a. Excessive shoulder slope… see diagram.

b. Reduce sleeve cap width 1/4" on back only… see diagram.

a. There are "broken stitches" in the pkt bag of outside pkt on WRS…see photo.

b. Waist draw cord on WLS has combo thread attached at the end. See photo.

Pls remove for bulk.

c. Main label is set on WLS which is incorrect. See photo.

d. Setting of sleeve patch & pencil pkt is poor. See photo.

e. Setting of zipper at hood / neckline is uneven. See photo.

Hood / neckline needs to be set 1/8" away from each side of zipper teeth.

b. Add 3/4" deep gusset to upper and lower corners of sleeve patch pocket. See photo.

c. Noted diamond quilt was substituted due to fty closing.

Follow onion quilting detail for BULK as per TP.

d. Zipper & zipper pulls s/b YKK. See BOM.

e. Herringbone tape @ CF zipper setting & CB seam on hood lining s/b nylon. See BOM.

f. Interior welt pocket s/b fused.

a. Zipper pull needs to be on wearer's right side. See photos. Pls order correct zipper for BULK.

b. Bottom corner of LF placket is square.

Top / bottom corners of LF placket should be rounded for BULK…see photo.

c. Eliminate plastic tips from ends of draw cords. Draw cord ends s/b knotted only. See photo.

Draw cord s/b cotton. See BOM.

d. WL inside pocket bag > increase width 2" / decrease length 1".

5. Pls follow REVISED spec to make TOP in M.M.M.M.
