Dal 1987 è riconosciuto come Centro dI moltIplICazIone nell’ambito della Certificazione Nazionale volontaria della fragola, consapevole dell’importanza di fornire ai propri clienti il miglior stato sanitario possibile e l’assoluta certezza genetica del materiale vivaistico, ha costituito campi di piante madri di fragola, con la collaborazione e sotto il rigido controllo del Servizio Fitosanitario della Regione Emilia-Romagna.La produzIone VIVaIstICa è concentrata in gran parte in Emilia-Romagna e, dal 2003, sono stati costituiti vivai per la

produzione di piantine fresche di fragola in Spagna e Polonia al fine di soddisfare le esigenze dei propri clienti. CoVIro has been working hard for many years guaranteeing its nursery products (Virus-free and CAC) to contribute to the quality improving of the fruit-farming market. Since 1987, CoVIro has been recognized as an accredited multIplICatIon Center for the voluntary National Strawberry

Certification program, with the awareness of the importance of furnishing customers a satisfying product, guaranteeing sanitary certainty and ge-netic nursery qualities. CoVIro produces di-rectly strawberry mother plants with the collabora-tion and under the strict inspection of Phytosani-tary Service of Emilia Ro-magna region.

nurserY produCtIon is mostly loca-ted in Emilia Romagna and, since 2003, new nurseries for fresh strawberry plants has been established in Spain and Po-land to satisfy customers requirements. CoVIro, associated with cooperative C.a.V. since 2006, agrees to a plan for the certification of traceability of distribution chain. CoVIro collaborates with several Italian and International Scientific Institutions in the management of experimental fields to evaluate the agronomic and commercial characteristics of new varieties for farmers.

CoVIro ist ein Pflanzenzuchtbe-trieb, der 1978 gegründet wurde.

Wir produzieren und vermarkten zertifizier-tes Baumschulmaterial. CoVIro produziert hauptsächlich erdBeerpflanzen und spargelpflanzen. Ziel von CoVIro ist es, eine qualitative Ver-besserung des Obstanbaus zu gewährlei-sten, indem wir uns dazu verpflichten, un-ser Baumschulmaterial virenfrei und gemäß den Bedingungen der EU-Gemeinschaf-tsvorschriften zu produzieren. Seit 1987 ist CoVIro im Rahmen des nationalen freiwil-ligen Zeritifizierungssystems für Erdbeeren in Italien als forsCHungszentrum für fortpflanzung anerkannt. Damit wir unseren Kunden Pflanzen in

ausgezeichnetem Zustand liefern und für die höchste genetische Qualität unseres Baumschulmaterials garantieren können, wurden eigens Felder mit Erdbeer-Mut-terpflanzen angelegt, die regelmäßig durch den Phytosanitärdienst der Region Emilia-Romagna streng kontrolliert werden. Unsere BaumsCHulen befinden sich

hauptsächlich in der Emilia-Romagna. Seit 2003 unterhalten wir auch in Spanien und Polen Baumschulen für den Anbau von Erdbeerpflanzen, um den Wünschen unserer Kunden nachzukommen. CoVI-ro, Gründungsgesellschafter des C.a.V. (Centro Attività Vivaistiche - Baumschu-lenzentrum), beteiligt sich seit 2006 an dem Projekt für die Zertifizierung der Pro-duktionskette. CoVIro arbeitet mit verschiedenen natio-nalen und internationalen Wissenschafts- und Forschungseinrichtungen zusammen, um neue Sorten und ihre agronomischen und kommerziellen Merkmale für die lan-dwirtschaftlichen Erzeuger zu erforschen und zu beurteilen.

