all.

Tutti i calcoli delle aste di comando necessari per i vari tipi di apertura, di carico e le varie dimensioni d’anta vengono eseguiti automati-camente. L’asta di comando così calcolata viene preparata, visualizzata sullo schermo tattile e inserita nella sequenza di montaggio. Il banco viene fornito completo di fresa e avvitatore ad alta frequenza e unità di caricamento; su richiesta è disponibile anche un dispositivo di foratura per le cerniere.

All necessary locking bar calculations for individual opening types, vent sizes and individual resistance classes are carried out automatically. The calculated locking bar is then machined, displayed on the touch screen and expelled as per the assembly process. The fi ttings centre is supplied with a high-frequency milling and screw fi xing unit and feed unit; a drilling unit for the vent hinge is also available.
