Giovanni ve Monica yeryüzündeki en farklı iki insan. Giovanni sosyal entegrasyon üzerine

çalışmalar yapan ve Roma’nın şehir merkezinde yaşayan bir entellektüel. Monica ise her

gün banliyönün etnik karmaşası ve sorunlu ortamı ile boğuşan eski bir süpermarket

kasiyeri. On iki yaşındaki çocukları bir araya gelmeseydi belki asla karşılaşmayacaklardı. Bu

ikisinin artık ortak bir amacı var, o da en fazla “otobandaki kedinin ömrü kadar” az şansa

sahip bu ilişkiyi sona erdirmek! Ama işler beklendiği gibi gitmeyecek…

Giovanni e Monica sono le persone più diverse al mondo. Giovanni è un intellettuale

impegnato e profeta dell’integrazione sociale che vive nel centro di Roma. Monica è un

ex-cassiera di un supermercato che si occupa quotidianamente del difficile ambiente

multiculturale del quartiere periferico. Se i loro figli dodicenni non si fossero uniti, forse

non si sarebbero mai incontrati. I due protagonisti hanno uno scopo in comune: porre fine

alla relazione tra i loro figli che ha tanta fortuna quanto quella di un gatto in tangenziale!

Ma qualcosa cambiera tra di loro….

not get together. The two of them have a common goal: the relationship between their

kids, which has the life expectations of a cat on a highway, must come to an end! Until

Film, güzel olduğu kadar zorlu bir şehir de olan Roma ve çevre bölgelerinde yaşayan iki genç kadın arasındaki dostluğu konu alıyor. Hayatlarında çok farklı seçimler yapmış iki kadın: Eli’nin dört çocuğu, işsiz bir eşi ve evine çok uzakta bir işi vardır. Vale ise yalnız yaşayan bir dansçıdır ve hayatını gece kulüplerinde çalışarak kazanmaktadır. Birbirlerine kızkardeş sevgisiyle derinden bağlı bu iki kadının hayatı görünüşte çok farklı olsa da, gerçekte aynı madalyonun iki yüzü gibidirler. Ancak karşılıklı dayanışma, yaşamlarının maddi zorluklarını hafifletmek için her zaman yeterli olmamaktadır.

L’amicizia tra due giovani donne in una citta bella e dura come Roma e il suo immenso interland. Due donne che hanno fatto scelte molto diverse nella vita: Eli ha quattro figli, un marito disoccupato e un lavoro difficile da raggiungere; Vale invece è sola, è una danzatrice e performer, e trae sostentamento dal lavoro nelle discoteche. Legate da un affetto profondo, da una vera e propria sorellanza, le due donne sono mondi solo apparentemente diversi, in realta sono due facce della stessa medaglia, ma la solidarieta reciproca non sempre basta a lenire le difficolta materiali della loro vita.

A friendship between two young women in a city as beautiful and tough as Rome and its vast hinterland. Eli and Vale have chosen very different paths in life: Eli has four children, an unemployed husband and a job with an almost impossible commute. Vale is single, a dancer and performer and makes ends meet by working in clubs. Tied by a profound emotional bond of true sisterhood, the two women’s lives are only seemingly different. They are two sides of the same coin, but their mutual solidarity isn’t always enough to lighten the load of their difficult circumstances.

Ancak filmde bundan daha fazlası var: her olayın inanılmaz derecede önemli olduğu, her heyecanın doruklarda yaşandığı, gelecek ve geçmişin önemsenmeyip, yalnızca şimdiki zamanın önemli olduğu, hayatımızın ergenlik adı verilen o çok özel dönemine dair bir aşk ve dostluk hikayesi.

“Succede” è l’intenso diario delle emozioni e dei sentimenti di Margherita e delle sue amiche, quattro adolescenti che condividono tutto: alba a Milano, pensilina sul tetto, sneakers blu, camicia di jeans, musica nelle orecchie, scuola e primi baci. “A Casa Tutti Bene” ruota attorno a una famiglia che si riunisce per celebrare il 50° anniversario di matrimonio dei genitori anziani, Pietro e Alba, nella piccola isola di Ischia in Italia. Una violenta tempesta colpisce l’isola, costringendo l’intera famiglia a vivere sotto lo stesso tetto per due giorni e due notti, portando tutti a ripassare vecchi conflitti irrisolti e condividere dubbi sul futuro. Muccino dice che “Questo film parla di tutto: la vita, la nostra esistenza, di quanto sia difficile vivere con chiunque, dal tuo partner ai tuoi figli e infine i tuoi genitori”.

“There is No Place Like Home” revolves around a family which gathers to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary of their two elderly parents, Pietro and Alba, on the small island of Ischia in Italy. A violent storm hits the island, forcing the entire family to live under the same roof for two days and two nights, leading them to rehash old, unresolved conflicts and share doubts about the future.
