COS’E’ LA LUCE PULSATA?

La luce pulsata o IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)è la rivoluzionaria tecnica per il trattamento di inestetismi e problemi legati alla pelle.

Intense pulsed light or IPL is a revolutionarytechnique used in esthetical and skin relatedproblems treatment.

It is a device whereby emitted light energyallows treatment of the target area withoutaffecting nearby tissues.

COME FUNZIONA LA FOTOEPILAZIONE?L’energia luminosa, assorbita dalla melanina del pelo, raggiunge ilbulbo pilifero, distruggendolo se si trova nella fase attiva (Anagen,ovvero di crescita). Per non incorrere in danni termici, l’apparecchiatura a luce pulsatatramite il principio della fototermolisi selettiva, consente di differen-ziare la temperatura di cute e bulbo: la prima rimarrà entro i limiti disicurezza, mentre la temperatura del bulbo raggiungerà livelli tali daprovocare la sua termodistruzione.

HOW DOES THE PHOTODEPILATION WORK?Light energy, attracted to hair melanin, reaches the hair bulb and destroys it if it is in the active phase (anagen orgrowing phase). In order to avoid any thermal damages, the IPL machines have a special feature of selective photo-thermolysis which allows differentiating the temperature between the skin and the hair bulb.The first one remains in safe limits while the hair bulb temperaturewill reach the necessary level to cause its thermodestruction.

QUALI RISULTATI CI SI DEVE ASPETTARE DALLAFOTOEPILAZIONE?I peli sottoposti al trattamento si riducono progressivamente di numero e di dimensione e nell’arco di 6-7 sedute si assiste ad unariduzione del patrimonio bulbare pari all’ 80%.
