In novembre il Consiglio si è riunito il giorno 9. Fra gli altri argomenti trattati vi è stato un ulteriore approfondimento sulla comunità contemplati-va di Roga Mina (Filippine). Per qualche caso di Covid 19, che è stato ve-rificato nelle comunità del plesso della Curia, dal giorno 16 ci si è sottopo-sti al tampone rinofaringeo rapido. Alcuni sono risultati positivi asintoma-tici e, pertanto, sono entrati in quarantena. Il giorno 20 si è provveduto alla sanificazione di tutti gli ambienti; a breve si dovrebbe effettuare il test

molecolare. 10.303. Pe. Gilson Luiz Maia viajará para o Brasil

No próximo dia 2 de dezembro, Pe. Gilson Luiz Maia, Conselheiro Geral do setor das paróquias, laicato e pastoral da juventude rogacionista, viajará pa-ra o Brasil. Depois de um período de férias haverá várias atividades junto à comunidade da paróquia Nossa Senhora das Graças em Bauru-SP. Também estará ministrando palestras e participando de eventos com as Paulinas em São Paulo, referente ao seu novo livro e participará de um encontro com as Equipes de Nossa Senhora. Em janeiro o padre irá assessorar o retiro para os novos noviços da Província São Lucas em Brasília-DF, e participará de outros eventos na paróquia Divino Espírito Santo no Guará II.

10.308. S. Annibale a Galati Mamertino (Me) - Saggio storico È stata recentemente pubblicata «La proficua missione. S. Annibale a Galati Mamertino», un saggio storico di P. Angelo Sardone sulla presen-za del Santo Fondatore nel paesino dei Nebrodi agli inizi del 1900. Galati Mamertino si è distinto nella Storia dell’Opera Rogazionista per un dato singolare se non unico: ha donato ai Rogazionisti sei religiosi tutti con lo stesso cognome, Drago, tra fratelli e cugini ed un gruppetto di Suore Fi-glie del Divino Zelo. Tra questi, solo P. Carmelo divenne sacerdote e fu

anche Superiore Generale della Congregazione, mentre il primo, Fratello Francesco Maria, è mor-to in concetto di santità. Proveniva da Galati anche Fratello Antonio Bontempo. Ultimo esponente con lo stesso cognome Drago, ma non imparentato ai sei, è fratello Antonino, anima dell’apostola-to caritativo dei poveri a Messina Cristo Re. Il saggio, corredato da immagini antiche e moderne, si conclude con l’attualità e la cronaca della realizzazione di una artistica statua di S. Annibale in marmo di Carrara, inaugurata nel mese di giugno del 2010. La seconda parte del volume contiene una significativa Appendice documentaria. 10.309. Roma – Ordinazione Diaconale Il giorno 6 dicembre p.v., alle ore 19.00, presso la Parrocchia dei SS. Anto-nio e Annibale Maria, il confratello Fr. Nicola Salvatore Catanese riceverà l’Ordine Sacro del Diaconato per le mani di S.E.R. Mons. Dario Gervasi, Vescovo ausiliare di Roma.

Rogate Ergo – “Conversione pastorale” A partire dall’epidemia, che sta trasformando il nostro modo di vivere, il nu-mero di ottobre della rivista Rogate ergo ha affrontato l’argomento della “conversione pastorale”, evidenziando, anche con un’analisi dello psicologo Padre Giuseppe Crea, lo stress che avvertono molti sacerdoti nel conciliare la passione pastorale alla difficile situazione causata dal coronavirus. la, il quale ribadisce l’importanza della trasformazione delle comunità cristiane da luoghi dove si celebra la fede a luoghi dove si genera alla fede, grazie ad un lavoro di discernimento fatto in for-ma sinodale dalle stesse comunità. “In tempo di pandemia la vocazione rivolta a ogni credente - scrive lo psicoterapeuta canossiano Amedeo Cencini - è farsi annunciatori di un nuovo umanesi-mo, come un vangelo illuminato da due piccole-grandi verità: nessuno soffre da solo e nessuno soffre invano”. Vengono proposte poi le esperienze di alcuni consacrati, come quelle dei Camillia-ni negli ospedali e dei Guanelliani nelle opere caritative e riabilitative. 10.311. 10.312. Superiores No dia 26 de outubro de 2020, ocorreu o Encontro dos Superiores das Comunidades Religiosas da Província São Lucas, em modalidade virtual. O Encontro, coordenado pelo Superior Provincial, Pe. Geraldo Tadeu Furtado, RCJ, contou com a participação do Superior Geral, Pe. Bruno Ram-pazzo, RCJ, e do Conselheiro Geral do Setor Paróquias e Laicato, Pe. Gilson Maia, RCJ, e dos Conselheiros da Província, exceto o Pe. Carlos André da Silva Câmara, RCJ, que estava em via-gem, e também do Ecônomo Provincial, Pe. Ademar Tramontin, RCJ, e do Delegado ad Perso-nam, Pe. Giovanni Guarino, RCJ. 10.313. Juventude No dia 06 de novembro de 2020, foi realizado o Encontro Missionário Online da Juventude em

