All bottles are produced with high-tech equipment using extrusion blow moulding technology and more recently, injection blow moulding. The raw plastics used are pure and comply with the environmental standards in force. Each production batch is subject to inspection throughout the entire production cycle according to the normative references in force, which are reinforced by Plastiques GOSSELIN’s own criteria: inspections regarding leakproof, visual appearance, tightening torque, resistance, volumetry for graduated or calibrated bottles, etc.

The nominal capacities of the bottles have been measured according to the AFNOR NF EN 13974 and NF EN 13972 standards. The nominal capacity is the capacity for which the container has been designed. It is calculated as follows: from the maximum capacity (when the container is filled to the brim) is deducted a percentage as defined in the NF EN 13972 standard.

Plastiques Gosselin offer a wide range of bottles: octagonal, round, square, rectangular and for sampling water with or without the addition of sodium thiosulphate. Bottles are available from 30 to 2,700 ml, with narrow and wide openings, non capped aseptic or capped ionised (10 kGray). Various closure systems are available - from a simple closure to a tamper-evident screw cap - meeting all the requirements for use. All the closures are vertically ribbed which facilitates opening even with gloves.

Packaging is perfectly adapted to suit the market demand: single bag, manual packing of bottles into boxes. In an effort to respect hygiene standards and prevent any risk of particle contamination, all bottles are protected by a polyethylene outer bag placed inside the boxes beforehand.

Product traceability is our key concern. Thanks to the product label on each box, we can retrace each production cycle. This label includes batch number, expiry date if the product has been ionised, and other information useful to our customers.

All the materials used to manufacture the products in this range comply with the European directives in force, particularly those concerning the absence of heavy metals and food compatibility.

An integrated ionisation unit using an electrical source decontaminates the products directly after manufacturing. A beam of accelerated electrons is directed onto the products for sterilisation. The energy thus liberated into the exposed matter destroys the micro-organisms, without raising the temperature. The shelf life of ionised products, except for those containing sodium thiosulphate (See page 20), is three years from the ionisation date. After ionisation, a peel-away certificate of treatment is attached to each box. Thus our customers have immediate access to it upon receipt of the goods.

Les matières plastiques utilisées sont pures et conformes aux normes environnementales en vigueur. Chaque lot est soumis à des contrôles tout au long du cycle de production selon les référentiels normatifs en vigueur renforcés par des critères propres à Plastiques GOSSELIN : contrôles d’étanchéité, d’aspect visuel, de couples de serrage, de résistances, de volumétrie pour les flacons gradués ou jaugés, ...

Les capacités nominales des flacons ont été mesurés suivant les normes AFNOR NF EN 13974 et NF EN 13972. La capacité nominale est la capacité pour laquelle est conçu le conteneur. Elle est calculée à partir de la capacité à ras bord maximale à laquelle est déduite un pourcentage défini dans la norme NF EN 13972.

Plastiques Gosselin vous propose une large gamme de flacons : octogonaux, ronds, carrés, rectangulaires et pour le prélèvement de l’eau avec ou sans adjonction de thiosulfate de sodium. Les flacons sont disponibles de 30 à 2700 ml, en étroite et large ouverture, aseptiques non bouchés ou ionisés bouchés. Différents systèmes de fermetures sont disponibles, de la simple fermeture au bouchon à vis avec témoin d’intégrité répondant ainsi à toutes les exigences d’utilisation. Tous les bouchons sont striés dans la masse ce qui facilite leur ouverture même avec des gants.

Les conditionnements s’adaptent parfaitement à la demande du marché : sachet unitaire, rangement manuel des flacons dans les cartons. Dans un souci d’hygiène et afin d’éviter tout risque de contamination particulaire, tous les flacons sont protégés par un sursac en polyéthylène préalablement posé à l’intérieur des cartons.

La traçabilité des produits est au centre de nos préoccupations. Grâce à l’étiquette produit apposée sur chaque carton d’emballage, nous pouvons retracer chaque cycle de production. Cette étiquette reprend le numéro de lot, la date de péremption lorsque le produit est ionisé, ainsi que d’autres informations utiles à nos clients.

L’ensemble des matières constitutives des produits de cette gamme est conforme aux directives européennes en vigueur concernant, notamment, l’absence de métaux lourds et l’alimentarité.

Une unité intégrée d’ionisation par source électrique réalise la décontamination des produits dès la sortie de fabrication. Un faisceau d’électrons accélérés est dirigé sur les produits à traiter. L’énergie ainsi libérée dans la matière exposée, a pour effet de détruire, sans élévation de température, les micro-organismes. La durée de péremption des produits ionisés, excepté ceux contenant du thiosulfate de sodium (voir page 20), est généralement de trois ans à compter de la date d’ionisation. Après ionisation, un certificat de traitement est apposé sur chaque carton. Ce certificat détachable offre la possibilité à nos clients d’en disposer dès réception de la marchandise.

