Descrizione ed impiego“Electric Heater” è una resistenza elettrica, dainstallare nel canale di aspirazione dell’aria frescadall’esterno, intesa a risolvere i problemi di formazionedi brina sullo scambiatore di calore di VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400, problemi causati dalla combinazione di bassetemperature dell’aria esterna ed elevateconcentrazioni di umidità relativa dell’aria negliambienti asserviti.La scatola superiore permette di accedere ai terminaliper il cablaggio, e contiene due termostati: iltermostato di sicurezza a riarmo automatico, taratosu 50°C (± 10%), ed un termostato a riarmo manuale(RESET) tarato su 120°C ± 10%.E’ presente inoltre un circuito di controllo, comandatodalla scheda elettronica di VORT PROMETEO PLUSHR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR 400

• Non usare questo prodotto per una funzionedifferente da quella esposta in questo libretto.

• Dopo aver tolto il prodotto dall’imballo, assicurarsidella sua integrità; nel dubbio rivolgersi subito ad unCentro Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice.

• Questo apparecchio non è da intendersi adattoall'uso da parte di persone (incluso bambini) conridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o privedi esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che siano statesupervisionate o istruite riguardo all'usodell'apparecchio da una persona responsabile dellaloro sicurezza. I bambini dovrebbero esseresupervisionati per assicurarsi che non giochino conl'apparecchio.

• Riporre l’apparecchio lontano da bambini e dapersona diversamente abile, nel momento in cui sidecide di scollegarlo dalla rete elettrica e di nonutilizzarlo più.

• Non sedersi o appoggiare oggetti sull’apparecchio• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in presenza di sostanze

o vapori infiammabili come alcool, insetticidi.

• Non apportare modifiche di alcun genereall’apparecchio.

• Le istruzioni per la manutenzione devono essereseguite per prevenire danni e/o usura eccessivadell’apparecchio.

• Non lasciare l’apparecchio esposto ad agentiatmosferici (pioggia, sole, ecc.).

• Verificare periodicamente l’integritàdell’apparecchio. In caso di imperfezioni, nonutilizzare l’apparecchio e contattare subito un

Centro di Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice.• In caso di cattivo funzionamento e/o guasto

dell'apparecchio, rivolgersi subito ad un Centro diAssistenza Tecnica autorizzato Vortice e richiedere,per l’eventuale riparazione, l’uso di ricambi originaliVortice.

• Se l’apparecchio cade o riceve forti colpi farloverificare subito presso un Centro di AssistenzaTecnica autorizzato Vortice.

• L’installazione dell’apparecchio deve essereeffettuata da personale professionalmentequalificato.

• L’apparecchio deve essere installato in modo che lascatola di collegamento elettrico sia accessibile.

• L’impianto elettrico a cui è collegato l’apparecchiodeve essere conforme alle norme vigenti.

• Spegnere l’interruttore generale dell’impiantoquando: a) si rileva un’anomalia di funzionamento; b)si decide di eseguire una manutenzione di puliziaesterna; c) si decide di non utilizzare per brevi olunghi periodi l’apparecchio.

• L’apparecchio necessita di collegamento ad unapresa con impianto di messa a terra.

• Collegare il prodotto alla rete di alimentazione/presaelettrica solo se la portata dell'impianto/presa èadeguata alla sua potenza massima. In casocontrario rivolgersi subito a personaleprofessionalmente qualificato.

• Si raccomanda di inserire una avvertenza che vieti lacopertura del tubo sul lato della mandata del sistemadi ventilazione.

• Lo schema elettrico è riportato all’interno delcoperchio della scatola cablaggio.

N.B.Per evitare danni e rischi dovuti ad unsurriscaldamento anomalo, l’apparecchio èdotato di un termostato di sicurezza (a ripristinomanuale) che interrompe il funzionamento.In caso d’interruzione del termostato, dopo avertolto tensione, controllare il riscaldatore eresettare il termostato premendo il bottonemarcato RESET all’interno della scatola dicollegamento.Se interviene nuovamente il dispositivo disicurezza fare controllare l’apparecchio presso unCentro di Assistenza Tecnico autorizzato.