formação do Regional Sul I da Conferência Nacional dos Bispos do Brasil (CNBB), e preparado pelos os organismos (COMIRE, COMISE, IPV, CRB/SP, OSIB e CETESP) sob o tema: "Somos todos irmãos e irmãs". O Encontro contou com a assessoria do Pe. Joachim Andrade, SVD, que abordou a promoção da "Cultura do Encontro" feita por Papa Francisco, com um olhar especial a Car-ta Encíclica “Fratelli Tutti”. Participou, pela Província São Lucas, o Ir. Silas de Oliveira, RCJ, membro da Comunidade de Bauru,

em São Paulo (SP).

10.314. Formação No dia 07 de novembro de 2020, ocorreu a reunião da Equipe Provincial de Formação (EPAF), na qual se avaliou o ano formativo e foi projetado o ano de 2021. A reunião foi Coordenada pelo Conselheiro da Formação e Vigário Pro-vincial, Pe. Valmir de Costa, RCJ. Ao final, se agradeceu o empenho e a dedi-cação de todos os Formadores, no acompanhamento dos Formandos.

Realizou-se no dia 09 de novembro de 2020, o Encontro virtual dos Animadores Vocacionais Rogacionistas (SAV-Rog). Foi feito uma breve avaliação dos trabalhos vocacionais nas Comunidades, com muitos sinais de esperança, o que motiva ainda mais nossos trabalhos, 'Laudato si'. From November 30 to December 1, the Provincial Superior, Fr. Orville Cajigal, will be meeting all the Perpetually Professed Religious of the Province to deliver the Midterm report of the whole Province from its various sectors. The meeting will be conducted via Zoom videoconference.

St. Hannibal Formation Center – Cebu 10.319. Culmination of the Mission Month

– On November 15, the community will culminate its celebration of the mission month. A simple program with a video presentation of the events in the mission month will be organized. Contestants who participated in the songwriting, slogan-making, and poster-making contests will also be awarded. The small groups of formation or locally called in the seminary as Bukluran will present their theatrical play on the life of missionaries. In this way, the community becomes more aware of the importance of the

mission. Like the first disciples, we are all called to continue the mission of Christ here on earth to spread the good news in the light of our charism: the Rogate. St. Anthony’s Boys Village – Toril, Davao 10.320. Cultural Night

– On November 29, the interns will have their cultural night entitled “Free stylin’ busting out moves!” It is a freestyle dance competition where the in-terns will showcase their talents and creativity in the dance floor. Likewise, those celebrating their birthdays will render their gratitude.

Pastoral Institute for Vocation Ministry (PIVM) 10.321. Perpetuandi Classes for the Month of November – The classes for the brothers prepa-ring for their Perpetual Profession continues for this month of November, with Fr. Alfonso Flores as the module-facilitator on “The Evangelical Counsels as a Lifestyle” from November 7 and 21, and with Fr. Ronaldo Masilang to deliver on “Christ-centeredness, the Eucharist, and Consecrated Life” on November 28 and December 5. Both face-to-face and livestreaming platforms will be uti-lized. Provincial Rogate Vocation Center (PRVC) 10.322. Meeting of the Rogate Mobile App Project Organizers – The members of the Rogate Mobile App met last November 7 to discuss on the design and content on the new Rogate Mobile App.

