INSTALLAZIONI IN IMMERSIONE PERMANENTE

DGA ha progettato una gamma di apparecchi d’illuminazione a LED in grado di rispondere alle esigenze tecniche e normative riguardanti installazioni in immersione permanente.Grazie alla continua ricerca che accompagna ogni progetto, DGA si confer-ma il partner più affidabile per installazioni in ambienti come: piscine, fontane, vasche, ambienti salmastri..La linea DGA per immersione permanente garantisce la massima sicurezza e affidabilità nelle installazioni di apparecchi LED in ambiente subacqueo. Particolare attenzione è rivolta nella scelta dei materiali e nelle migliori tec-nologie produttive, finalizzati al rispetto totale del grado di protezione IP68. DGA fornisce i propri prodotti IP68 già assemblati con cassaforma e cavo uscente in Neoprene.

IDEALI PER LE INSTALLAZIONI ESTREME

La qualità dei materiali, le forme essenziali e la cura delle finiture fanno della linea DGA per immersione permanente un’ottima soluzione per installazioni in ambienti soggetti alla normativa CEI 64-8. Il materiale di costruzione ACCIA-IO INOX AISI 316L rende gli apparecchi idonei ad essere applicati anche in ambienti particolarmente aggressivi come quello salmastro (banchine, aree portuali, zone limitrofe al mare). Sono possibili inoltre soluzioni illuminotecni-che d’alta qualità per applicazioni più comuni come per le piscine, o per la creazione di giochi di luci nelle fontane, o suggestivi punti luminosi in vasche d’acqua.

I MATERIALI

DGA utilizza esclusivamente Acciaio Inox AISI 316L per il corpo lampada, per tutte le componenti meccaniche e per le viterie. La controcassa per in-stallazioni in muratura è realizzata in materiale plastico, per evitare l’effetto di corrosione che si genera tra metalli diversi in immersione. La protezione della sorgente luminosa è realizzata in vetro borosilicato. Il cavo di alimentazione è estremamente flessibile, in Neoprene H07RN-F. Tutte le guarnizioni sono in Silicone per garantire la massima tenuta stagna tra le parti assemblate.

INSTALLATIONS IN PERMANENT IMMERSION

DGA has designed a range of LED luminaires able to meet the requirements of technical norms concerning the installations in permanent immersion. Thanks to the continuous research carried on for all projects, DGA is one of the most reliable partners for all installations in places such as : pools, foun-tains, basins, salty environments. The DGA range for permanent immersion ensures the maximum safety and reliability for the installation of LED fixtures in an underwater environment.A special attention is paid to the choice of raw materials and manufacturing techniques, both aimed at the total respect of the IP68 protection rate. All IP68 products provided by DGA come already assembled with housing and out-going neoprene cable.

SUITABLE FOR EXTREME INSTALLATIONS

The quality of the raw materials, the minimal shapes and the attention for the finishings, make the DGA products for permanent immersion an excellent so-lution for installations in environments regulated by the CEI 64-8 norms. The products are manufactured in Stainless Steel AISI 316L, that makes them su-itable for installations in aggressive and salty environments (quays, harbours, or seaside areas). These products are also suitable for a more common use like applications in pools, or to create light effects in fountains, or to design suggestive light points in water basins.

THE MATERIALS

DGA uses only Stainless Steel AISI 316L for the body, the mechanical com-ponents and the screws. The box for recessed installation is manufactured in plastic, in order to avoid the corrosion that may be caused when different metals are installed together underwater. The light source is protected by borosilicate glass. The cable is extremely flexible, in Neoprene type H07RN-F. The waterproof sealing between all the assembled parts is ensured by sili-cone gaskets.

GRADO DI PROTEZIONE

Il codice IP (International Protection) è una convenzione definita nella norma EN 60529 (recepita dal CEI come norma CEI 70-1) per individuare il grado di protezione degli involucri dei dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici (tensione nomi-nale fino a 72.5 kV) contro la penetrazione di agenti esterni di natura solida o liquida.

La 1° cifra indica la protezione contro l’accesso di corpi solidi e contatto con parti pericolose.6 indica che l’apparecchio è totalmente protetto contro le polveri

La 2° cifra indica la protezione contro l’accesso di liquidi.8 indica che l’apparecchio è protetto contro gli effetti delle immersioni con-tinue

Il grado IP68 permette una protezione totale alla penetrazione di corpi solidi e polveri e all’ingresso di liquidi in immersione permanente fino a 3 metri di profondità.

PROTECTION RATE

The IP code (International Protection) is a convention defined in the EN 60529 norm, in order to classify the protection rate of the mechanical casings of electric and electronic devices (tension up to 72.5 kV) against the intrusion of solid objects, dust, accidental contact, and water.

The 1st digit indicates the level of protection against the ingress of solid forei-gn objects and contact with hazardous parts.6 indicates that the fixture is completely protected against dusts.

The 2nd digit indicates the level of protection against ingress of water.8 indicates that the fixture is protected against the effects of continuous im-mersion.

The IP68 rate permits a total protection against the entry of solid objects and dust and the entry of liquids in permanent immersion up to 3 meters depth.

DGA utilizza solo materiali di prima qualità per la realizzazione dei propri pro-dotti ad immersione permanente.

