I ganci STM sono particolarmente usati negli impianti di irrigazione su vigneti e frutteti. Sostengono il microirrigatore e servono per aggiustare la sua posizione sul tubo quando questo, per effetto del caldo/freddo, tende a torcersi. Un microirrigatore innestato direttamente sul tubo, con la torsione, andrebbe a bagnare le foglie e la frutta, risultando molto dannoso. Questo sistema è particolarmente adatto per l’irrigazione di vigneti che effettuano la raccolta meccanizzata in quanto non interferiscono con la chiusura della vendemmiatrice.

The STM hooks are specially used in irrigation systems on vineyards and orchards. They support the microsprinkler and allow to correct its position on the pipe when it twists due to temperature variations (hot/cold). Notice that a microsprinkler grafted directly in the pipe, due to the tube twisting, would water the leaves and the fruits, causing damage. This system is particularly suitable for irrigation systems in vineyards with mechanical harvesting, since it does not interfere with the working harvester.

I ganci STT sono utilizzati negli impianti di irrigazione di frutteti e vigneti, e servono per sostenere il tubo in polietilene al filo di ferro. In un solo gesto si aggancia assieme il tubo ed il filo di ferro, non lasciando spazio tra i due, cosicché non possano infilarsi dei tralci. Grazie ad una cavità posta nel gancio stesso il tubo è ancorato al filo di ferro e non si sgancia mai. Per la sua velocità d’installazione è il gancio preferito dagli installatori.

The STT hooks are used for irrigation systems in orchards and vineyards for holding the polyethylene tube on a guide iron wire. With a single movement the tube can be attached to the supporting wire, without leaving any space between the two in order to avoid the growing of tree shoots in between. Thanks to a notch carved in the hook the tube is tightly attached to the wire preventing any detachment. The easy and fast installation procedure makes the STT hook the preferred choice of the installers.

I ganci STA sono stati concepiti per il sostegno dell’ala gocciolante negli impianti di irrigazione. Il doppio sistema di attacco assicura l’aggancio al filo di ferro in un solo gesto e al tempo stesso permette con facilità la sostituzione dell’ala gocciolante senza dover staccare il gancio dal filo. Il gancio STA è provvisto di un rompigoccia che permette alla goccia di cadere nel punto desiderato impedendo lo scorrimento lungo la tubazione. Questa caratteristica lo rende indispensabile negli impianti in pendenza.

The STA hooks have been designed to support dripline in irrigation systems. A dual locking system ensures one-click attachment to the pipe, and allows to replace the dripline without detaching the sta hook from the wire. The STA hook is also provided with a water run stopper which makes the drop falling just in a required area, without any slide along the pipe. This hook is essential in vineyards and orchards with slope.

I ganci STLRA sono ganci lunghi progettati per sostenere l’ala gocciolante negli impianti di irrigazione, facendola avvicinare maggiormente al terreno, evitando l’installazione di un ulteriore filo. I ganci sono dotati di rompigoccia che consente, nelle installazioni con pendenze, di far cadere la goccia esattamente dove si desidera, impedendone lo scorrimento lungo l’ala gocciolante. Sono disponibili nella versione lunga (16 cm) oppure extra-lunga (23 cm).

The STLRA hooks have been designed to support dripline in irrigation systems, making it closer to the ground, avoiding the installation of an additional wire. The STLRA hooks are also provided with a water run stopper which makes the drop falling just in a required area, without any slide along the pipe, essential condition in vineyards and orchards with slope. They are available in the long version (16 cm) or extra-long version (23 cm)

Grazie ad un’aletta a forma di S, si può sollevare la calata in orizzontale agganciandola al filo di ferro che sostiene il tubo in polietilene. Questo permette di effettuare le lavorazioni del terreno con i macchinari all’interno delle serre, senza intralciare.

Thanks to an S-shaped flap, the irrigator with the stabilizing rod can be attached horizontally to the iron wire supporting the water line tube in polyethylene. This configuration allows the use of mechanical devices in working the soil inside the greenhouse without causing any obstruction.