10.323. Meeting of the Coordinators of the Apostolate of the Rogate – The Coordinators of the Apostolate of the Rogate will meet via Zoom video conference on No-vember 14, from 10:00AM. This is to follow-up the progress of the establishment of the Local Ro-gate Vocation Centers, the launching of the Priestly Union of Prayer for Vocations (PUPV), and other urgent matters. It will be facilitated by Fr. Ulrich Gacayan, Councilor on the Sector of the Rogate, and by Rev. John Francis Aberion, In-Charge of the Provincial Rogate Vocation Center (PRVC) Holy Family Quasi-Parish – Camarines Norte 10.324. Annual Clergy Retreat – From November 16-20, since there are government protocols and restrictions to travel, the com-mission on the clergy in the Diocese of Daet decided that the annual clergy retreat will be done here in Camarines Norte. It will be held in Pineapple Island Resort, Calasgasan, Camarines Norte.

On the first day, the schedule will be light, arrival, regi-stration, orientation and Eucharistic celebration, Vespers and Reconciliation in order to set the mood. The follo-wing day, it will be the start of the formal conference to be given by Fr. Michael Tuscano Marotta, CRM on the topic, “A Faith Response to the Corona Virus.” On the third day, another informative and pastorally inspired talk on “some best responses in a time of covid 19” will be given by Fr. Kenneth Masong. In the morning of the fourth day, a conference on “emotional well-being” will be given by Mr. Elmer Sto. Domingo, and in the after-noon, a conference on “Physical and mental health” will be given by Dr. Kristine Joy Iraola, MD, who suggests

making a balance of the pastoral and physical, mental and emotional health of the priests. And on the last day, a Eucharistic celebration will be presided over by Bishop Rex. St. Catherine of Siena Parish – Pangasinan 10.325. Recollection of Parish Personnel, Parents of Scholars and Members of the MBG

• To foster the spirit of recalling the wonders of the Lord, the Parish Community organized a day of recollection last November 5 for the Parish’s personnel, parents of the scholars, and members of the Mother Butler Guild (MBG). The recollection speaker was Fr. Giovanni Gamaya. •

10.326. Parish General Assembly – To update the Parish Community and to set an itinerary of activities for the next months, the Parish Priest, Fr. Joseph Arcaño, spearheaded the Parish General Assembly last November 7. The meeting started at 9:00am, inside the Parish Church. 10.327. Series of Parish Meetings – As a part of the evaluation of the Parish Community concerning its services to the local Church,

a series of meetings are being organized. On November 13, there will be the meeting of the Worship Ministry. The next day, November 14, it will be the turn of the Pa-rish Priest to meet and visit the Barangays with the Parish Pastoral Council. Then, on November 20, the Social Ser-vices Ministry will be meeting. The next day, November 21, it will be the turn of the Parish and Barangay Youth Council to meet. The Evangelization Ministry will also meet on November 27. Finally, there will be the meeting and recollection of the PPC, PCF, BPC, Commissions

and Ministries, which will be concluded by a recollection on November 28.

Rogationist Mission – Indonesia 10.328. Institution of Bro. Nikolaus Wangge in the Ministry of Acolyte – On November 1, So-lemnity of All Saints, Bro. Nikolaus Wangge was instituted in the ministry of Acolyte. The Holy Mass started at 10.00am and was presided by Fr. Ferdinandus Heldi Tanga and con-celebrated by Fr. Tirso Alcover. In the evening the seminarians portrayed and presented their favorite Saints. 10.329. Celebration of the 16th Anniversary of the Missionary Presence in Indonesia

– On November 16, the Mission Station will celebrate the 16th Anniver-sary of the Rogationist presence in the Maumere-Indonesia. They had mass at 06.15 pm in Ribang presided by Fr. Ferdinandus Heldi Tanga and con-celebrated by Fr. Tirso Alcover. This day also will be the arri-val of Bro. Gervasius Setu, the assistant of the SPY.