Im traditionellen Anbau werden diese Pflan-zen am häufigsten verwendet. Frigopflan-zen werden in überwiegend sandigen Böden angebaut, die vorher sterilisiert wur-den. Die im Frühling angebauten Pflanzen werden nach einem acht- bis neunmonati-gen Vegetationszyklus für den Winter gero-det. Nach einer sorgfältigen Auswahl wer-den die Pflanzen bei einer Temperatur von -2° eingelagert, bis sie wieder gepflanzt werden. Fresh bare root plants are produced in spe-cialized nurseries on high soils (Spain) or in Central Europe (Poland), where the cold and early autumn, which starts in October, deter-mines an early interruption of plant’s vegeta-tive activity. That process makes possible the planting of roots outside and the subsequent plantation directly in the soil few days later. Fresh plants are able to produce 2-3 months after being planted, guaranteeing a long-la-sting production and quality fruits. This kind of plants are suitable for Mediterranean warm areas only.

Unsere wurzelnackten Grünpflanzen wer-den in speziellen Baumschulen im Hochland (Spanien) oder in Mitteleuoropa (Polen) an-gepflanzt, wo das Wachstum der Pflanzen durch den kalten und frühen Herbst Anfang Oktober unterbrochen wird, sodass die-se gerodet und wenige Tage später direkt auf dem Feld angepflanzt werden können. Diese Pflanzen liefern 2-3 Monate nach der Anpflanzung den ersten Ertrag, wobei die Produktion sich über einen langen Zeitraum erstreckt und die Früchte von sehr guter Qualität sind. Diese Pflanzen eignen sich für warme, südliche Regionen des Mittelmeers.

tive to deep-frozen plants, but only for much vigorous varieties for early production. The stolons’ tips are collected from the nursery and put in specific styrofoam boxes to start the process of rooting. Plug plants are used to anticipate a little bit the ripening com-pared to cold stored plant and to increase the gradualness in harvest phase. Planting period is August (Continental climate) and September/October (warm Mediterranean climate). These plants are produced only if previously reserved.

Diese Pflanzen werden als Alternative zu Frigopflanzen nur bei sehr starkwüchsigen Sorten verwendet. Die Spitzen der Ausläu-fer werden entfernt und in Styropor-Behälter gepflanzt. Diese Pflanzen werden verwen-det, um eine etwas frühere Reifezeit als die Frigopflanzen zu haben und eine abgestuf-te Erntezeit zu erreichen. Die Pflanzzeit ist im August (kontinentales Klima) und Sep-tember/Oktober (warmes Mittelmeerklima). Nur mit Vorbestellung erhältlich.

Il frutto è di forma conica, regolare, di colore rosso brillan-te; la polpa è dura con una buona shelf-life. Si adatta bene alla coltura in suolo e fuori suolo con l’utilizzo di piante frigoconservate e/o cime radicate.

New day-neutral variety from University of Ca-lifornia. The plant is very strong, rustic. The productive is good, more than Albion, San An-dreas and similar to Portola. Pertanto, l’acquirente, con la sottoscrizione del presente documento, si impegna ad utilizzare le piante acquistate dal Coviro esclu-sivamente per il proprio impianto, a non moltiplicare, a non cedere a terzi, per qualsiasi titolo o ragione stoloni o parti di piante; 9) FORO COMPE-TENTE: per tutte le controversie che dovessero eventualmente sorgere in merito all’interpretazione e/o all’esecuzione del presente documento sarà competente, in via esclusiva, il Foro di Ravenna, qualunque sia il luogo di vendita, di consegna o di pagamento della merce.