• Gocciolatori autocompensanti con membrana in silicone, corpo in polipropilene stabilizzato anti UV, in grado di garantire durata e resistenza nel tempo contro gli agenti atmosferici e fenomeni di corrosione dovuti alla fertirrigazione.

• Sistema di autocompensazione che mantiene costante la portata al variare della pressione di ingresso (all’interno del range di pressione raccomandato 1÷3,5 bar per il 4 l/h - 1÷3 bar per l’8 l/h – 1,2÷3,5 bar per il 15 l/h) assicurando così la distribuzione uniforme di acqua e fertilizzante.

• Ispezionabili, si possono smontare per la pulizia. La membrana in silicone all’interno è inserita nell’alloggiamento in modo tale che all’apertura del gocciolatore non cada nel terreno.

• Attacco ad innesto, uscita cilindrica. • Gocciolatori da l/h: 4-8-15. Filtrazione consigliata: 120 mesh.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA General conditions of supply

1) Prezzi: i prodotti saranno fatturati ai prezzi in vigore alla data di consegna; i prezzi del presente listino s’intendono in Euro, IVA e trasporto esclusi. La venditrice si riserva il diritto di modificare in qualsiasi momento i prezzi accettati, in caso di variazione del costo di costruzione non dipendente dalla sua volontà.

2) Termini di consegna: pronta salvo il venduto. E’ facoltà del venditore evadere l’ordine in più riprese senza che ciò dia diritto all’annullamento dell’ordine o parte di esso. I termini di consegna sono indicativi e non impegnano la venditrice.

3) Resa: la merce è venduta franco ns. magazzino di Pastrengo (VR), salvo accordi contrari.

4) Spedizioni: nei casi in cui il mezzo di spedizione non sia esplicitamente indicato dal cliente, la spedizione verrà effettuata nel modo ritenuto da noi più idoneo. La merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo del committente, anche se spedita in porto franco. L’assicurazione viene coperta solo su richiesta ed è a carico del compratore. Il venditore non risponde in alcun modo di mancanze di peso, rotture, danni, perdite, dispersioni ed altro, di cui sono responsabili i Vettori (Ferrovia, Tranvie, Corrieri, Compagnie di navigazione ecc.) ai quali il Committente deve reclamare a suo rischio, nei dovuti modi.

5) Imballo: normale, gratis. Imballi particolari se richiesti saranno addebitati al costo.

6) Reclami: i reclami devono essere fatti entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Gli eventuali difetti, errori o differenze di ogni sorta, non potranno obbligarci, quando siano da noi riconosciuti, che alla sostituzione pura e semplice nel primo caso, od alla correzione negli altri, senza diritto alcuno a rifusione di danni di qualsiasi specie. I prodotti restituiti resteranno di ns. proprietà ed il ritorno della merce dovrà sempre essere da noi autorizzato.

7) Garanzia: il ns. materiale si intende garantito per i guasti dovuti a difetti di fabbricazione a noi imputabili, per i ns. prodotti, o imputabili ai ns. fornitori, per i prodotti di rivendita.

La garanzia decade qualora: • il materiale sia stato usato al di fuori delle condizioni di

esercizio da noi indicate; • il materiale sia stato comunque modificato o manipolato. La ns. garanzia si limita alla sostituzione dei prodotti difettosi

o alla loro riparazione, con la completa esclusione di qualsiasi altra responsabilità ed in particolare con l’esclusione di indennizzi o riconoscimenti di danni comunque causati dall’uso dei ns. prodotti.

8) Pagamenti: i pagamenti s’intendono liberatori solo se effettuati alle scadenze e condizioni indicate nella fattura. Le spese d’incasso s’intendono a carico dell’acquirente. Il mancato pagamento di una singola rata o di una singola fattura scaduta, o, comunque il parziale inadempimento nei pagamenti sarà ritenuta condizione sufficiente perché il debitore decada dal beneficio del termine; in questo caso la venditrice si riserva il diritto di richiedere immediatamente l’integrale pagamento del suo credito scaduto o in scadenza. In caso di mancato o ritardato pagamento del prezzo pattuito o di parte di esso e senza che occorrano particolari comunicazioni al riguardo, decorreranno automaticamente dalle scadenze determinate nelle condizioni di vendita, gli interessi moratori a favore della venditrice nella misura del quattro per cento in più rispetto al tasso ufficiale di sconto in vigore al momento del mancato o ritardato totale o parziale pagamento.

