Master 850 e Master 1200 sono i nuovi centri di lavoro Intermac dedicati alla lavorazione di blocchi di pietra e colonne.

Con questa generazione di macchine Intermac si propone di riempire un vuoto nella sua offerta, estendendo il raggio di azione della pro-pria tecnologia anche al di là del lastrame, verso gli spessori più alti. Una nicchia che offre a chi vi opera un buon livello di marginalità e che ha bisogno di strumenti di lavoro affidabili e di alta qualità. Un’e-sigenza a cui Master 850-1200 risponde in maniera puntuale grazie alla solida testa operatrice hi-tech a 5 assi in grado di eseguire dalle lavorazioni più complesse (fontane, monumenti, vasche, corrimani e capitelli) fino ai top da cucina. L’opzionale tornio amplia la gamma delle lavorazioni fino ad includere colonne e statue di elevata complessità.

A completare la validità dell’offerta, il software sviluppato interna-mente da Intermac guida l’utilizzatore in maniera intuitiva anche nella realizzazione delle geometrie più complesse.

Master 850 and Master 1200 are the new Intermac work centres dedicated to the machining of stone blocks.

With this new generation of machines Intermac’s aim is to fill a gap in its product offer, expanding the application of its technology beyond the stone slabs transformation towards higher thicknesses. This is a numerically smaller niche, which offers good profits and that requires reliable and high quality work tools. Master 850-1200 answers to the needs of this niche with a sturdy hi-tech 5 axes head that can execute from the most complex machining (fountains, mo-numents, bath tubs, handrails and column capitals) to kitchen tops. The optional lathe widens the range of possible machining up to in-clude also columns and statues with a high degree of complexity.

To complete the quality of the product the new bSolid software, to-tally developed inside Intermac, it will easily guide the machine opera-tor in the realization of the most complex shapes.

Disco sega (opz.)Queste macchine possono essere equipaggiate con uno o due dischi di diametro da 625 mm (Master 850) e 1000 mm (Master 1200) per le operazioni di taglio, rastrematura, profilatura, svuotatura, sagomatura. L’operazione di cambio del disco completamente auto-matizzata e sicura e la presenza del disco non limita in nessun modo l’area di lavoro.Saw blade disk (opt.)These machines can be equipped with a saw disk of 625 mm (Ma-ster 850) and 1000 mm (Master 1200) diameter, for the execution of cuts, profiling, emptying, shapingThe disk change is totally automated and safe and the use of saw blade does not reduce or limit the work area in any way.

Tornio per colonneLa macchina può essere equipaggiata con un tornio inter-polato (o a velocità fissa) controllato dal CN della macchina per la realizzazione di colonne (incise, coniche o con canali elicoidali), vasi e monumenti. La struttura è in acciaio elet-trosaldato. Inoltre è presente un sistema di lubrificazione automatico e centralizzato per guide e cremagliere.Lathe for columnsThe machine can be equipped with an interpolating (or fixed speed) lathe driven by the centre’s numerical control for the execution of columns (carved, conical or with helical grooves), pots and monuments. The frame is in electro-welded steel. Moreover the lathe has a centralized auto-matic lubrication system for guides and racks.

Magazzino utensili per macchina con tornioIl magazzino utensili per la macchina in versione tornio si trova lateralmente e il suo movimento basculante gli permette di essere sempre sotto il livello del piano e non limitare le lavorazioni. La capacità del magazzino è di 11+11 utensili per Master 850 e 10+10 per Master 1200.

Tool change for a machine equipped with latheThe tool change for machines equipped with lathe is placed by the side of the work area and has a tilting movement that places the tool change under the level of the work table during the machining to prevent a limi-tation in the movements of the operating head. The tool change has a capacity of 11+11 tools for Master 850 and 10+10 for Master 1200.

Interfaccia operatore La nuova interfaccia operatore in ambiente Windows è semplice ed intuitiva e permette di impostare la distinta di lavorazione in maniera utile a garantire l’ottimizzazione relativa al posizionamento dei pezzi da lavorare. L’interfaccia operatore permette inoltre di accedere in maniera rapida e semplice ai vari programmi presenti sull’unità di governo, quali ad esempio la gestione delle origini, la gestione degli utensili e la statistica di produzione giornaliera utile al calcolo della produttività della macchina.L’interfaccia operatore si integra totalmente con i programmi di disegno e di programma-zione lavoro quali ICam, con vari programmi applicativi che possono essere installati diretta-mente sul PC a bordo macchina. Di massima importanza la possibilitàdi eseguire in tempo mascherato sul PC a bordo macchina la programmazione delle lavorazioni e la personalizza-zione relativa a parametri di utensili e di dati macchina mentre la macchina è in lavorazione, annullando totalmente i tempi di attesa.

Operator interfaceThe new operator interface in Windows is simple and user friendly. It commences the pro-cessing schedule in order to grant the positioning optimisation of the pieces to be processed. The operator interface also allows to quickly and simply enter the various programs which are in the control unit, such as the origin management, the tools management and the daily production statistics which can be useful to calculate the machine’s productivity. The opera-tor interface is completely integrated with the drawing and programming softwares such as ICam, with the various application softwares that can be installed on the PC on board of the machine. Extremely important is the possibilityto perform the processing, programming and the per-sonalization of tools parameters and machine’s data while the work centre is working, totally avoiding passive time.

Controllo numerico su base PC IWNC (Intermac Windows Numerical Control)Le macchine sono gestite tramite controllo numerico IWNC di sviluppo interno Intermac integrato su Personal Computer com-merciale con interfaccia Windows. L’utilizzo di un PC con sistema operativo Windows garantisce un approccio estremamente facile ed intuitivo nell’utilizzo da parte dell’operatore e la totale connetti-vità con i sistemi di rete e con i supporti ottici/magnetici reperibili sul mercato. Il PC fornito è completo di DVD-ROM e scheda di rete, monitor a colori da 19” e sistema operativo Windows. Il PC è dotato della modalità teleservice per effettuare diagnostiche remotate ed aggiornamenti/modifiche al software tramite linea te-lefonica. E’ possibile collegare al PC una webcam per memorizzare e trasmettere in tempo reale al Service immagini istantanee di alcuni particolari della macchina.

PC based numerical control IWNC (Intermac Windows Numerical Control) The Genius 37-61 CT also incorporates something completely new in the field of cutting tables: the IWNC numerical control inte-grated in a commercial personal computer operating a Windows interface.The use of a PC with Windows operating system is extremely simple and intuitive for the operator and provides full connectivity with commercially available network systems and optical/magnetic supports. The PC is supplied complete with DVD-ROM drive and network card, 19” colour monitor and Windows operating system. The PC modem and teleservice software enable remote diagno-stics and software updating/modification through the use of a te-lephone line. It’s possible to connect a webcam to the PC, to save and transmit in real time instant images of some details of the machine to the Service Department.

5-axis machiningFeaturing one of the most powerful computing engines in the world of 5-axis machining, bSolid allows to work with several tools where the smallest ones will be employed on the details of the project and to execute continuous trajectories with spiral machinings and automatically work undersquare.Integrated tools allow to simulate and verify the final result of the project, even before you realize it on the machine.- Verify the data on the actual tool paths;- Handle, measure and modify the construction of the finished piece;- Perform all tests or manipulations before carrying out the physical realization of the piece.