L’acciaio Inox AISI 316L è una lega che unisce alle proprietà meccaniche tipiche degli acciai caratteristiche peculiari di resistenza alla corrosione.È un acciaio contenente nickel e cromo in quantità importanti tali da conferire ottime caratteristiche.Le proprietà fondamentali dell’acciaio inox AISI 316L sono:- ottima resistenza alla corrosione in atmosfere di acqua dolce, e marina;- facilità di pulizia.

Queste sue caratteristiche principali lo rendono un “materiale costruttivo” ide-ale per installazioni in ambienti con agenti a forte aggressività, come la salinità nei siti in vicinanza del mare o le piogge acide causate dall’inquinamento atmosferico.Per questo motivo DGA utilizza questo materiale per costruire ogni corpo lampada della collezione LED ad immersione permanente.Inoltre ogni componente viene sottoposto a un trattamento di passivazione dell’acciaio che scongiura ogni minima possibilità di formazione di ruggine superficiale.

L’indiscutibile qualità costruttiva si evidenzia anche dall’accurata progettazio-ne delle controcasse stagne da abbinare ai nostri prodotti. Il risultato è un apparecchio LED in grado di affrontare anche le prove più severe in sicurezza e affidabilità.

DGA uses only first-quality raw materials for manufacturing its products for permanent immersion.

The Stainless Steel AISI 316L is an alloy that joins to the typical mechanical features of the steels some peculiar characteristics of resistance to the cor-rosion.This type of steel contains a high quantity of nickel and chromium, that give to steel some excellent features.The fundamental properties of stainless steel AISI 316L are :- high resistance to corrosion in fresh water and seawater;- easiness of cleaning.

These features make it a “constructive material”, perfect to be installed in environments with aggressive agents like the saltiness near to the sea or the acid rains caused by the atmospheric pollution.That is why DGA uses this material to manufacture the body of the fixtures belonging to the PERMANENT IMMERSION collection.Furthermore, each component is subjected to a passivation treatment of the steel, in order to avoid as much as possible the formation of rust on the surface.

The unquestionable manufacturing quality is highlighted also by the accurate design of the waterproof boxes to install with our products.The result is a LED fixture able to face the strictest proofs in terms of safety and reliability.

NORMA CEI 64-8/7

La linea DGA per immersione risponde alle linee guida per la progettazione di impianti elettrici di piscine e fontane espresse dalla Norma CEI 64-8/7.

Al fine di specificare le prescrizioni di sicurezza e di installazione degli impianti elettrici nelle fontane la Norma definisce tre zone:

La ZONA 0 è il volume interno alla vasca che contiene l’acqua.

La ZONA 1 è il volume delimitato dalla superficie verticale situata a 2 m dal bordo della vasca, dal pavimento o dalla superficie dove possono sostare le persone e dal piano orizzontale situato a 2,50 m al di sopra di questa super-ficie o del pavimento.

La ZONA 2 è il volume compreso tra la superficie verticale esterna alla zona 1 e la superficie parallela a quest’ultima, situata a 1,50 m dalla stessa e de-limitata orizzontalmente dal pavimento o dalla superficie dove possono so-stare le persone e dal piano orizzontale posto a 2,50 m al di sopra di questa superficie o del pavimento.

DEFINIZIONE DELLE ZONE SECONDO LA NORMA CEI 64-8/7Nelle Zone 0 ed 1, è permessa solo la protezione per mezzo di circuiti SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) ad una tensione nominale non superiore a 12Vac o a 30Vdc, con sorgente di sicurezza situata al di fuori delle Zone 0, 1, e 2.

I componenti elettrici devono avere almeno i seguenti gradi di protezione:

• nella ZONA 0: IPX8 involucro protetto contro gli effetti dell’immersione permanente

• nella ZONA 1: IPX5 involucro protetto contro i getti d’acqua

• nella ZONA 2: IPX4 (per le vasche all’aperto) involucro protetto contro gli spruzzi d’acqua (IPX5 se si utilizzano getti d’acqua per la pulizia).

CEI 64-8/7 REGULATION

The DGA range for immersion complies with the design of electrical instal-lations of pools and fountains defined by the Italian CEI 64-8/7 regulation.

In order to respect the prescriptions of safety and installation of the electrical wirings in the fountains, the Regulation identifies three different zones :

The ZONE 0 is the volume within the pool which contains water.

The ZONE 1 is the volume delimited by the vertical area placed at 2 meters from the pool edge, from the floor or from the area where people can stand, and by the horizontal plan placed at 2,50m above this area or the floor.

The ZONE 2 is the volume delimited by the vertical surface out of the Zone 1 and the surface parallel to this one, placed at 1,50m and delimited horizon-tally by the floor or the surface where people can stand and by the horizontal level placed at 2,50m above this surface or the floor.

DEFINITION OF THE ZONES ACCORDING TO THE CEI 64-8/7 REGULA-TIONIn the Zone 0 and 1 the protection is allowed through SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) circuits, at a rated voltage not exceeding 12Vac or 30Vdc, with backup power units placed outside of Zones 0, 1 and 2.

The electrical components must have a minimum IP rates as follows:

• In the ZONE 0:IPX8 casing protected against the effects of permanent immersion

• In the ZONE 1:IPX5 casing protected against water jets

• In the ZONE 2:IPX4 (for outdoor basins) casing protected against splashing water(IPX5 in case water jets are used for cleaning purposes).
