LETTURA DEL NOMOGRAMMA: Dall’intersezione della retta orizzontale relativa alla frequenza con la retta obliqua, riferita alla percentuale d’isolamento (I%), si ottiene un punto nella fascia corrispon-dente al grado d’isolamento, la cui ascissa indica la deflessione espressa in mm. Esempio di scelta di un Supporto Antivibrante: Si supponga di dover isolare un gruppo frigorifero con una frequenza di 1500 r.p.m. (25 Hz) con 6 punti di appoggio, su ciascuno dei quali gravano 500 Kg. Per ottenere un isolamento del 85% delle perturbanze in campo è necessaria una freccia di 3 mm circa. Il carico diviso la deflessione determina la rigidezza del supporto (costante elastica) “K”=Kg/mm

For the choice of Spring Mounts the following are needed:

1 Static weight of the machine to be insulated and number of footings. 2 Shape of the supporting base and relative distribution of the load .

3 Frequency in r.p.m. (minimum vibratory rate) of the rotating body willshow the frequency to isolate.*

4 Placing of the machine: if... near the sea… subject to the wind... in seismic Area and / or polluted… on building covers and…

* Frequency = a Hz / 1 Hz = 60 rpm.

In choising the antivibrating it’s important the security of the suspended machine. The rubber -metal antivibrating are indicated to cut frequencies at 25 Hz (1500 rpm) For a correct installation refer to our relative instruction guide or contact our technical department on : 0039 02 92 44 31 209.

Il supporto antivibrante dovrà avere una resistenza al carico sovrastante vicino al valore riportato nelle tabelle o nei grafici corrispondenti presenti nel catalogo. L’installazione è corretta quando tutti i Supporti Antivibranti hanno più o meno la stessa deflessione; se la deflessione ottenuta non consegue la posa in piano della macchina, si dovranno utilizzare degli appositi martinetti di registro livello. Per la corretta installazione consultare l’apposita guida tecnica. La Soleco engineering srl non si assume la responsabilità per l’errata installazione del Supporto.

READING THE NOMOGRAPH: From the intersection of the horizontal line indicating the frequency and the oblique line indicating insulation percentage (I%) can obtains the point in the band corresponding to the grade of insulation: the abscissa of this point indicates the deflection in mm . Example of Mount choice:Suppose a refrigerating unit has to be insulated with a frequency of 1500 r.p.m. (25 Hz), 6 footings and on each of them rest 500 Kg. In order to obtain a 85% insulation a deflection of 3 mm is required. The load divided by the deflection determine the stiffness of the mount “K” = Kg/mm

The antivibrating mount should have a resistance to the above load near the value indicated in the schedules or graphics of this catalogue. The installation is correct when all the antivibrating mounts have more or less the same deflection; if the obtained deflection does not achieve the plain setting of the machine, it will be necessary the use of jacks to adjust the level. Please consult the technical guide for a correct installation. Soleco engineering srl is not responsible for the consequences due to a non compliance of the installation instructions.


Per la scelta dei Supporti Antivibranti a molla occorre conoscere:

1 Peso statico della macchina e relativi punti di appoggio. 2 Geometria del basamento portante e relativa distribuzione dei carichi. 3 Frequenza eccitante: il numero più basso, dei giri (rpm) del corpo rotante, evidenzierà la frequenza da isolare. * 4 Destinazione della macchina: se... in prossimità del mare… soggetta al vento… in zona sismica e/o inquinata… su copertura di edifici… ecc...

* Frequenza = a Hz / 1 Hz = 60 rpm.

Nella scelta dell’antivibrante si dovrà tenere conto della sicurezza della macchina sospesa: i supporti antivibranti in gomma-metallo sono indicati per tagliare frequenze > ai 25 Hz (1500 rpm). Per una corretta installazione, vedere manuale relativo o interpel-lare il nostro ufficio tecnico al n° 0039 02 92 44 31 209.

Involucro di contenimento corpi elastici in “Poliammide PA6” . Corpi elastici in elastomero termoplastico , riciclabili, con proprietà fisico-meccaniche pressoché costanti nel tempo ed elevata resistenza all’invecchiamento atmosfe-rico, all’ozono, agli idrocarburi, ai grassi orga-nici, nebbie saline, detergenti ed ai raggi UV, alle basse ed alte temperature: da –50°C a +120°C.

A richiesta è possibile realizzare l’antivibrante in materiale autoestinguente UL94-V0.

Funzionalità multidirezionale con elevato grado di stabilità della massa sospesa.

Ottimo comportamento in sicurezza alle solle-citazioni assiali e tangenziali.

Carichi variabili in funzione della durezza dei corpi elastici, forniti colorati per una immediata identificazione:

Elastic bodies sheltered with a cap made of “Polyamide PA6” and elastic bodies made of recyclable thermoplastic elastomer which has physical-mechanical characteristics that re-main unchanged with time and is highly resis-tant to atmospheric agents, ozone, organic greaseswhich, salty fog, detergents, UV rays, low and high temperatures from –50°C to +120°C.

Upon request, it is possible to produce antivi-brating with retardant-flame material UL94-V0.

Multidirectional functioning with a very high stability level of the suspended body.

High-safety-level reaction in presence of vibra-tions in all directions.

Various possible loads according to the chosen elastic bodies which are coloured to be imme-diately identified:

APPLICAZIONI APPLICATIONS

Condizionatori, ventilatori, motori, centrifughe, pompe, gruppi elettrogeni. L’installazione del-l’antivibrante, al basamento della macchina viene eseguita utilizzando una semplice vite o un martinetto che consentirà di mettere la macchina sospesa in piano tra i vari punti di appoggio.

Air conditioning units, fans, engines, centrifu-gal machines, pumps, generators; easy fixing method between the machines and the antivi-brating mounts with a screwed bush. Upon request, it is possible to fix the antivibrating mount to the supporting base using screws.
