Adamello Ski Raid is an international event that brings Lombardia towards Expo. It may be a metaphor, but as the athletes will cross the finish line of Ponte di Legno, so our region will approach the great World exhibition, an opportunity to highlight Lombardia and its beautiful mountain heritage. Adamello Ski Raid, in a mix of sport, competition, culture and Great War environment, leads to the places that have made the history not only of Italy, but also of the entire world.Today in our country more and more people practice ski mountaineering, a challenging but also rewarding discipline. The data show that there are 300 thousand ski mountaineering lovers for 15 thousand members of the Italian Winter Sport Federation. If we think that in Europe there are about 5 million ski mountaineers, 100 thousand of which are competitive athletes, we see that our

numbers can be further improved. And in this direction, the Italian National Team led by Stefano Benedetti is giving us a huge help thanks to his 30 medals won in the last World Championships in Switzerland. It is definitely an important driving force for the entire ski mountaineering movement.Good luck to the athletes that this year will race at the Adamello Ski Raid, a milestone event in ski mountaineering together with Mezzalama and Pierra Menta that also take place on the great mountains Lombardia.

Sull’Adamello, lungo le piste della Grande Guerra

A baluardo del Pian Di Neve, su due speroni di roc-cia, come attente sentinelle, sorgono due simboli emblematici di ciò che è stato ormai 100 anni fa: la croce del papa ed il cannone 149. Il bene e il male, la pace e la guerra a ricordo indelebile del periodo più nero della storia dell’Adamello. A ridosso delle cele-brazioni x il centenario della grande guerra, gli atleti dell’Adamello ski raid si troveranno a correre lungo quelle linee e percorsi che tanta fatica e sofferenza costarono a quei giovani dagli scarponi pesanti e con i fucili in mano.

GRANDE GUERRAPiù si allontana nel tempo e più riemerge nella co-scienza collettiva della gente il ricordo inquietante di una guerra “diversa”, di una guerra che, nel vortice di quella che fu la Grande Guerra, viene defi nita anche come guerra “d’aquile” e guerra “sui ghiacciai”. Essa fu veramente una guerra diversa, non perchè violenza, odio e devastazione siano stati inferiori a quelli di tutti i confl itti precedenti, ma perchè il primo avversario ed insieme il primo alleato fu la montagna, l’alta monta-gna delle vette inaccessibili, dei silenzi ingombranti, delle bufere devastanti, dell’improvvisa morte bianca. E su queste montagne, talora da sogno e più spesso da incubo, si sono affrontati soldati di una specie del tutto particolare: Alpini e Kaiserjager. Il ricordo delle loro imprese si sublima ormai nella luce dell’epopea e la prestanza delle loro gesta da nobile contrappunto all’aridità delle programmate strategie dei signori della guerra.

Regolamento 20151. INTRODUZIONE: “L’Adamello Ski Raid” è una gara internazionale di scialpinismo con attrezzatura classica, a squadre composte da due elementi, organizzata dall’Adamello Ski Team con la collaborazione del Consorzio Adamello Ski. La manifestazione avrà luogo Domenica 12 aprile 2015 con partenza, per le categorie maschile e mista da Ponte di Legno, località “Tonalina” e, per la categoria femminile dalla località Passo Paradiso, e arrivo a Ponte di Legno. La partenza in linea è fissata alle ore 5.30 per la categoria maschile e mista e alle ore 6.10 per la categoria femminile.

2. REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE: Il tracciato presenta un dislivello in salita di 4.250 m per il percorso maschile, 3.300 m per il percorso femminile, e in discesa di 4.600 m. Si snoda su un percorso di alta montagna e prevede il superamento di difficoltà alpinistiche. A seguito di tali caratteristiche l’iscrizione alla manifestazione presuppone una buona preparazione psicofisica e ottime conoscenze dell’ambiente di alta montagna. Per poter partecipare, i concorrenti devono essere nati nel 1994 o precedenti, essere in regola con le norme del tesseramento F.I.S.I. o, per i concorrenti stranieri, della Federazione del paese di appartenenza, per l’anno 2014/2015 ed essere in possesso del certificato di idoneità alla pratica dell’attività agonistica, rilasciato dal medico di medicina sportiva e valido alla data della gara.

