• Sollevare il veicolo utilizzando un adeguato ponte sollevatore • Raise the vehicle by using a suitable lift bridge

2 • Allentare la cinghia del motore • Smontare la ventola del radiatore • Smontare la puleggia del motore

• Loosen the engine belt • Disassemble the radiator fan • Disassemble the engine pulley

• Smontare la ventola e la puleggia dal supporto • Eliminare il mozzo M • Conservare lo spessore T

• Disassemble the fan and the pulley from the

support • Eliminate the hub M • Store the thickness T

• Inserire lo spessore T nel mozzo M1 fornito

• Montare il mozzo M1 , la ventola e la puleggia nel supporto originale

• Insert the thickness

T in the supplied M1 hub

• Mount the hub M1, the fan and the pulley in the original bracket

• Inserire la ventola completa di supporto nel suo spazio dietro al radiatore , senza , al momento fissare il supporto al motore

• Insert the complete support fan in its space behind the radiator, without, at the

moment, fixing the support to the motor

• Sovrapporre la puleggia fornita a quella originale e fissare con bulloni forniti

• Fissare la ventola col suo supporto nella posizione originale

• Overlap the provided pulley to the original one and fix it with bolts provided

• Fix the fan with its support in its original position

• Smontare le viti di fissaggio del tubo dello sfiatatoio dell’olio

• Spostare il tubo dello sfiatatoio olio • Eliminare le viti nei punti A B C D • Nel loro posto inserire il supporto

dell’innesto elettromagnetico e fissare con viti e distanziali forniti

• Remove the screws fixing the oil

breather pipe • Move the oil breather pipe • Remove the screws in points A B C D • In their place, insert the support of the

electromagnetic clutch and fix with screws and spacers provided

11 12 • Installare la frizione elettromagnetica e la pompa • Installare la cinghia , regolare la tensione delle cinghia

• Install the electromagnetic clutch and the pump • Install the belt , adjust the belt tension
