CaratteristicheLe pompe sommerse da 4 pollici della serie GL4 sono di nuova concezione, molto solide e compatte, di facile manutenzione.Il nuovo disegno brevettato di girante flottante indipendente garantisce un basso carico assiale sul motore.I nuovi materiali impiegati nella costruzione, certificati per l’utilizzo in acque potabili, permettono all pompa di funzionare anche a secco senza deteriorarsi.

I supporti, in acciaio inossidabile AISI 304, ottenuti con procedimento di microfusione in cera persa, garantiscono

e da 2” per i modelli semiassiali (F,H,L) . La valvola di ritegno è incorporata. L’ingombro massimo, compreso il copri cavo, è di 98mm e il senso di rotazione è antiorario, visto dalla bocca di mandata.Per garantirne il funzionamento, il livello dell’acqua deve essere di almeno un metro sopra l’aspirazione. L’impiego può essere continuo e può essere installata anche in posizione orizzontale.

Gli impieghi sono per acqua pulita e non aggressiva, in particolare: prelievi da pozzi profondi per uso domestico e industriale, impianti idrici di sollevamento, d’irrigazione a scorrimento o a pioggia, acquedotti, pressurizzazioni, sistemi antincendio e di lavaggio, alimentazioni di autoclavi e cisterne.

FeaturesSubmesible pumps of GL4 series are of new design, very solid and compact, easy to maintain.The supports, stainless steel AISI 304, obtained with wax casting process, ensure great robustness and reliability ofthe product.The new design of the independent floating impeller, patented,guarantees a low axial load on the motor. The new materials used in the construction, certified for use in drinking water, allow the pump to run even dry withoutdeteriorate.Top casing is 1 1/4” G threaded for radial models (A,B,C,D) and 2” for semiaxial models (F,H,L). The check valveis incorporated.

The service can be continuous. The maximum overall dimensions, including cable cover, is 98mm and the direction ofrotation is counterclockwise viewed from the top casing.To guarantee the functioning, the water level should be at least one meter above the aspiration. The pump can also be installed horizontally.

Uses are for clean and non-aggressive water, in particular: domestic and industrial water supply, water systems for Lifting or for shower and running irrigation, aqueductsautoclaves and tanks.

Caratteristiche

Studiata per i pozzi da 6”, l’elettropompa sommersa della serie GL6 è di facile manutenzione, solida e robusta.Premente ed aspirante sono ottenute tramite microfusione di acciaio AISI 304.La bocca di mandata è filettata da 3” e la valvola di non ritorno è incorporata.

Come standard, fino a 7,5 Hp di potenza la pompa viene fornita predisposta per l’accoppiamento al motore da 4”(NEMA), dal 10Hp per il motore da 6”.

L’ingombro massimo, con un copricavo, è di 140mm e il senso di rotazione è antiorario, visto dalla bocca di mandata. Per garantirne il funzionamento, il livello dell’acqua deve essere di almeno un metro sopra l’aspirazione. L’impiego può essere continuo. Può essere installata anche in posizione orizzontale.

Per risolvere i problemi dovuti alle grandi pressioni (da 40 bar), la singola pompa diventa un gruppo di pompe in serie (sigla SD).

Gli impieghi sono per acqua pulita e non aggressiva, in particolare: prelievi da pozzi profondi per uso domestico e industriale, impianti idrici di sollevamento o di irrigazione a scorrimento e a pioggia, acquedotti, pressurizzazioni, sistemi antincendio e di lavaggio, alimentazioni di autoclavi e cisterne.

Features

Designed for wells, submersible pump of GL6 series is made of solid and sturdy construction and it’s easy tomaintain.Botton and top casing are generated from micro-casting steel AISI 304.Top casing is 3” threaded and the non-return valve is incorporated.

As standard, up to 7,5 Hp power the pump is supplied for connection to the 4” motor (NEMA), from 10 Hp to the motor 6”.

The maximum overall dimensions, with a cable cover, is 140 mm and direction of rotation is counterclockwise viewedfrom the top casing. To guarantee the functioning, the water level should be at least one meter above the aspiration.The service can be continuous.The pump can also be installed horizontally.

To solve problems due to great pressures (40bar), the single pump becomes a group of pumps in series (abbreviationSD).

Uses are for clean and non-aggressive water, in particular: domestic and industrial water supply, water systems for lifting or for shower and running irrigation, acqueducts, pressurisations, fire fighting and washing systems, supply ofautoclaves and tanks.

FeaturesSubmersible motors of series M6A are asynchronous type, 2-pole with squirrel cage rotor, in oil bath, rewindable.They are very sturdy and oversized, to withstand heavy loads and last a long time even at great depths of immersion.The power cables are equipped with connection plug to be sure that the internal cooling liquid, even if alimentary and non-toxic, FDA approved, can not climb by capillarity along the line.A strong mechanical seal provides a long life to motor even in presence of sand.The protrusion of the rotor shaft is of stainless steel while an oversized diaphragm of compensation allows the internal Cooling liquid to compensate differences of volume due to temperature variations

CaratteristicheI motori sommersi serie M6A sono di tipo asincrono, 2 poli con rotore a gabbia di scoiattolo in bagno d’olio, riavvolgibili.Sono molto robusti e sovradimensionati, per poter sopportare carichi gravosi e durare a lungo anche a grandi profondità di immersione.I cavi di alimentazione sono dotati di spinotto di connessione per avere la certezza che

non possa risalire per capillarità lungo la linea.
