Aree pianeggianti costituite da depositi sabbioso ghiaiosi poco alterati con
stato di addensamento da "sciolto" a "medio" in superficie fino ad
"addensato" in profondità con localizzati livelli cementati più frequenti negli
intervalli di profondità compresi tra 3 e 6 m e oltre gli 11 m. Drenaggio delle
acque buono sia in superficie, sia in profondità. La permeabilità elevata
determina il grado alto di vulnerabilità della falda idrica sotterranea.
Aree individuate nel PTCP della Provincia di Monza e Brianza con grado di
suscettività al fenomeno degli "occhi pollini" moderato.
Favorevole con modeste limitazioni legate alle
caratteristiche geotecniche del terreno da
valutarsi localmente, anche per la possibile
presenza di cavità sepolte, e al grado di
vulnerabilità intrinseca dell'acquifero superficiale.

Sono sempre da prevedere opere per la
regimazione delle acque meteoriche (RE) e la
realizzazione di sistemi di
collettamento/trattamento delle acque reflue ai
sensi dei R.R. n. 3 e n. 4 del 24/03/06 (CO). Per
gli insediamenti produttivi sono inoltre da
prevedere sistemi di controllo ambientale da
definire in dettaglio in relazione alle tipologie di
intervento (CA).

Aree rilevate subpianeggianti costituite da depositi sabbioso ghiaiosi

orizzonti molto sciolti e cavità che si riscontrano nei primi 15 m di
profondità. Drenaggio delle acque mediocre in superficie e discreto in

costituiscono vie preferenziali all'infiltrazione dell'acqua in profondità
determina il grado elevato di vulnerabilità della falda idrica sotterranea

caratteristiche geotecniche e comportamento meccanico poco prevedibile.
Comprende una fascia di attenzione di 10 m individuata graficamente a
contorno di tali aree.
Favorevole con consistenti limitazioni
determinate dalle caratteristiche geotecniche
scadenti e disomogenee dei materiali di
riempimento (è comunque esclusa la possibilità
di costruzioni a cavallo della zona sismica di