3. EQUIPAGGIAMENTO: Ogni atleta è consapevole e direttamente responsabile di tutto il materiale che utilizza durante la gara. Con l’atto dell’iscrizione, l’atleta garantisce l’efficienza tecnica del proprio materiale e la sua conformità al vigente regolamento. Per motivi di sicurezza, ogni singolo atleta deve portare il proprio materiale, eccezion fatta per gli sci e le pelli di foca, che possono essere portati, nei tratti a piedi, dal proprio compagno di squadra; gli sci devono essere fissati nella parte posteriore dello zaino; è vietato il trasporto degli sci nella parte anteriore (davanti) dell’atleta, da spallaccio a spallaccio, o il trasporto senza il fissaggio allo zaino tramite gli appositi laccioli di sicurezza. In caso di rottura dei materiali la sostituzione è consentita in partenza nei primi metri dopo il lancio negli appositi spazi delimitati dall’organizzazione, lungo il percorso esclusivamente nei punti di controllo. L’ organizzazione non è tenuta a fornire materiali di ricambio per gli atleti.I materiali personali e di squadra saranno controllati a termine gara, in apposito parco chiuso predisposto in zona arrivo e, se ritenuto ne-cessario dai giudici, in qualsiasi altra fase di gara a partire dal momento della consegna del pettorale fino a mezz’ora dopo l’arrivo. Durante l’accredito a Ponte di Legno, avverrà il controllo e la punzonatura dei materiali. Per accedere alla zona di partenza è obbligatoria la verifica di funzionamento dell’ ARTVA. Materiale minimo obbligatorio per concorrente- Un paio di sci da scialpinismo: altezza minima (misurati dalla punta alla coda, lungo tutta la superficie della soletta) 160 cm per le catego-

rie maschili, 150 cm. per le categorie femminili, dotati di lamine metalliche per almeno il 90% della loro lunghezza, sciancratura minima ammessa: spatola 80 mm, al centro sci 60 mm., coda 70 mm. Si considerano le misure dichiarate dal fabbricante che si assume la totale responsabilità di tale dichiarazione.

- Un paio di scarponi da scialpinismo: devono essere sufficientemente alti da coprire le caviglie, devono essere predisposti per l’aggan-ciamento rapido e sicuro dei ramponi, sia di dispositivi di chiusura dello scafo e del gambaletto, sia di un bloccaggio per l’inclinazione tra gambaletto e scafo. Non sono considerati validi i vari tipi di nastri adesivi e fasciature con materiali elastici. Sono ritenuti regolamentari tutti i sistemi di chiusura e le suole di scarponi da sci alpinismo immessi sul mercato da parte delle case produttrici, purché non modificati. Requisiti minimi:

– La superficie minima esterna delle tacche, a contatto con il terreno, è di 1 cm2;– La suola deve essere costituita da materiale gommoso tipo Vibram o similare;– La suola di ogni singolo scarpone deve essere tacchettata e deve coprire almeno il 75% della superficie;– Il numero minimo di tacche per scarpone è 23, di cui 15 nella parte anteriore e 8 sul tallone;– La profondità minima delle tacche è 4 mm.- Un paio d’attacchi (il puntale e la talloniera possono essere di due ditte diverse, purchè originali): devono essere del tipo da Sci Alpinismo.

Devono avere la possibilità di bloccare lo scarpone nella parte posteriore e anteriore. Per la parte posteriore, lo sganciamento deve essere frontale e laterale.

