Produciamo tubazioni standard e tubazioni temprate utilizzando rispettivamente acciaio S355 (ST52) e acciaio HB400. La realizzazione delle tubazioni avviene attraverso un processo automatizzato, garantendo uniformità alla saldatura.

We manufacture standard or hardened pipelines, using S355 (ST52) steel or HB400 steel respectively. Our pipelines are manufactured using a mechanized production process, which secures a solid and uniform welding.

We manufacture hopper exit bends and reducers interchangeable with the most common brands in the market (Cifa, Putzmeister, Schwing, Sermac). These parts have a high content of manganese and chrome as well as increased thickness, in order to make them more wear resistant and optimize the outcome.

Le curve fuse Vega hanno un’alta percentuale di manganese e cromo che permettono al materiale di aumentare la propria durezza durante l’utilizzo, da 200 HB a oltre 500 HB. Le curve hanno spessori maggiori nei punti più soggetti a usura. La tornitura esterna dell’anello aumenta la durata della guarnizione di tenuta.

Vega cast bends have a high content of manganese and chrome, that increases the material hardness from 200 HB to more than 500 HB. Our cast bends are thicker in the most critical points. The external fi nishing of the collar increases the life service of the sealing gasket.

Come rendere il pompaggio del calcestruzzo sicuroLa ricerca di nuovi prodotti avviene con una particolare attenzione alla sicurezza negli ambienti di lavoro. In quest’ottica RM ha realizzato la curva frangigetto in poliuretano, polimero che negli ultimi anni viene sempre più impiegato nel settore dell’edilizia. La curva frangigetto, installata alla fi ne del tubo terminale in gomma attraverso un giunto di accoppiamento, rende il fl usso del calcestruzzo in uscita costante e riduce il rischio di infortunio dell’operatore durante il pompaggio.

How to make concrete pumping operations saferOur search for new products is made with special focus on the safety of the work environments. By that reasoning, RM just designed its new brake bend made of polyurethane. This material is used more and more in the construction industry. This brake bend is mounted at the end of the rubber hose through a coupling. It allows the concrete to fl ow smoothly out of the hose and reduces the risk of injury for the worker when pumping the concrete.

TUBI IN GOMMA RUBBER HOSES

Standard

I tubi in gomma Vega sono realizzati con una gomma speciale resistente all’abrasione, con raccordi in acciaio temprato ed hanno una pressione d’esercizio di 100 bar. Le quattro maglie d’acciaio presenti al suo interno rendono il tubo più resistente sia alla pressione che allo schiacciamento. Su richiesta del cliente, siamo in grado di produrre tubi in gomma di lunghezze e raccordi diversi.

Conici

Tubo in gomma caratterizzato da due differenti diametri alle sue estremità: da DN100 a DN125. La differenza dei due diametri permette l’applicazione su macchine con tubazione da 125 mm consentendo di effettuare getti di calcestruzzo in casseformi di dimensioni più piccole. Con questo tipo di tubo si facilita il getto riducendo la dimensione senza dover applicare pesanti e rigide riduzioni in acciaio, mantenendo la maneggevolezza del tubo in gomma.

Antifrusta

La ricerca di nuovi prodotti avviene nel rispetto delle normative vigenti con particolare attenzione alla sicurezza sul lavoro. Da questa analisi abbiamo deciso di implementare la gamma tubi in gomma fornendo anche il Tubo Antifrusta. I tubi antifrusta Vega sono realizzati con rinforzi tessili e gomma speciali resistenti all’abrasione e agli agenti atmosferici.

Standard

Vega rubber hoses are manufactured using a special rubber with high abrasion resistance, collars made of hardened steel and they have a working pressure of 100 bar. Our hoses are reinforced by four layers of steel, in order to make them more resistant to pressure and crushing. We can manufacture hoses with different lengths and collars upon request.

Conical

We manufacture a special type of rubber hose, with two different diameters on the two ends: 100 mm and 125 mm. They can be used in 125 mm machines and pour the concrete in formworks of smaller dimensions. With this hose, the concrete throw is easier and there is no need for big and heavy steel reducers. This way, the dimension is made smaller but the handiness is intact.

Anti-Whip

Our research for new products is always safety-oriented and is made in compliance with the law. From these analyses, RM decided to add a new product to its rubber hoses range: the Anti-Whip Hose. Our Vega anti-whip hoses are made of special textile plies and special rubber, abrasion and weathering resistant.

