Grazie alla rotazione della testata di 180° permette di lavorare in entrambi i sensi di marcia, senza la necessità di tornare a vuoto, aumentando notevolmente la produttività in campo.

Thanks to the 180° rotation of the cutting head the machine can work in both road directions, working straight on and backwards, increasing the productivity in field.

Manovrabilità: Agile e maneggevole grazie alle 4 ruote motrici e sterzanti (in tondo, a granchio e 2 anteriori). Il bloccaggio del differenziale al 100% consente di affrontare le più gravose situazioni in presenza di terreni difficili.

Manoeuvrability: Agile and manageable thanks to the 4 drive and steering wheels (in a circle, crabbing, and 2 front). 100% differential lock allows users to face even the most challenging situations where terrain is particularly difficult.

Ribaltamento cabinaLa cabina può essere ribaltata per facilitare le operazioni di manutenzione del motore diesel e dell’impianto idraulico (distributore, idroguida, freni).

Cab tip functionThe cab can be tipped to make it easier to carry out maintenance work on the diesel engine and hydraulic system (distributor, power steering, brakes).

Impianto idraulico: Si è realizzato un impianto con pompe e motori a pistoni portata variabile in circuito chiuso separati. ILFB2000 monta un impianto specifico per la traslazione con pressione di esercizio a 400 bar. Un secondo impianto per la fresa rotore con pressione di esercizio 290 bar, entrambi in circuito chiuso. Un terzo impianto per i movimenti del braccio con pompa a pistoni con comando LS (load-seansing) in circuito aperto con pressione di esercizio di 220 bar ed un quarto impianto per i servizi (freni e idroguida ecc...) in circuito aperto ad ingranaggi con pressione di esercizio 210 bar. Queste caratteristiche idrauliche consentono la totale contemporaneità dei movimenti senza creare quelle azioni presenti su altre macchine, perdita di potenza, velocità, produttività, che si verificano con impianti centralizzati.

Hydraulic system: We have designed a system with pumps and pistons motors on closed and separate circuits and having a variable capacity. ILFB2000 is provided with a specific system for translation movement and a working pressure of 400 bar. A second system for the rotor of the cutting head, with a working pressure of 290 bar. Both of them in a closed circuit. Third system for the movements of the arm with pistons pump LS (load-seansing) on open circuit and with a working pressure of 220 bar, a forth gear system for services (brakes, hydraulically powered steering wheel…) on open gearing circuit with a working pressure of 210 bar. These hydraulic features guarantee simultaneous movement without, therefore, causing losses of power, of speed, or productivity, as it usually happens on machines with centralised systems.

Prestazioni nel massimo comfort: Grande considerazione per il comfort dell’operatore, fattore chiave ai fini della produttività. La cabina è di facile accesso, la visibilità ottima e i comandi sono ergonomici e fluidi all’uso; al comfort dell’operatore si lega anche la sicurezza, ILFB2000 è, infatti, equipaggiata con cabina omologata FOPS-ROPS che garantisce la protezione contro ribaltamenti e cadute di oggetti.

Highly comfortable performance: Great consideration for the comfort of the operator, key factor the productivity. The cabin is of easy access, the optimal visibility and the commandos are ergonomic and fluid to use; for the comfort of the operators important also the safety, ILFB2000 in fact is equipped with cabin certified by FOPS-ROPS of protection against the fall objects.

E’ disponibile con braccio utile centro macchina di 17m, rotazione continua di 360° del carro superiore, rotazione di 180° della fresa e doppio senso di taglio del rotore. Nasce predisposta per le necessità richieste nell’utilizzo di sagoma ferroviaria r.1500.

A highly professional machine, has been designed to satirfy any request in the maintenance of green spaces. It is available with working arm 17 meters long, in the centre of the machine, a continues 360° rotation of the upper trolley, a miller rotation of 180° and a rotor cutting on both directions. It has been designed to be used in railway outline r.1500.