- Un paio di bastoni: diametro non superiore a 25 mm esclusa l’imbottitura, proibite le rondelle in metallo.- Un telo termico: dimensioni minime mt 1.8 x 2.0 (sempre obbligatorio per tutte le discipline tecniche).- Un A.R.T.V.A. a norme internazionali: funzionante e in trasmissione durante tutto lo svolgimento della gara, indossato sopra il primo strato

intimo, sotto la tuta, o nella tasca prevista nella tuta da sci alpinismo. È vietato il solo trasmettitore.- Una pala da neve con manico: la pala montata, con il manico e il cucchiaio deve avere una lunghezza minima di 50 cm. Le misure del cuc-

migliorare la scorrevolezza delle pelli di foca.- Indumenti per la parte inferiore del corpo: due strati, di cui un paio di pantaloni o tuta ed un paio di pantaloni imbottiti in piumino, primaloft

o similare (imbottitura minima 60 gr/m2). - Indumenti per la parte superiore del corpo: quattro strati a manica lunga, di cui una giacca con cappuccio imbottita in piumino, primaloft o

similare (imbottitura minima 100 gr/m2).- Guanti: due, di cui un paio imbottiti.- Berretto: o fascetta.- Occhiali: un paio o visiera.- Ramponi: minimo 10 punte altezza minima 3 cm. Devono essere portati nello zaino punta contro punta, non devono essere modificati e do-

vranno avere i laccioli (no elastici) di sicurezza allacciati durante il loro utilizzo.- Imbracatura: con cosciali omologata C.E. non deve essere modificata.- Kit da ferrata: omologato C.E. che alterino le caratteristiche della corda.- Occhiali da sole: un paio, di ricambio.- Kit di primo soccorso.- Fischietto.

4 COMPORTAMENTO IN GARA: Il percorso sarà interamente segnalato con apposite paline colorate; tale segnaletica dovrà essere fedelmente seguita. In ogni fase della gara, le squadre dovranno muoversi in maniera autonoma ed autosufficiente, senza aiuto e/o assistenza esterna sal-vo usufruire dei rifornimenti dell’organizzazione. La distanza massima fra i due componenti non dovrà superare i 20 metri. Le squadre lasce-

ranno il punto di controllo insieme e solo quando i componenti saranno stati registrati dal controllore. I concorrenti dovranno tenere esposto ben visibile il pettorale lungo l’intero tracciato. I cambi di assetto dovranno essere effettuati esclusivamente nelle aree appositamente delimi-tate, come stabilito dall’organizzazione e dalla Giuria, senza alcun tipo di aiuto esterno. I concorrenti, in caso di bisogno, sono tenuti a prestarsi reciproco aiuto. Qualsiasi concorrente raggiunto deve obbligatoriamente ed immediatamente lasciare il passo al concorrente che lo richiede, ad esclusione dei tratti dove l’organizzazione lo vieta. Le squadre dovranno procedere lungo il tracciato secondo la tecnica di progressione imposta dall’organizzazione e dalla Giuria (pena squalifica). Le squadre fuori tempo massimo o in difficoltà dovranno abbandonare la gara unicamente in corrispondenza di un punto di controllo, ove saranno istruiti sulle modalità di rientro. In caso di incidente dovrà essere allertato il più vicino posto di controllo o il servizio di soccorso. Nei tratti da percorrere con gli sci nello zaino è vietato l’utilizzo del cordino da traino.

Per le scorrettezze che prevedono penalità da 1 min. a squalifica, l’entità della penalizzazione sarà stabilita in base alla gravità della scorrettezza e al contesto di gara in cui è stata commessa. Eventuali reclami do-vranno essere sottoposti alla Giuria per iscritto, entro 15 minuti dalla pubblicazione della classifica ufficiale firmata dal DT FISI. Tutti i reclami devono essere accompagnati dalla somma di € 50,00 che non saranno rimborsati in caso lo stesso venisse respinto.

6.DOPING: Saranno effettuati controlli antidoping secondo le modalità previste al punto 1.7 dall’Agenda dello Sciatore FISI 2014-2015 e/o se-condo quanto stabilito dall’ISMF.

7 INFORMAZIONI DI DETTAGLIO: È obbligatoria la presenza di almeno un componente di ogni squadra al briefing, che si terrà il giorno prece-dente la competizione alle ore 18.00 presso il Palazzetto dello Sport di Ponte di Il direttore di gara, a seguito di particolari condizioni atmosfe-riche o di circostanze eccezionali intervenute prima o durante lo svolgimento della gara, può modificare sia il percorso sia i tempi massimi dei cancelli orari, o sospendere la prova, considerandola conclusa con l’ordine di arrivo riferito al punto di sospensione. 8 ABBANDONO: L’abbandono di un concorrente in difficoltà, spontaneo o su decisione dell’organizzazione, dovrà obbligatoriamente avvenire al più vicino punto di controllo, ove il concorrente sarà affidato al personale di soccorso. Il compagno di squadra dovrà seguire le istruzioni dell’organizzazione.

