ENERGETICO (EPC)

raccomanda agli Stati membri di incoraggiare gli enti pubblici a ricorrere, se del caso, alle società di servizi energetici e ai contratti di rendimento energetico per finanziare le ristrutturazioni e attuare piani volti a mantenere o migliorare l'efficienza energetica a lungo termine.

le PPAA locali devono concorrere al raggiungimento degli obiettivi nazionali, senza creare conflitto con i principi generali dell’ordinamento comunitario, mediante provvedimenti atti a favorire l’introduzione di sistemi di gestione dell’energia facendo riscorso a Contratti di rendimento energetico.