Condizioni di funzionamento• L’apparecchio è da utilizzare in luoghi coperti con

temperatura ambiente da 0° C a + 40° C in arialibera senza polveri o impurità chimiche.

• Si raccomanda di tenere in considerazione nelprogettare l’impianto che la temperatura d’aria inuscita deve essere inferiore a 50°C e che la minimavelocità d’aria attraverso gli elementi riscaldantideve essere di almeno 2 m/s.

• Grado di protezione del contenitore collegamentielettrici: IP43.

• L’istante di accensione e la durata del periodo difunzionamento dell’apparecchio sonoautomaticamente determinati dal sistema dicontrollo di VORT PROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORTPROMETEO HR 400.

• L’eventuale arresto del ventilatore di VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400 che immette aria fresca esterna in ambientedetermina l’automatica interruzionedell’alimentazione del riscaldatore.

Avvertenze per l’installazione• Il riscaldatore deve essere installato sul condotto di

aspirazione dell’aria fresca dall’esterno di VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400, ad almeno 50 cm dall’apparecchio.

• Il riscaldatore non può essere installato in posizioneorizzontale con la scatola cablaggio rivolta verso ilbasso; (fig.1).

• Nel caso che il riscaldatore venga installato all’iniziodi un condotto è necessario proteggere conapposita griglia la parte terminale del tubo.

• Il riscaldatore deve essere fissato al tubo consicurezza per evitare che possa cadere.

• Il riscaldatore deve essere isolato con materialeantinfiammabile in accordo con le normative deipaesi dove questa norma lo prevede.

• La resistenza elettrica si collega ad una retemonofase.

• Il coperchio di collegamento elettrico deve essereaccessibile per poter intervenire sul termostato(RESET).

• La direzione del flusso d’aria è indifferente.• Il riscaldatore deve essere installato in modo che

esso possa funzionare sempre ed unicamentecollegato ad un ventilatore e deve operare solo conil ventilatore in funzione.

N.B.Non utilizzare le prese “A” (fig.3) per laconnessione del riscaldatore, perchè taleoperazione potrebbe danneggiare la schedaelettronica.

SurriscaldamentoNel caso di surriscaldamento del prodotto iltermostato di sicurezza può essere resettatomanualmente. Prima di accedere, togliere sempre latensione di rete e rimuovere il coperchio della scatoladi collegamento. Questa operazione deve essereeseguita esclusivamente da personale autorizzato.

Manutenzione / Pulizia• Il prodotto non necessita di speciali manutenzioni

eccetto i controlli periodici di funzionamento.• Interrompere la rete di alimentazione prima di

eseguire qualsiasi tipo di manutenzione.Si raccomanda di ispezionare almeno una voltal’anno gli elementi riscaldanti e rimuovere glieventuali residui di sporco depositati sullaresistenza elettrica.

• Durante le operazioni di pulizia non usare solventi enon danneggiare le parti elettriche.

Description and useThe “Electric Heater” unit is an electrical heater to befitted to the cold air inlet duct upstream of the heatexchanger. It is intended to resolve the problem offrost formation on the heat exchanger of VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400, caused by the combination of the lowtemperatures of external air and the high levels ofmoisture in the air in the areas being treated.The connection box at the top of the body providesaccess to the electrical wiring terminals, and alsocontains two thermostats, an auto-reset safetythermostat calibrated at 50°C (± 10%), and manualreset thermostat calibrated at 120°C ± 10%..There is also an electrical heater control circuitgoverned by the VORT PROMETEO PLUS HR400/VORT PROMETEO HR 400 electronic board.

• Do not use this appliance for functions other thanthose described in this booklet

• After removing the appliance from its packaging,ensure that it is complete and undamaged. If indoubt contact a professionally qualified electricianor Vortice.

