DESCRIZIONE DEL RATIONALE
Il progetto si propone di creare e valorizzare una nuova ed innovativa figura professionale e si basa sulla realizzazione di unsistema che consente la valutazione del benessere delle persone coinvolte in una specifica attività lavorativa.
La figura professionale, X dovrà acquisire le competenze e le capacità necessarie per una corretta valutazione dellecaratteristiche delle persone che dovranno costituire un team di lavoro.
Il progetto si propone di attuare un modello di formazione e attività formative come basi per lo sviluppo di nuove capacitàprofessionali. La formazione della figura professionale “X” consente di individuare le reali attitudini e motivazioni del lavoratoreed aumentarne il benessere psicologico.
L'obiettivo è la creazione di una figura manageriale in grado organizzare un team di lavoro altamente idoneo allo svolgimentodelle attività di uno specifico progetto migliorando il benessere psicologico dei lavoratori, incrementando la redditività dellestrutture, ed incrementando l’occupazione.
Le principali azioni previste dal progetto sono: Realizzazione del sistema informativo per la valutazione Rilevamento dello stress da lavoro correlato su gruppi definiti di lavoratori Elaborazione dei dati provenienti dalle indagini Realizzazione di un modello formativo Corsi di Formazione sperimentali per lo sviluppo della figura “X”
Le azioni previste consentiranno la formazione e l'istruzione di figure che, tramite l'uso di tecnologia avanzata, saranno in gradodi gestire e organizzare i gruppi di lavoro in modo da aumentare la capacità di conseguimento dell'obiettivo.

What is the rationale of this project, in terms of objectives pursued and needs to be addressed?
OECD 2012: At European level (2012), Early School Leaving (ESL) affects five and half million young people:12.7% on EU28 average of all 18 to 24 year olds, had not finished upper secondary education and were not ineducation and training.
The EU2020 strategy target to decrease ESL rates to 10% has driven Member States to implement policieswhich aim to tackle the issue. Some countries are now close to the 10% mark (Austria, Germany, TheNetherlands, Sweden, Poland, Croatia), others very far (Spain, Portugal, Italy) and others halfway (France,Belgium, United Kingdom).
The PROJECT CONCEPT resulted from the applicant and partner Organizations – educational subjects,associations and regional authorities.