9. ISCRIZIONI: La partecipazione alla manifestazione è riservata a squadre di due componenti ben allenati, con esperienze alpinistiche e con buona pratica dello sci fuori pista. La quota di iscrizione è fissata in € 300,00 per squadra e comprende: l’iscrizione alla gara, un giorno di mezza pensione (cena – pernottamento – prima colazione), pranzo finale e gadget della manifestazione (capo tecnico Montura). La quota di iscrizione per chi non intendesse usufruire del servizio di mezza pensione è fissata in € 240,00 per squadra.Le iscrizioni potranno essere effettuate esclusivamente via internet (www.adamelloskiraid.com). Adamello Ski Raid

Regulations 20151. INTRODUCTION: The “Adamello Ski Raid” is an international ski-touring race, with traditional equipment, in teams made up of 2 people. It is organized by the Adamello Ski Team in cooperation with Adamello Ski Consortium. This event will take place on Sunday,April 12th, 2015: departure for male and mixed categories is in Ponte di Legno, Tonalina area at 5.30 a.m.; for female category at 6.10 a.m. at Passo Paradiso and the finish for both is in Ponte di Legno.

2. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: The course is characterized by a rise of 4.250 m for male, 3.300 m for female category and in descent of 4.600 m. The path winds up a high mountain route and presents some alpine difficulties. As a consequence, the admission implies good psychophys-ical training and great experience in high mountain environment. Compulsory year of birth of the competitors: 1994 or previous years. The competitors must be up-to-date with the rules of the F.I.S.I. registration for the years of 2014/2015 and they must show the health certificate allowing them to practice any competitive sport. This certificate has to be issued by a sport doctor and has to be valid on the race day.

3. EQUIPMENT: Each athlete is aware and responsible for the equipment used during the race. By the inscription, the athlete assures the technical competence of his own equipment and guarantees that it is in compliance with the current rules. For safety reasons, each athlete must carry his own equipment, as an exception only the skis and the sealskins can be carried by the team fellow during the walking stages. The skis must be fixed on the backside of the backpack; it is forbidden to carry the skis on the front side, in front of the athlete, from shoulder strap to shoulder strap and it is forbidden to carry the skis by fixing them on the backpack without using the special safety strings. During the race you are not allowed to change equipment, even if it is broken, apart from the departure, in the first metres after the starting point, inside the areas marked by the Organization and along the route only at the check points. The Organization is not obliged to provide athletes with any spare material. All the personal and team equipment will be checked at the end of the race, in a special suitable area at arrival and, if the judges consider it necessary, even during the race stages from the time of the delivery numbers to 30 minutes after arrival. When you enrol for the race in Ponte di Legno, the equipment will be checked and stamped. To enter the departure area it is compulsory to check if the ARTVA device is working precisely.Compulsory material for each competitor- One pair of skis suitable for alpine skiing: Min. height 160 cm (measured from the head to the end, along the whole surface of the insole), for

the men’s categories Juniores/Seniores/Espoir, Cadets, 150 cm for the women’s categories Cadets/Juniores/Seniores/Espoir. They must be equipped with metallic edges at least on 90% of all their length. Min. width 80 mm, 60 mm in the central part, 70 mm at the end. We consider valid the sizes declared by the manufacturer, that is responsible for such declaration.

- One pair of ski boots suitable for alpine skiing: they must be high enough to cover the ankles and must be suitable to wear quickly and safely the crampons. The boots must be equipped both with closing device of the foot part and the garret part and both with lock tilt between the foot part and the garret part.Different types of scotch-tapes and bandages with elastic materials are not allowed. We consider regular all the closing systems and the soles of the alpine skiing boots sold on the market by every manufacturer, as long as not modified. Min. require-ments:- min. external surface of the notches, in contact with the land, 1 cm2;- sole made with rubbery type material such as Vibram or similar; - the sole of each boot must be notched and cover at least 75% of the surface; - min. number of notches is 23 (15 on the front part and 8 on the heel); - min. depth of the notches 4 mm.