Operating Conditions• The appliance is designed for use indoors and at

ambient temperatures between 0° C and +40° C, inunrestricted, and dust-free and chemical-free air.

• When designing the ventilation system, bear in mindthat air temperature at the outlet must be below 50°Cand that the air speed through the heating elementsmust be at least 2 m/s.

Notes for Installation• The heater must be installed along the intake duct

that carries cool air from outside the Vort PrometeoHR 400/Vort Prometeo HR 400 and at least 50 cmfrom the appliance.

• The heater must not be installed horizontally withthe wiring box facing down; (fig.1).

• Should the heater be installed at the beginning of aduct, the end of the pipe will need to be protectedwith a suitable grille.

• The air heater must be securely fixed to the duct sothat it cannot fall.

• The air heater must be insulated with non-inflammable material as required by the safetystandards of the country where it is installed.

• Connect the electrical heating elements to a singlephase power supply.

• The cover of the electrical connections box must beeasily accessible in order to reset the safetythermostat.

• The direction of air flow is not important.• The air heater must be installed so that it functions

in conjunction with a fan and is only switched onwhen the fan is functioning.

OverheatingIf the appliance overheats and the safety thermostatstrips, it can be reset manually. Switch off mainspower before removing the cover from theconnections box. This operation must only beperformed by authorised personnel

Maintenance / Cleaning• This appliance does not require any special

• Die Elektroanlage, an die das Produktangeschlossen ist, muss den geltendenVorschriften entsprechen..

Hinweise für den Installation• Das Heizgerät muss auf der Frischluft-

Ansaugleitung des Vort Prometeo Plus HR 400/VortPrometeo HR 400 mindestens 50 cm von diesementfernt installiert werden.

• Das Gerät darf nicht in waagrechter Stellung mitunten liegender Verkabelungsbox installiert werden; (Abb.1).

• Wird das Heizgerät am Anfang einer Leitunginstalliert, muss das Rohrende mit Hilfe einesGitters geschützt werden.

• Das Heizgerät ist mit einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung inder Kanalisation zu befestigen, um ein Umfallen zuvermeiden.

• Falls die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen es sovorsehen, ist das Heizgerät entsprechend mit nichtbrennbarem Material zu isolieren.

• Das elektrische Heizelement ist an ein einphasigesNetz anzuschließen.

• Die Abdeckung des elektrischen Anschlusskastensmuss leicht erreichbar sein, damit der Thermostatbedient werden kann (RESET).

• Die Richtung des Luftstroms spielt keine Rolle.• Das Heizgerät muss so installiert werden, dass es

ausschließlich an einen Ventilator gekoppeltbetrieben werden kann.Es darf nur bei eingeschaltetem Ventilator betriebenwerden.

Beschrijving en gebruik“Electric Heater” is een elektrischverwarmingselement dat geinstalleerd moet wordenin het aanuigkanaal van de koude lucht van buiten.Het is bedoeld om de problemen op te lossen van dedauwvorming op de warmtewisselaar van de VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400. Deze problemen worden veroorzaakt door decombinatie van lage buitentemperaturen en hogeconcentraties van relatieve luchtvochtigheid in debetreffende ruimtes.Via de bovenste doos zijn de klemmenborden voor debekabeling bereikbaar, en deze doos bevat tweethermostaten: de veiligheidsthermostaat metautomatische reset, afgesteld op 50°C (± 10%), eneen thermostaat met handmatige reset (RESET)afgesteld op 120°C ± 10%.Er is bovendien een controlecircuit voor hetverwarmingselement aanwezig, dat aangestuurdwordt door de elektronische kaart van de VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400.

• Gebruik dit product niet voor andere doeleindendan de in deze handleiding aangegeventoepassingen.

• Controleer na het verpakkingsmateriaal te hebbenverwijderd of het product intact is: wend u in gevalvan twijfel onmiddellijk tot een gekwalificeerdvakman of een erkende Vortice Dealer.