DELIVERY TIME: delivery time is subject to variations depending on wea-ther conditions, hence independent to our will.3) CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND SB’S CONTROL: Bad weather conditions like hail or freeze, plants diseases, cold storage problems beyond Covi-ro’s control or other unpredictable causes which prevent a normal harvest of nursery must be considered “beyond sb’s control” and it relieves Co-viro of every responsibility. 4) ROOTING GUARANTEE: Coviro does not guarantee plants rooting, hence it depends on circumstances beyond sb’s control. 5) PAYMENT: Payments has to be made at Coviro’s within 30 (thirty) days from delivery of goods, except for what previously agreed. Possible delays will be subjected to fee as article 5 Italian law 231/2002. 6) CLAIMS: Possible claims about quality of goods ha sto be done at Coviro’s once received the goods. In other case, Coviro considers the acceptance of goods. In any case, Coviro will not consider the claim if the client do not keep the card which certify the provenience and variety of goods. 7) LIMITATION OF REFUND: If deficiencies of goods are attributed to Coviro, the required refund for reimbursement will never exceed the total price of goods. 8) PROTECTED VARIETIES: Every variety is under patent right, registered Coviro. The varieties cannot be breed nor sold without previous permission. Every customer must guarantee that the using of plants will be limited to his soil and that he will not breed nor sell or give away stolon or plants. 9) COURT: For every controversy about the understanding or the execution of this document there exclusively will be Ravenna’s court, whether it will be the destination of goods.

allgemeIne gesCHÄftsBedIngungen:1) PREISE: Die Preise verstehen sich frei ab Werk, ohne Mehrwert-

steuer; 2) LIEFERZEIT: Die Lieferzeit ist vom Wetter abhängig und kann sich jederzeit ändern, die angegebene Lieferzeit ist nur approximativ; 3) HÖHERE GEWALT: Naturereignisse wie z. B. Hagelschauer und Frost, Pflanzenkrankheiten, Probleme bei der Frigo-Konservierung, die unabhän-gig von Coviro sind, oder andere unvorhersehbare Ursachen, welche die normale Ernte verhindern, gelten als „höhere Gewalt“. In solchen Fällen ist Coviro von jeder Lieferpflicht befreit; 4) GARANTIE DES EINWURZELNS: Coviro kann nicht garantieren, dass die Pflanzen einwurzeln, denn dies ist von unkontrollierbaren Faktoren abhängig; 5) ZAHLUNGEN: Zahlun-gen müssen bei Coviro innerhalb von 30 (dreißig) Tagen ab Lieferung eingehen, außer wenn anders vereinbart, und gemäß der vereinbarten Zahlungsmethode; bei Zahlungsverspätungen werden Verzugszinsen be-rechnet gemäß Art. 5 Rechtsverordnung 231/2002; 6) BESCHWERDEN: Eventuelle Beschwerden und/oder Beanstandungen müssen bei Coviro gleichzeitig mit Annahme der Lieferung eingereicht werden, sonst werden die Waren als angenommen verstanden; in jedem Fall wird Coviro keine Beschwerde berücksichtigen, wenn der Kunde keine Etiketten mit Angabe der Sorte und Herkunft der Waren aufbewahrt hat; 7) EINSCHRÄNKUNG DER ENTSCHÄDIGUNG: Im Fall der Feststellung von Mängeln oder De-fekten der Waren, die auf Coviro zurückzuführen sind, kann die vom Kun-den verlangte Entschädigung nicht höher als der Wert der gelieferten Wa-ren sein; 8) GESCHÜTZE SORTEN: Alle Sorten, die durch ein Patent oder eine eingetragene Marke geschützt sind und von Coviro verkauft werden, dürfen nicht ohne vorherige schriftliche Erlaubnis von Coviro vervielfältigt oder verkauft werden. Daher verpflichtet sich der Kunde beim Untersch-reiben dieses Dokuments dazu, die von Coviro gekauften Pflanzen nur für den eigenen Anbau zu verwenden und diese Pflanzen, Teile oder Ausläu-fer dieser Pflanzen nicht zu vervielfältigen oder an Dritte weiterzugeben; 9) ZUSTÄNDIGER GERICHTSHOF: Für alle Streitfälle, welche die Auslegung oder Umsetzung dieses Dokuments betreffen, ist ausschließlich der Ge-richtshof in Ravenna zuständig, unabhängig von dem Ort des Verkaufs, der Lieferung oder der Zahlung der Waren.
