A800 4 and A800 4E are the new automatic ring wrapping machines with 4 support legs for wrapping palletized loads with stretch film and waterproof top sheet. They can wrap 130 pallets/hour with an electronic pre-stretch system which can extend the film by up to 300%.The selection of different wrapping cycles to suit the product, operating speed and film savings make the A800 4 and A800 4E wrapping machines highly productive while keeping film usage to a minimum. They are user-friendly and enable optimum programming of the line.

GESTIONE AD ASSI DELLE POSIZIONI DELL’ANELLOLa precisa distribuzione del film sul carico è garantita dalla gestione ad assi dei movimenti di rotazione e salita-discesa dell’anello. L’impostazione dei parametri di lavoro sia in modo locale, tramite il pannello touch-screen, sia mediante la rete dati (es. rete aziendale), permettono di avvolgere i carichi con tutti i cicli desiderati.

INNOVATIVO ANELLO ROTANTE: LEGGERO RESISTENTE E MOLTO VELOCELa rotazione dell’anello attorno al carico palettizzato è combinata con lo scorrimento verticale dell’anello stesso lungo la struttura della macchina. L’anello realizzato con profilo in acciaio calandrato, quindi leggero ma molto resistente, ha un’ elevata velocità di rotazione e grande stabilità (fig. 1). Le ruote su cui scorre l’anello sono rese complanari da una fine lavorazione, rendendo il movimento fluido e riducendo al minimo la rumorosità.

CARRELLO DI PRESTIRO ELETTRONICO PER UN ELEVATO RISPARMIO DI FILM Il carrello di prestiro elettronico (fig. 2) distribuisce il film accelerando e decelerando in corrispondenza delle 4 facce del carico. In questo modo consente un allungamento fino al 300% risparmiando film e rispettando gli angoli del carico.

PERFETTA SIGILLATURA DEL CARICO PALETTIZZATO La copertura ermetica dei pallets si ottiene tramite due spirali di film, una ascendente e l’altra discendente. Tra le due fasi, la posa di un foglio di polietilene (fig. 3) sulla sommità del carico garantisce, insieme agli avvolgimenti laterali, una tenuta stagna perfetta del prodotto. La saldatura finale del film viene eseguita da un dispositivo a temperatura controllata.

DISPOSITIVO DI MESSA IN SICUREZZA DELL’ANELLOTechnowrapp, convinta che i dispositivi di sicurezza non possano essere un optional, ha inserito di serie anche sulla A800 4 e A800 4E i dispositivi di blocco meccanico sul movimento di salita-discesa dell’anello. Nelle operazioni di cambio bobina o di manutenzione, l’anello è assicurato nella sua posizione da quattro dispositivi che si inseriscono all’interno dei montanti della macchina (fig. 4).

AXLE MANAGEMENT OF THE RING POSITIONThe precise distribution of the film on the load is guaranteed by the axle management of the rotation and upward-downward movements of the ring. The setting of the working parameters both in local mode, using the touch-screen panel, and the data transfer via a link (e.g. company network) make it possible to instantly change the parameters for individual loads.

INNOVATIVE ROTATING RING: LIGHT, RESISTANT AND VERY FASTThe rotation of the film carriage around the palletized load is combined with the vertical movement of the ring on the machine frame. The ring, manufactured from calibrated steel profile which is light but very durable, has a high rotation speed and is extremely stable (fig. 1). The wheels which drive the ring are precision engineered so that movements are smooth flowing, keeping noise emission to the absolute minimum.

ELECTRONIC PRE-STRETCH CRADLE FOR MAXIMUM FILM ECONOMY The electronic pre-stretch cradle (fig. 2) distributes the film, accelerating and decelerating in relation to the 4 faces of the load. This method can yield up to 300% film savings while still ensuring the integrity of the load corners.

PERFECT SEALING OF THE PALLETIZED LOADThe hermetic covering of the pallet is obtained using both up and down spiral wraps of film. On completion of the upward movement, a sheet of polyethylene (fig. 3) is placed on the top of the load to guarantee, together with the lateral wraps, the perfect waterproof covering of the product. A hot-wire cutter-clamp device then cuts the film at the end of the cycle.

RING SAFETY DEVICETechnowrapp believe emphatically that safety devices are not optional and have incorporated mechanical block devices on both upward and downward ring movement as standard on the A800 4 and A800 4E. During a reel changeover and maintenance operations, the ring is secured in position by four devices which are inserted inside the machine legs (fig. 4).