• Stel het apparaat niet bloot aan atmosferischeinvloeden (regen, zon, enz.).

• Kijk regelmatig ofhet apparaat nogintact is. Als hetbeschadigd is, gebruik het dan niet en neemonmiddellijk contact op met een erkende Vorticedealer.

• Neem in geval van een gebrekkige werking en/ofdefect onmiddellijk contact op met een erkendeVortice dealer en vraag altijd om gebruik vanoriginele Vortice onderdelen in geval van reparatie.

• Als het apparaat valt of een harde klap krijgt, laathet dan controleren bij een officieel VorticeServicecentrum.

• De installatie van het apparaat dient te wordenuitgevoerd door een gekwalificeerd vakman.

• Het apparaat dient zodanig te worden geïnstalleerddat de doos van de elektrische aansluitingtoegankelijk is.

• De elektrische installatie waar het apparaat opaangesloten is moet conform de geldenderegelgeving zijn.

• Zet de hoofdschakelaar van de installatie uit als:a) zich een storing voordoet; b) wanneer u besluit debuitenkant van het apparaat schoon te maken;c) wanneer u besluit het apparaat gedurende korteof langere periodes niet te gebruiken.

• Het apparaat moet worden aangesloten op eengeaard stopcontact.

• Sluit het product alleen aan op eenelektriciteitsnet/stopcontact als de installatie/hetstopcontact geschikt is voor hetmaximumvermogen. Is dat niet het geval, raadpleegdan meteen een gekwalificeerd vakman.

• Het is raadzaam om een mededeling te plaatsen dathet verboden is de buis aan de kant van deluchtuitlaat van het ventilatiesysteem af te dekken.

• Het elektrisch schema is afgebeeld op debinnenkant van het deksel van de bekabelingsdoos.

NB.Om schade en risico's die veroorzaakt wordendoor abnormale oververhitting te voorkomen, ishet apparaat voorzien van eenveiligheidsthermostaat (met handmatige reset) diede werking onderbreekt. In geval vanonderbreking door de thermostaat, na hetuitschakelen van de spanning, de verwarmercontroleren en de thermostaat resetten door opde knop RESET in de aansluitingsdoos te drukken.Als de beveiligingsvoorziening weer in werkingtreedt het apparaat laten controleren door eenerkende Vortice dealer.

Voorwaarden voor de Werking• Het apparaat moet gebruikt worden in overdekte

ruimtes met een omgevingstemperatuur van 0° C a+ 40° C in vrije lucht zonder stof of chemischeonzuiverheden.

• Het is raadzaam om bij de planning van deinstallatie rekening te houden met het feit dat detemperatuur van de uitgaande lucht lager moet zijndan 50°C en dat de minimale luchtsnelheid door deverwarmingselementen minstens 2 m/s moet zijn.

• Bescherminsgraad van de doos met de elektrischeaansluitingen IP43.

• Het moment van inschakeling en de tijdsduur vande werking van het apparaat worden automatischbepaald door het bedieningssysteem van de VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400.

• De eventuele stilstand van de ventilator van deVORT PROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORTPROMETEO HR 400 die frisse lucht van buiten dekamer inblaast, leidt automatisch tot eenonderbreking van de voeding van de verwarming.

Aantekeningen voor Installatie• De verwarmer moet geïnstalleerd worden op de

aanzuigleiding van de Vort Prometeo Plus HR400/Vort Prometeo HR 400 van frisse lucht vanbuiten, op minstens 50 cm afstand van hetapparaat.

• De verwarming kan niet in horizontale standgeïnstalleerd worden met de bedradingsbox naar eonderkant gericht; (fig.1).

• Indien de verwarmer geïnstalleerd wordt aan hetbegin van een leiding dan moet het uiteinde van deleiding beschermd worden met een daarvoorbedoeld rooster.

• De verwarmer moet stevig bevestigd worden aan debuis, om te voorkomen dat hij kan vallen.

