POSA IN DOPPIO STRATOLAYING A DOUBLE-LAYER

FONOSTOP DUO + FONOSTOP DUOPrimo strato - First layer

Nel caso di FONOSTOP DUO in doppio strato il primo strato verrà posato “alla rovescia”, con la faccia bianca rivolta verso l’alto sormontando longitudinalmente i fogli lungo l’apposita fascia di sormonto e accostando accuratamente le teste dei teli evitando di sovrapporle.Le linee di accostamento e sormonto non vanno sigillate e i teli verranno rifilati al piede delle parti verticali.

For FONOSTOP DUO, in a double layer, lay the first layer upside down, with the white face turned up, overlapping the sheets longitudinally along the overlap-strip and carefully bring near the cloth ends without any overlapping. Do not seal the approach and overlap lines and trim the cloths at the foot of the vertical parts.

Secondo strato - Second layerI fogli del secondo strato verranno posati con la faccia bianca rivolta verso il basso parallelamente ai fogli del primo strato e a cavallo delle linee di accostamento di questi.I teli, sormontati longitudinalmente lungo l’apposita fascia di sormonto, nel senso trasversale verranno accuratamente accoppiati testa a testa senza sormonti e verranno rifilati al piede delle delle parti verticali.Successivamente si sigillano le sovrapposizioni e le linee di accostamento con l’apposito nastro adesivo.Le successive fasi operative sono le stesse indicate per la posa in monostrato.

Lay the sheets of the second layer with the white face turned down parallel to the sheets of the first layer and across the sheet approach lines.At this point the cloths are overlapped crosswise along the appropriate overlap strip. Carefully couple them head-to-head without any overlaps and trim them at the foot of the vertical parts. Next, seal the overlaps and the approach lines with adhesive tape. The subsequent work stages are the same as those for single-layer laying.

FONOSTOP TRIO + FONOSTOP DUOPrimo strato - First layer

Nel caso di posa combinata con FONOSTOP TRIO+FONOSTOP DUO il primo strato sarà costituito da FONOSTOP TRIO dotato di tessuto non tessuto bianco su entrambe le facce e provvisto di due cimose di sormonto contrapposte. I teli verranno posati sul piano di posa somontandoli longitudinalmente lungo le apposite fasce di sovrapposizione mentre le teste dei teli verranno accostate con cura evitando di sovrapporle. I teli verranno rifilati al piede delle parti verticali e le linee di sormonto e accostamento non vanno sigillate.

For combined laying with FONOSTOP TRIO+FONOSTOP DUO, the first layer consists of FONOSTOP TRIO: this has white non-woven fabric on both faces and two facing overlap edges. Lay the cloths on the laying surface, overlapping them longitudinally along the overlap faces. Carefully bring near the cloth ends without any overlapping. Trim the cloths at the foot of the vertical parts. Do not seal the overlap and approach lines.

Secondo strato - Second layerIl secondo strato è costituito da teli di FONOSTOP DUO posati a cavallo dei sormonti del primo strato e parallelamente a questo.I fogli verranno sovrapposti nel senso longitudinale lungo la fascia di sormonto predisposto sui teli e accostati con cura nel senso trasversale evitando di sovrapporre le teste.I fogli vanno rifilati al piede delle parti verticali e le linee di sormonto e accostamento vanno accuratamente sigillate con l’apposito nasro adesivo.Le successive fasi operative sono le stesse indicate per la posa in monostrato.

The second layer consists of FONOSTOP DUO cloths laid across the overlaps of the first layer and parallel to this layer.Overlap the sheets longitudinally along the overlap strip. The sheets must be prepared on the cloths and carefully brought near crosswise. Do not overlap the ends.Trim the sheets at the foot of the vertical parts. Carefully seal the overlap and approach lines with adhesive tape.The subsequent work stages are the same as those for single-layer laying.