Giunti di produzione italiana di altissima qualità ed elevate prestazioni meccaniche. Produciamo giunti per sistema metrico, sistema HD e sistema conico, nelle versioni: a leva fi ssa, a leva registrabile, a un bullone, a due bulloni e con cuneo di bloccaggio. Produciamo giunti con pressione d’esercizio da 85 Bar a 150 Bar. L’innovazione e la nostra tecnologia ci hanno permesso di produrre il giunto in alluminio da 5”1/2, coniugando leggerezza e resistenza: peso 2,4 kg e pressione d’esercizio 110 Bar.

Premium quality couplings, with great mechanical performances, 100% Italian production. We manufacture couplings for the most common systems: metric (SK), HD and conical. They are available in different versions: fi xed lever, adjustable lever, one bolt, two-bolt, with or without locking nut and grease nipple. Working pressure goes from 85 bar up to 150 bar. Our research and development led us to produce a 5”1/2 aluminum coupling: it combines lightness and resistance, weighs 2,4 kg and its working pressure is 110 bar.

Per la movimentazione del tubo terminale in gomma e per evitare intralci causati da eventuali parti spigolose e reti metalliche durante l’utilizzo, consigliamo il fondello per gommone. Disponibile, oltre al modello standard, l’innovativo modello di nostra creazione caratterizzato dal giunto di sostegno che garantisce un fi ssaggio ottimale del tubo in gomma al fondello.

The hose placing disk is a useful tool to move the rubber hose and to prevent damage caused by sharp-cornered parts and metal wires. Available in two different versions: the standard model, where the hose is put inside the support disk, and a new model we designed, where the hose is fi xed into a support coupling. This way, the hose is perfectly fi xed inside the disk.

We manufacture pipe supports for 100 mm and 125 mm placing booms, also available for wall fi xing, standard and angular (right or left).

SCAMBIATORE IDRAULICO HYDRAULIC DIVERTER

Per tubazioni DN125, deviatore di fl usso a due vie idraulico caratterizzato da estrema facilità di utilizzo grazie all’ausilio del cilindro oleodinamico che consente di deviare il fl usso del calcestruzzo al comando dell’operatore. Il deviatore idraulico Vega, a differenza dei prodotti normalmente disponibili sul mercato, è dotato di una paletta interna rivestita in poliuretano antiusura (accorgimento che consente una maggior durata della paletta più soggetta a usura).

We manufacture 2-ways hydraulic fl ow diverter, available for 125 mm pipelines. It’s very easy to utilize, since the hydraulic cylinder allows to divert the fl ow of concrete when the operator wants to. Our hydraulic diverter, unlike the other diverters on the market, is equipped with an internal plate covered in wear resistant polyurethane. This device makes the internal plate more resistant and the overall performance is better, since the plate is the most critical part of the diverter.

The Vega hydraulic shut-off valve is the result of a growing synergy among sales, marketing and production departments. This valve stops the concrete fl ow and it’s mainly used on ground pipelines and tunneling systems. Available for 125 mm pipe diameter, with all types of fl anges.

Piastre d’appoggio per piedi stabilizzatori. Tutti i modelli sono dotati di maniglia per facilitarne la movimentazione e il posizionamento. Possiamo produrre su misura qualsiasi tipo di piastra sia in PEHD rigenerato per applicazioni standard che in PEHD vergine per carichi superiori ai 25.000 kg con spessori superiori a 70 mm. Altre taglie disponibili su richiesta.

Stabilization plates for concrete pumps. All models are equipped with a handle to make movement and placement easier. We can produce plates of any kind of dimensions, both in regenerated PEHD, for standard applications, and in virgin PEHD, for loads bigger than 25.000 kg, thicker than 70 mm. More sizes are available upon request.

Pistons are the core of the machine along with the delivery barrel and S-valve. Our pistons are manufactured using a special rubber blend. This way, they can withstand even the heaviest of duties. We keep in stock interchangeable pistons for the most common brands in the market: Cifa, Putzmeister, Schwing, Sermac.

CANNE CROMATE CHROME DELIVERY BARRELS

Siamo in grado di produrre canne di pompaggio su specifi ci disegni del cliente. Grazie al costante monitoraggio di tutte le fasi di lavorazione riusciamo a garantire un prodotto di altissima qualità con spessore di cromo costante su tutta la lunghezza della canna.

We supply chromed delivery barrels. Customized delivery barrels based on our customers’ drawings are also available on demand. Thanks to our constant monitoring during all the production steps, we can manufacture a high-quality product, with chrome plating on all the barrel surface.