9) Interventi a richiesta: qualora sia richiesto un intervento tecnico, Vi saranno addebitate le spese dei materiali e d’intervento secondo le tariffe vigenti.

10) Riserva di proprietà: i prodotti forniti resteranno di nostra proprietà fino al totale pagamento di essi.

11) Foro: unico foro competente è quello di Padova.12) Validità: le presenti condizioni generali sono applicabili a

tutte le ordinazioni pervenuteci dopo l’emissione del presente listino, sono soggette a cambiamento senza alcun preavviso e si intendono integralmente accettate con il conferimento dell’ordine.

N.B. La Ecorain Irrigation Systems srl si riserva inoltre il diritto di modificare le caratteristiche dei prodotti ed i prezzi di listino senza preavviso e senza incorrere in penalità.

1) Prices: products shall be invoiced with up-to-date prices in force at the date of delivery; prices are in italian currency, VAT and transport are not included. In any case, the vendor reserves the right to change the accepted prices at any time, when involving a variation in the construction cost for which he has no control.

2) Delivery terms: ready on available (unless sold). The seller may deliver products in several times, without involving the cancellation of the order or part of it. The delivery terms are merely indicative and are not binding for the vendor.

3) Delivery: goods shall be sold ex works from our warehouse in Pastrengo (VR), unless different agreements.

4) Shipment: if customer doesn’t specify the means of transportation, the seller shall decide the appropriate one. Transport’s risks shall be charged to the purchaser, even if delivered free of charge. If requested and charged to the customer, it may be possible to ensure goods. The seller is not responsible for: lack of weight, breakage, damages, losses and other, due to the carriers (Railway, Tramway, Forwarder, Shipping Company, etc.), to whom the purchaser shall complain at his own way and risk.

5) Packing: normal, free. On request, special packing shall be invoiced.6) Complaints: complaints may be forwarded within 8 days from

receipt of goods. Faulty goods, when we acknowledge them, shall be replaced or repaired, without pretending any refund. Products sent back, shall be left to as and their return must be always authorised by us.

7) Warranty: products are guaranteed for damages due to our manufacture, for our products, or to our provider, for retailer’s products.

Warranty shall fail when: • the material has been used in ways and operating conditions

different from what recommended by us; • the material has been altered or manipulated. The substitution of faulty products or their repairing excludes

any other responsibility, indemnity and acknowledgement of damages caused by using our products.

8) Payments: the payments are considered as released only if made at the deadlines under the conditions indicated in the invoice. The buyer will be responsible for any collection expenses. A fault in the payment of a single instalment or of single overdue invoice or, in any case, the partial non-compliance in payments will be considered sufficient cause for the debtor to lose the benefit of the term; in this case, the vendor reserves the right to request immediate and full payment of his overdue or falling due credit. For the case involving the lack or delayed payment of the agreed-upon price or part of it and without any special communications regarding the payment itself, overdue interest in favour of the vendor will be owed automatically from the expiration specified in the special sales conditions, determined as four percent more than the official discount rate in effect at the time of lack or delayed total or partial payment.

9) Assistance on request: if the purchaser requires a technical assistance, we will invoice him the costs of materials and work.

10) Property reserve: the supplied products shall remain of our property until total payment.

11) Jurisdiction: the jurisdiction is Padova.

12) Validity: these general conditions shall apply to all orders received after the issue of the present price list, they shall be subjected to changes without any notice and they will be considered completely accepted by the customer at the order.

N.B. Ecorain Irrigation Systems srl reserves the right to modify its products charatteristics and price list without any notice and without incurring in any penal case.