• De verwarmer moet geïsoleerd worden metbrandwerend materiaal, in overeenstemming metde regelgeving van de landen waar dit wettelijkverplicht is.

• De elektrische weerstand moet aangesloten wordenop een monofase-net.

• Het deksel van de doos met de elektrischeaansluitingen moet toegankelijk zijn om dethermostaat (RESET) te kunnen bedienen.

• De richting van de luchtstroom is niet van belang.• De verwarmer moet zodanig geïnstalleerd worden

dat hij altijd en uitsluitend kan werken als hijaangesloten is op een ventilator en mag alleenwerken als de ventilator in werking is.

OverhedningII tilfælde af overophedning kan apparatetssikkerhedstermostat nulstilles manuelt. Før apparatetåbnes, skal der slukkes for strømmen til det, ogkontaktdåsens låg skal åbnes. Dette indgreb må kunudføres af autoriseret personale.

Vedligeholdelse / Rengøring• Apparatet har ikke behov for anden vedligeholdelseend regelmæssig kontrol af dets funktion.

Descriere şi utilizare“Electric Heater” este o rezistenţă electrică deîncălzire care trebuie instalată în canalul de aspiraţieae aerului rece de la exterior, care are scopul de arezolva problemele legate de formarea gheţii peschimbătorul de căldură al aparatului VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400, probleme cauzate de combinaţia dintretemperaturile joase ale aerului exterior şi concentraţiileridicate de umiditate relativă a aerului din încăperiledeservite.Cutia superioară permite accesul la terminalele pentrucablaj și conţine două termostate: termostatul desiguranţă, cu resetare automată, calibrat pentru 50°C(± 10%), și un termostat cu resetare manuală (RESET)calibrat pe 120°C ± 10%.În plus, este prezent un circuit de control al rezistenţeide încălzire, comandat de cartela electronică aaparatului VORT PROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORTPROMETEO HR 400.

• Nu utilizaţi acest produs în scopuri diferite de celeprezentate în acest manual.

• După ce aţi despachetat produsul, verificaţiintegritatea acestuia: dacă aveţi dubii, adresaţi-văimediat unei persoane calificate sau unui dealerVortice autorizat.

• Acest aparat nu trebuie utilizat de persoane (inclusivcopii) cu capacităţi fizice, senzoriale sau mentalereduse şi fără experienţă sau cunoştinţe, dacă nusunt supravegheate sau instruite în legătură cufolosirea aparatului, de către o persoană carerăspunde de siguranţa lor. Copiii trebuiesupravegheaţi pentru a vă asigura că nu se joacă cuaparatul.

• Puneţi aparatul într-un loc sigur, astfel încât să nu fie laîndemâna copiilor sau a persoanelor cu handicap, înmomentul în care hotărâţi să îl deconectaţi de lareţeaua electrică și să nu îl mai folosiţi.

• Nu vă așezaţi și nu rezemaţi obiecte pe aparat.• Nu utilizaţi aparatul în prezenţa substanţelor sau a

pentru a preveni daunele şi/sau uzura excesivă aaparatului.

• Nu lăsaţi aparatul expus la agenţi atmosferici (ploaie,soare etc.).

• Verificaţi periodic integritatea aparatului. În cazul unor

imperfecţiuni, nu utilizaţi aparatul şi contactaţiimediat un dealer autorizat Vortice.

• În cazul unei funcţionări defectuoase și/sau al uneidefectări a aparatului, adresaţi-vă imediat unuidealer autorizat Vortice și cereţi, pentru eventualelereparaţii, folosirea pieselor de schimb Vorticeoriginale.

• Dacă aparatul cade sau primeşte lovituri puternice,rugaţi să fie verificat imediat de un dealer autorizatVortice.

• Instalarea aparatului trebuie să fie efectuată de cătrepersonal calificat din punct de vedere profesional.

• Aparatul trebuie să fie instalat astfel încât cutia deconexiuni electrice să fie accesibilă.

• Instalaţia electrică la care e conectat aparatul trebuiesă fie conformă cu normele în vigoare.