10.330. Salve – On November 18, we had the Salve (the blessing of the vestments of the new or-dained priest) in Ribang at 3.00 pm. The Salve will be presided by Bishop Edwaldus Sedu, the Bishop of Maumere. After which we had simple merienda prepared by the house in Ribang. 10.331. Priestly Ordination of Rev. Petrus Marianus

– Today is the Memorial Day for the Rogationist Maumere Indo-nesia because of the ordination of our third local priest from Maumere-Indonesia, Rev. Fr. Petrus Marianus, RCJ. The ordina-tion will begin at 09.00 am in the Seminary Ribang presided by Bishop Edwaldus Sedu, the Bishop of Maumere. There will be some con-celebrating priests, nuns, brothers, seminarians and lay who will attend the ordination.

10.332. Thanksgiving Mass of Fr. Petrus Marianus – On November 22, the Mission Station of Maumere-Indonesia will attend on the thanksgiving mass of Rev. Fr. Petrus Marianus, RCJ in the parish of Holy Cross, Kloangrotat-Maumere, at 8:00AM.

at Rogationist Academy auditorium and Badminton competition Rogate Ashram Community will organize today their Founder’s day. The celebration will commence with special solemn mass with a shared reflection. The philosophy students will deliver a paper presentation on the theme, “St. Hannibal and Souls in Purgatory”. As part of this special celebration, the community will organize one day

badminton competition in the evening and koinonia dinner thereafter. 10.335. November 22 2020 Send off to Fr. Vinu Velutheppilly at Rogationist Academy Rogationist Academy community along with RA staff had the send off celebra-tion for Fr. Vinu and the official welcome to Fr. Devassy as the new Principal.

sion.

0.337. Ngoya – Ouverture solennelle de l’Année Formative Comme il est devenu coutume au Scolasticat St Hannibal de Ngoya, nous avons célébré le samedi dernier 07 novembre 2020, l’ouverture solennelle de l’année formative. Et par la même occasion nous souhaitions officiellement la bienvenue aux nou-veaux membres de notre communauté. Ainsi, afin de rehausser l’éclat de l’évènement, quelques activités ont été préparées à la base. Il s’agit tout d’abord d’un match de football opposant les deux équipes constituées des membres de la communauté, qui s’est joué dans l’après-midi du jeudi 05 novem-

bre. Pour sa part, la journée de samedi était la plus agrémentée, car constituait le nœud de toutes les activités. Pour ne pas faillir à la tradition, le Supérieur de la Maison avait sollicité la présence des parents des postulants, et ils ont pour la plupart répondu présent. Un entretien leur été partagé par le P. Dieudonné Baleba dans la matinée, au sujet de l’implication effective des parents dans la formation religieuse de leurs enfants. Après quoi, nous nous sommes rendus dans notre Chapelle communautaire pour la grande et dernière partie de notre programme : la sainte messe. Elle était présidée par le P. Jules Ciza, Vice-supérieur et responsable des postulants. Dans sa prédication, le Diacre Yannick Ngetchounzo s’est longuement étendu sur l’Evangile du jour, en nous exhortant, parents comme étudiants, de faire une échelle de valeur, car « on ne peut choisir à la fois Dieu et l’argent » selon les paroles évangéliques. Ainsi, il est de donc important de savoir choisir l’essen-tiel qui est Dieu, car la seule cause plus grande que l’on devrait servir, chacun dans son état, com-me parent, ou comme religieux. La célébration Eucharistique achevée, nous avons partagé une agape prévue à cet effet. C’est dans une ambiance festive et dansante que nous avons pris congé des parents, qui très certainement garderont longtemps en mémoire cette journée riche en émotion.

Van Nuys – Virtual Vocation Congress The 4th Youth in Search Vocations Congress (Congreso Vocacional Jóvenes en Búsqueda) will be broadcasted on social media for four hours of uninter-rupted transmission from St. Elisabeth Parish in Van Nuys, California, on Saturday, November 14, 2020, from 5 pm to 9 pm. Jóvenes en Búsqueda (JEB) was born as a response to the youth's need of finding their place in life. By responding to God's call to live their vocation to which they are called, whether to marriage, religious or priestly life, or celibate life, they can disco-ver the way to happiness. This event is made possible thanks to the commit-ment to promote vocations of various lay people and religious organizations such as ESNE (El Sembrador Nueva Evangelización), the Archdiocese of

Los Angeles Office of Vocations, and the Rogate Center of Rogationist Fathers. The Congress will be bilingual, Spanish and English.
