Most people are awere of the importance of a healthy lifestyle. In general, a healty person doesn't smoke, doesn't take spirits, controls his/her weight, eats healthy food and takes exercise. On the other the consumerist society can create problems relating to diet and food: anorexia and bulimia are on the increase. Smoking is on the decline because on the anti-smoking campaign associating it to lung cancer and heart disease. Jogging or going to fitness centres is very important because most people sit in front of the computer for long hours and need physical exercice. Spirits and drugs like heroin and cocaine are potential killers but are growing in popularity among teenagers.

DO Take daily exercise Follow the Mediterranean diet

and you will be in the best of health

The reason why smoking is so popular among teenagers Who do teenagers start smoking? desire to be accepted. Teenagers start smoking because their

friends smoke. Because they want do what they can't do. Desire to be similar to adults. They want too look.  They generally start smoking between the age 13 and 18.  There is a difference to adults mind and the teenagers. -Teenage way of thinking: most of my friends  -Adults way of thinking: even if my friends smoke, I don't want

really care.

Young Smokers

The real problem is that smoking causes addiction and adult smokers really want want to quit because smoking is one of the main causes of lung lancer. They also realize how difficult it is to stop. 

In conclusion, if you start smoking as a teenager you risk adopting an addictive habit that is unwanted, unhealthy and expansive.