A range of water sample bottles has been developed for microbiological analysis : octagonal, square and rectangular bottles, in polyethylene (PE) or polyethylene terephtalate (PET), from 250 to 1,000 ml, with narrow or wide opening. The large variety available in volumes and neck diameters meets all user sampling restrictions.

Our bottles keep samples secure, ensuring conservation and offering a reliable means of collection and transport. All products are ionised by an electrical source in order to avoid any contamination before the sample is taken.

The square and rectangular bottles were specially designed for water sampling regarding legionella testing. Meeting all your needs, these bottles are available with sodium thiosulphate (Na 2S2 O3, 5H2O) ("Sodium Thiosulfate" label) or without sodium thiosulphate ("Water Sampling Bottle" label). The batch number, ionisation expiry date and sodium thiosulphate dosage is indicated on each label.

The sodium thiosulphate contained in each bottle inhibits the effects of chlorine, bromine and ozone present in the water when the sample is taken. The sample is ready for its flora to be put into a culture medium. The perfect transparency of the polyethylene terephtalate (PET) bottles offers excellent visibility giving an indication of the turbidity of the liquids: sediments, algae, etc.

The dose of sodium thiosulphate comply with the normative requirements in force: From the standard NF en ISO 19 458 concerning water quality and sampling for microbiological analysis. The dosage is still based on a minimum of 20 mg per litre.

All sampling bottles are supplied with tamper-evident screw caps, which guarantee the sterility of the product before use. The characteristic of the cap is to guarantee maximum hygiene and security. Its safety ring prevents all contact with the sample when opening, thus avoiding any risk of contamination. Two types of neck are available. Narrow necked bottles reduce the water/air interface while wide necked bottles facilitate and accelerate sampling collection. Some models make the control of the filling level easy due to the graduations on the product.

La variété de volumes et de diamètres d’ouverture satisfait à l’ensemble des impératifs de prélèvements des utilisateurs.

Nos flacons sécurisent le prélèvement, assurent sa conservation et offrent un moyen de collecte et de transport fiable. Tous les produits sont ionisés par source électrique afin d’éviter toute contamination antérieure au prélèvement.

Les flacons carrés et rectangulaires ont été spécialement conçus pour le prélèvement de l’eau dans le cadre de la recherche de la légionellose.

Répondant à tous vos besoins, ces flacons sont disponibles avec thiosulfate de sodium(Na 2S2 O3, 5H2O) (étiquette

"Sodium Thiosulfate") ou sans thiosulfate de sodium (étiquette "Water Sampling Bottle"). Sur chaque étiquette figure le n° de lot, la date de péremption de l’ionisation et le dosage en thiosulfate de sodium.

Le thiosulfate de sodium contenu dans chaque flacon inhibe l’action du chlore, du brome et de l’ozone présents dans l’eau au moment du prélèvement. Le prélèvement est alors prêt pour la mise en culture de sa flore. La parfaite transparence des flacons en polyéthylène térephtalate (PET) offre une excellente visibilité donnant une indication sur la turbidité des liquides : sédiments, algues, etc.

Le dosage de thiosulfate de sodium est conforme aux exigences normatives en vigueur : de la norme NF en ISO 19 458 sur la qualité de l'eau pour analyse microbiologique. Le dosage est d'au moins 20 mg/l.

l’intégrité du flacon, garantissant ainsi la stérilisation du produit avant utilisation. La cape attenante garantit une hygiène et une sécurité maximales. Son anneau de sécurité évite tout contact avec l’échantillon lors de l’ouverture éliminant ainsi tout risque de contamination.

Deux types d’ouverture sont disponibles. Les ouvertures étroites réduisent l’interface eau/air alors que les larges facilitent et accélèrent le prélèvement. Certains modèles permettent le contrôle du niveau de remplissage grâce aux graduations du flacon.

Certaines références de flacons sont livrables sous sachet unitaire. Dans un souci d’hygiène et afin d’éviter tout risque de contamination particulaire, tous les flacons sont protégés par un sursac en polyéthylène préalablement posé à l’intérieur de nos cartons.

La durée de péremption de nos produits contenant du thiosulfate de sodium est de deux ans à compter de la date d’ionisation. Après ionisation, un certificat de traitement est apposé sur chaque carton. Ce certificat est détachable et offre la possibilité à nos clients d’en disposer dès réception de la marchandise.
