La societàAVUS RACING è un marchio registrato di RVS srl, azienda Italiana specializ-zata nella produzione di cerchi in lega per autovetture, suv/offroad e veicoli commerciali.

L’azienda, fondata nel 1979 a Castelfranco Veneto vicino a Venezia, opera dagli anni ‘90 nel mercato come partner industriale di famosi produttori nazionali di cerchi in lega.

Dal giugno 2007, RVS ha gestito la produzione e la distribuzione per l’Euro-pa delle ruote monoblocco in lega “AVUS racing”, marchio conosciuto nel mondo grazie alla fornitura di prestigiosi Team di Formula 1 come Red Bull eToro Rosso (2007) e ING Renault (2008). Il marchio AVUS racing è stato inoltre presente nel campionato DTM con il Team Mercedes fino al 2007.

Giugno 2008: RVS acquisisce il brand “Avus Racing”Avus racing entra anche sul mondo delle competizioni off-road, sviluppan-do e brevettando il sistema innovativo denominato RBS01 (RVS beadlock system) che è composto da un cerchio in lega predisposto per l’uso norma-le oppure con il kit bead lock dedicato senza applicare modifiche strutturali al cerchio.

L’intero ciclo produttivo viene seguito minuziosamente e attentamente in ogni fase: dallo sviluppo del design all’imballaggio, attraverso la progetta-zione con calcolo strutturale (FEM), la produzione degli stampi con sistemi computerizzati cad-cam, la fusione in conchiglia, la lavorazione meccanica a CNC fino all’operazione finale di controllo del prodotto, imballato e stoc-cato. Tutto viene eseguito nel rispetto dell’ambiente, da sempre elemento di distinzione di RVS.Vengono effettuati internamente ulteriori test: verifica sulla qualità delle materie prime, controlli a raggi X, flessione rotante, impact test, prova TBL e controllo dimensionale sui prodotti lavorati.RVS, infatti, è da anni certificata UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 dall’autorevole ente tedesco TÜV ed è inoltre fornitore accreditato di alcune tra le più importanti case automobilistiche Europee.

Settembre 2009: un passo fondamentale nella nostra strategia commer-ciale, in quanto con la pubblicazione del catalogo “Winter 2009 wheels col-lection”, tutta la produzione del gruppo (precedentemente suddivisa in 3 brands differenti) viene riunita sotto il marchio AVUS Racing.

Gennaio 2010: Il nuovo catalogo Spring 2010 segna un’importante evolu-zione nello stile della comunicazione AVUS RACING.

Gennaio 2013: AVUS RACING torna nel mondo delle ruote forgiate propo-nendo la “DTM06”, ruota monoblocco forgiata direttamente derivata dallo stile racing DTM. La gamma prodotti si arricchisce di nuovi modelli e finiture contando così oltre 20 design differenti.Viene introdotto un programma di personalizzazione colori in modo da soddisfare sempre più le richieste del cliente finale.

Die FirmaAVUS Racing ist ein eingetragenes Markenzeichen der italienischen Firma RVS S.r.l., die auf die Produktion von Leichtmetallrädern von PKWs, SUV/Offroad- und Nutzfahrzeugen spezialisiert ist. Das Unternehmen wurde 1979 in Castelfranco Veneto in der Nähe von Ve-nedig gegründet, und ist seit den 90er Jahren als industrieller Partner von namhaften inländischen Herstellern von Leichtmetallrädern tätig. Im Juni 2007 startete die Produktion der Monoblock-Leichtmetallräder AVUS Racing für den europäischen Markt. AVUS Racing erlangte weltweite Bekanntheit durch die Belieferung der renommierten Formel-1-Teams Red Bull Toro Rosso (2007) und ING Renault (2008). Auch im Mercedes-Team der DTM war AVUS Racing bis 2007 vertreten. Juni 2008: RVS SRL erwirbt die Marke “Avus Racing”. Im Jahr 2008 wird auch das RVS Beadlock System (RBS01) für den Off-Road Wettbewerb entwickelt. Dieses System verhindert durch eine spezielle Technik, dass sich der Reifen auf der Felge verschieben kann. Auch bei extremen Belastungen bleibt der Reifen zusammen mit der Felge eine stabile Einheit, ohne dass man den Reifen vorher modifizieren muss. Diese Felgen unterliegen von der Produ-ktion bis zur Verpackung strengen Kontrollen. Das Roh-Material muss Kon-trollen wie Röntgen, TBL Test und einem Belastungstest durchlaufen. Die Produktion wird durch das neue CAD System unterstützt. Durch diese Ver-fahren und Kontrollen erreichen die Avus-Offroad Räder einen sehr hohen Qualitätsstandard. RVS ist ein ISO 9001:20000 TÜV zertifizierter, umwel-tfreundlicher Betrieb; und ein geschätzter Lieferant von einigen wichtigen europäischen Automobilherstellern.