• Stingeţi întrerupătorul general al instalaţiei: a) cândobservaţi o anomalie în funcţionare; b) când hotărâţisă efectuaţi o operaţiune de curăţare la exterior;c) când hotărâţi să nu utilizaţi aparatul pe perioademai scurte sau mai lungi

• Aparatul are nevoie de conectare la o priză cuinstalaţie de legătură la pământ.

• Conectaţi produsul la reţeaua de alimentare/prizaelectrică doar dacă puterea instalaţiei/prizei esteadecvată pentru puterea sa maximă. În caz contrar,adresaţi-vă imediat unei persoane calificateprofesional.

• Se recomandă să adăugaţi un avertisment care săinterzică acoperirea tubului pe latura de tur asistemului de ventilaţie.

• Schema electrică e indicată la interiorul capaculuicutiei pentru cablaje.

N.B.Pentru a evita pagubele și riscurile datorate uneisupraîncălziri anormale, aparatul e dotat cu untermostat de siguranţă (cu resetare manuală) careîntrerupe funcţionarea.În cazul întreruperii termostatului, după ce aţideconectat electricitatea, controlaţi încălzitorul șiresetaţi termostatul, apăsând pe butonul pe carescrie “RESET”, din interiorul cutiei de conexiuni.Dacă intervine din nou dispozitivul de siguranţă,cereţi să fie controlat aparatul de către un dealerVortice autorizat.

Condiţii le de funcţionare• Aparatul trebuie utilizat în locuri acoperite, cu o

temperatură a mediului înconjurător cuprinsă între -0° C și + 40° C în aer liber, fără praf sau impurităţichimice.

• Se recomandă să se ţină cont, atunci când seproiectează instalaţia, că temperatura aerului careiese trebuie să fie mai mică de 50°C, iar vitezaminimă a aerului prin elementele de încălzire trebuiesă fie de minim 2 m/s.

• Grad de protecţie al cutiei de conexiuni electriceIP43.

• Momentul pornirii şi durata de funcţionare aaparatului sunt determinate în mod automat desistemul de control al VORT PROMETEO PLUS HR400/VORT PROMETEO HR 400.

• Eventuala oprire a ventilatorului aparatului VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400, care introduce aer curat de la exterior înîncãpere, determinã întreruperea automatã aalimentãrii încãlzitorului.

• Încălzitorul trebuie să fie bine fixat de tub, pentru a nucădea..

• Rezistenţa electrică se conectează la o reţeamonofazată.

• Capacul de la conexiunile electrice trebuie să fieaccesibil pentru a putea interveni asupratermostatului (RESET).

• Остановка вентилятора прибора VORTPROMETEO PLUS HR 400/VORT PROMETEO HR400, нагнетающего свежий наружный воздух впомещение, приводит к автоматическомупрерыванию питателя нагревателя.

Указания по установке• Нагреватель должен быть установлен в

воздуховоде всасывания свежего наружноговоздуха прибора Vort Prometeo Plus HR 400/VortPrometeo HR 400, на расстоянии не менее 50 смот него.

• Вы не можете установить нагреватель, какпоказано на Рис. 1

• В случае, если нагреватель устанавливается вначале воздуховода, следует установитьсоответствующую защитную решетку наконцевую часть трубы.

• Нагреватель должен быть надежно прикрепленк трубе таким образом, который исключал бывозможность его падения..

• Нагреватель должен быть изолирован спомощью негорючего материла в соответствии снормативами стран, в которыхпредусматриваются такие требования.

• ТЭН подключается к однофазнойэлектрической сети.

• Крышка соединительной коробки должна бытьдоступной для обеспечения возможностисброса термостата (RESET).

• Направление воздушного потока может бытьлюбым.

• Нагреватель должен быть установлен такимобразом, чтобы он мог работать только вместе свентилятором и только при включенномвентиляторе.

Condições de funcionamento• O aparelho deve ser utilizado em locais cobertos
