Il Primo soccorso
Definizione Il primo soccorso è un immediato e
temporaneo “prendersi cura” di una vittima di un incidente o di una malattia
improvvisa finchè non arrivino i soccorsi sanitari.

VERIFICARE!!
AFTER CHECKING THE SCENE FOR SAFETY, CHECK THE PERSON:
CHECK FOR RESPONSIVENESSTap the shoulder and shout, “Are you OK?”
CALL 9-1-1If no response, CALL 9-1-1 or the local emergency number.■■ If an unconscious person is face-down, roll face-up,
supporting the head, neck and back in a straight line. If the person responds, obtain consent and CALL 9-1-1 or the local emergency number for any life-threatening conditions. CHECK the person from head to toe and ask questions to find out what happened.
OPEN THE AIRWAYTilt head, lift chin.
TIP: Use disposable gloves and other personal protective equipment and obtain consent whenever giving care.

I scenario VALUTAZIONE COSCIENZA o CHIAMALO A VOCE ALTA o SCUOTILO DELICATAMENTE o REAGISCE QUANDO GLI PARLI? o APRE GLI OOCCHI? o PARLA? o SE GLI FAI MALE CON UN PIZZICOTTO, REAGISCE? o NON REAGISCE AD ALCUNO STIMOLO?

B (BREATHING) RESPIRO C (CIRCULATION) CIRCOLO
D (Disability); E (Exposure)
GUARDA IL TORACE SE SI MUOVE SU E GiU’.
ASCOLTA AVVICINA IL TUO ORECCHIO ALLE LABBRA ED AL NASO DEL PAZIENTE.
VERIFICA PER 10 SECONDI
SENTI SE C’E’ UN RESPIRO SULLA TUA GUANCIA.

Valutazione attività respiratoria
CHECK FOR BREATHINGCHECK quickly for breathing for no more than 10 seconds. ■■ Occasional gasps are not breathing.
QUICKLY SCAN FOR SEVERE BLEEDING
WHAT TO DO NEXT■■ Give CARE based on conditions found. ■■ IF NO BREATHING—Go to PANEL 6 or PANEL 7
(if an AED is immediately available).■■ IF BREATHING—Maintain an open airway and monitor
for any changes in condition.

• Cerca presenza di polso carotideo; • Cerca segni di circolo spontaneo (respiro, tosse, movimenti…)

In assenza di polso e/o di segni di circolo
Iniziare massaggio cardiaco
Compressioni toraciche: tecnica
Posizionati con braccia e spalle verticali allo sterno
Mantieni le braccia tese Sfrutta il peso del tronco
