Rotatory MixerApplications:The rotatory mixers are designed to mix samples by rotating thesamples platform in 360 degreethrough a single axis. With different platform designs, the mixersgenerate two types of mixing actions:1.) The up-to-down action: when samples place along the radiusdirection of the sample tray, i.e. parallel to the platform, the mixersperform up-to-down mixing action;2.) Tube Roller MixerApplications:The Tube Roller Mixers mix samples through thesimultaneously rolling action of the tubes and the carriedvessels (bottles, test tubes etc.). As the tubes rolling, thevessels are rolling too, causing continuous mixing of theliquid inside the vessels. The most advanced features arethe convenient sample handling and the accommodation ofvarious types of vessels in the mixer without adding anyadapters or accessories compared to other types of mixers.There are two types of action on the tube rolling mixers:1. With a slightly tilted angle on the axes of the tubes, agently rocking action happens when tube rolling. It helpsthe mixing efficiency of some viscous samples in gentle mode. And it is ideal for mixing blood samples,viscous substances and liquid-solid suspensions where minimum aeration is required or for aidingde-frosting of samples.2. A rolling action without rocking effect. Samples are mixed with the continuous rolling action. Thereare two models for the rollers: Both of them are microprocessor controlled. COOLCELL FREEZING PROFILE CONSISTENCY AND CELL VIABILITY

CoolCell FTS30 vial module Removable FTS vial module enables one-step transfer to long term cryo storage box.

Performance test: A temperature probe was placed into a 2ml cryogenic tube containing 1ml of water and the tube was inserted into a CoolCell sitting at room temperature. The CoolCell was then placed directly into a -80°C freezer and the temperature rate and profile were observed over a 3 hour period. This experiment was repeated 5 consecutive times and temperature profiles were recorded.

Conclusion: CoolCell showed identical cooling profiles and phase transition over five consecutive freeze cycles.

Fully autoclavable

The MicroPette Plus pipettes can be fully autoclaved and withstood steam sterilization at 121℃, 1 atm for 20 minutes.The pipettes can be autoclaved without special preparation.After autoclaving the pipette must be cooled down and left todry for 12 hours.It is recommended to check the performance of the pipette after each autoclaving. It is also recommended to grease the piston and seal of the pipette after every 10 autoclave cycles.

Calibration

All DLAB pipettes have been quality tested according to ISO8655-2:2002 and are supplied with individual calibration certificates. The quality control includes gravimetric testing of each pipette with distilled water at 22℃.
