We created, as Lead Partner/Proposer, our own Conto Formazione Aggregato (Aggregated Train-ing Account). This is the instrument promoted by FONARCOM (an interprofessional fund for contin-uous training) thanks to which a group of member companies that need to train their employees can directly make use of 80% of the social security contri-bution of 0.30% calculated on the employees’ salary which must be paid to INPS (the Italian National So-cial Security Agency).The deposits collected in the Aggregated Training Account are available for us to use flexibly in order to finance training for the companies’ employees thanks to the support of DELMOFORM, our partner of choice.