September 2009: ein wichtiger Schritt in der kommerziellen Strategie. Alle Produktgruppen (vorher unterteilt in 3 verschiedenen Marken) werden im Katalog Winterfelgen 2009 zusammengeführt zu dem Markennamen AVUS Racing. Januar 2010: der neue Frühjahrs-Katalog bedeutet eine wichtige Weiteren-twicklung der Firma AVUS Racing Januar 2013: AVUS Racing kehrt mit der Felge DTM06 in die Welt der Sch-miederäder zurück. Diese Felge wird nach dem Vorbild der DTM-Racing Felge im Monoblock-Verfahren geschmiedet. Es stehen über 20 verschie-dene Designs in vielen Farben zur Verfügung, welche nach Kundenwunsch produziert werden können.

La societàLa storia di un mito La pista AVUS è uno di quei circuiti leggendari che han-no segnato un’era gloriosa nella storia del mondo delle corse. Un circuito mitico dove i migliori piloti scrisse-ro i loro nomi con caratteri d’oro. Due lunghi rettilinei culminanti in due curve a 180° sull’asfalto di Berlino coronavano una pista dove velocità, rischio e passione diedero l’impulso finale ad uno degli sport più appas-sionanti.

AVUS Racing segue la scia del mito con la creazione delle ruote più avanzate del mondo, dando un contri-buto con la sua competenza alle competizioni più esi-genti: la Formula 1 così come il DTM Tedesco si avvan-taggiano della passione che AVUS Racing mette in ogni suo prodotto. Ruote che hanno intrapreso la via per mantenere il mito AVUS più vivo che mai.

Die Geschichte einer LegendeDie AVUS liegt im Südwesten Berlins und ist eine der legendärsten Rennstrecken in der Geschichte des Mo-torsports. Hier haben die besten Rennfahrer ihren Na-men auf den zwei langen Geraden und den zwei 180° Steilkurven verewigt. Geschwindigkeit, Risiko und Lei-denschaft waren die Anstoßgeber für eine der belieb-testen Motorsportarten. AVUS Racing ließ sich von diesem Mythos inspirieren und begann die Produktion der weltweiten modernsten Räder für die Formel-1 und die DTM. Dadurch wird der Mythos der legendären Rennstrecke „AVUS“ aufrecht erhalten und lebendiger denn je.

Special Color programSpecial Colors è il nuovo programma di personalizzazioni cromatiche Avus Racing.Tutti i cerchi Avus Racing, potranno essere personalizzati in una vasta gamma di colori basic, con diamantatura co-lorata o carbon look.

„Sonderfarben“ heißt das neue Programm von AVUS Racing. Alle AVUS Felgen können speziell nach Kundenwunsch lackiert werden. Hierzu gibt es eine Auswahl aus einer breiten Palette von Grundfarben. Die Lackierung erfolgt entweder ganzfarbig oder für polierte Felgen mit farbigem Klarlack. Ebenso kann jede Felge auch in Carbon-Look gefertigt werden.
