Per Haumea la flessibilità delle persone e dell’or-

ganizzazione rappresenta un plus di grande va-

lore che i clienti sanno apprezzare e riconoscere.

A cominciare dal magazzino, allestito in modo

da garantire disponibilità “just in time” di ma-

teriale sia per la produzione interna che per le

richieste di assistenza esterne. La consegna in

24/48 ore dall’ordine ne è la dimostrazione.

Ogni fase della produzione, dal progetto al

prodotto finito, è gestita da tecnici in grado di

studiare e verificare le necessità applicative de-

cidendo la strada dell’assemblaggio su misura o

della creazione del tutto nuova.

Nella produzione di riduttori epicicloidali, dopo

la raccolta di tutti i dati tecnici dell’applicazione

da realizzare, viene fatta una selezione in base al

ciclo di lavorazione e di vita del progetto. Suc-

cessivamente viene generato un codice univoco

che segue il prodotto in tutte le fasi successive

fino alla consegna al cliente consentendo di ot-

tenerne la tracciabilità per tutta la vita. Una volta

creato il codice, viene lanciato l’ordine di produ-

zione e, nell’arco di 24/48 ore, seguono le fasi

di prelievo, assemblaggio e collaudo finale sul

100% della quantità prodotta, spedizione.

Per quanto riguarda la distribuzione di quanto

non è prodotto internamente, questa è garanti-

ta comunque nell’arco di 24/48 ore grazie ad un

vasto assortimento di componenti a magazzino.

For Haumea staff and organization, flexibility

represents a great plus-value that customers re-

cognize and appreciate. Starting from the wa-

rehouse, arranged to assure material availability

“just in time” for the internal production as well

as for the external assistance requests. The de-

livery within 24/48 hours from the order is the

result.

Every step of the production, from the project to

the finished product, is managed by engineers

able to study and verify all necessities and de-

cide if the best way is a standard custom-made

assembly or a brand new creation.

During the planetary gearbox manufacturing,

after the collection of all technical data of the

product to realize, is made a selection on the

working and life cycle project. Afterwards is ge-

nerated an univocal code number that follows

the item during all next stages until the delivery

to the customer, enabling the traceability during

all its life. Once the code has been created, the

production can start and the drawing, the as-

sembly and the final quality test on the 100%

of the manufactured quantity, as well as the

shipment, are effected within 24/48 hours.

As regards the distribution of what is not inter-

nally produced, this is assured anyway within

24/48 hours thanks to a wide components stock

available.
