Abbiamo un solo fornitore: il legno!Fin dal 1976, la nostra scelta è ben precisa: utilizziamo, per la realizzazione dei nostri mobili, solo legno massello di abete pro-veniente da zone selezionate del salisbur-ghese e della Scandinavia. Costruiamo tutti i componenti e i prodotti nella fabbrica di Bosco Chiesanuova - VR - e quindi il nostro lavoro è perfetta espressione del “made in Italy”. La nostra produzione esclusivamente interna garantisce un più attento controllo della qualità, un’attenzione particolare ai dettagli, una costanza nella tonalità delle fi niture. Producendo tutto “in casa”, riusciamo a soddisfare il cliente, anche il più esigente, con diverse lavorazioni su misura, unendo alla cura artigianale, un servizio quasi “sartoriale “. We have just one supplier: wood!Since 1976, our choice has always been clear: to make our furniture we use only solid spruce wood sourced from selected areas, around Salzburg and in Scandinavia.We make all our furniture parts and products in our factory in Bosco Chiesanuova, Verona, which is why our work fully represents all-Italian, Made in Italy expertise. Our exclusive, in-house production ensures more accurate quality control, better attention to detail and consistency in terms of shades and fi nishes. By producing all our furniture by ourselves we are able to satisfy even the most deman-ding of our customers with lots of made-to-measure pieces which, paired with the care typical of handmade products, deliver an almost bespoke service. Moreover, to offer the peace of mind only natural products can ensure, we have chosen to work exclusively with water-based varnishes. Sono conformi alle normative vigenti per quanto riguarda le emissioni in atmosfera in fase di verniciatura del prodotto. A richiesta, le vernici possono essere conformi alla normativa per la finitura dei giocattoli dei bambini (normativa europea EN 71-3). Alcune finiture sono spazzolate. La spazzolatura consiste in una lavorazione che porta in evidenza la venatura del legno. Viene eseguita su tutte le parti esterne, profili compresi. I mobili possono subire nel tempo variazioni cromatiche di lieve entità essendo il legno stesso materiale naturale fotosensibile.All available finishes are produced using water-based eco-friendly paints and varnishes that are non-toxic to humans and the environment, made from natural components that enhance the beauty of the wood, while also giving it excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance along with good UV stability. They meet current standards on emissions into the atmosphere during product coating. On request, these varnishes and paints can comply with the standard for coatings used to finish children’s toys (European standard EN 71-3). Some finishes are brushed. Brushing is a special process that brings out the wood’s grain. It is carried out on all exterior parts, including edges.