- One pair of alpine skiing bindings (the point and the heel can be produced by two different manufacturers, but only if they are original parts). They must allow to block the boot on the back and front side. On the back side it is required a front and side unhooking.

- One pair of sticks: diameter no more than 25 mm, filling not included. Metal washers are forbidden.- One thermal sheet: min. size mt 1.8 x 2.0 (always compulsory for all technical sports).- One A.R.T.V.A device: according to international rules; it must be worn above the underwear, below the snowsuit or inside the specific pocket

of the mountaineering suit and must transmit during the whole race. The transmitting device alone is forbidden. - Snow shovel: with handle. Min. length of the full shovel, including handle and spoon, 50 cm, min. size of the spoon 20x20 cm, without any

change. The denomination “snow shovel ” must be given by the manufacturer, that is responsible for such denomination and for its practical qualities.

- Snow probe: it is preferable according to the I.S.M.F. rules. We also accept the probes with the following features: min. length 240 cm, min. diameter 10 mm, without any change. The denomination “snow probe ” must be given by the manufacturer that is responsible for such de-nomination and for its practical qualities.

- One backpack with suspenders: equipped with 2 ski rack strings. The backpack must be big enough to transport all the equipment required by the general rules.

- Sealskins: two plus a spare two. In order to respect the natural environment, it is strictly forbidden to use scotch or other similar devices, that make the sliding easier.

- Lower body clothes: two layers (a pair of trousers or tracksuit and a pair of down filled trousers primaloft or similar ( min. filling 60 gr/m2)). - Upper body clothes: four long sleeved layers (one layer must be one hooded down anorak primaloft or similar (min. filling 100 gr/m2).- Gloves: two pairs (one has to be quilt).- Ski hat: or hairband.- One pair of glasses: or ski mask.- Crampons: min. 10 spikes, min. height 3 cm, without any change, adjusted on the boots and equipped with safety strings (no elastic bands).

They must be carried inside the rucksack, spike against spike. - Sling: approved by U.I.A.A., with thigh protectors, without any change.- Kit for railtracks: according to the rule UIAA 128 (self-made kit is forbidden).- One snap hook: additional, min. resistance 22 kN.- Helmet: approved by U.I.A.A., mountaineering, ski touring or climbing helmet, which must be worn during the whole race. Mountain Bike

helmets are strictly forbidden.Compulsory material for each team:- Dynamics climbing rope: length 20 m, min. diameter 8,0 mm single rope for 1. It is strictly forbidden to use any elastic bands or to do any

other changes that might modify the rope.- Sunglasses: and one pair of spare sunglasses.

4 BEHAVIOUR DURING THE RACE: The whole course will be marked with special coloured signs. You have to faithfully follow these signs. In every phase of the race each team has to be independent and self-sufficient: external help or assistance isn’t allowed, except for supplies provided by the organization staff. The gap between the two racers cannot be bigger than 20 m. The teams will be allowed to leave the check point together only after being scored by the race supervisor. During the whole race every competitor’s number has to be shown clearly. The change of arrangement can be made only inside the delimited zones, as stated by the Organization and by the Jury, without any external help. The competitors, in case of need, are required to help each other. If a competitor is joined by another one, he/she must leave immediately the

step on the route, with the exception of stretches where it is forbidden by the Organization. All the teams have to move along the route respect-ing the progression technique established by the Organization and the Jury (or they might be disqualified). The teams after the time-limit or in trouble can leave the race only at a nearby check point where they the rescue staff will take care of them. In case of accident it is compulsory to advise the closest check point or the rescue staff. When you have your skis in the backpack it is forbidden to us the tow-sling. 5.PENALTIES OR DISQUALIFICATIONS:Missing skis, boots or A.R.T.V.A. = disqualificationIf a competitor doesn’t pass by a check point = disqualification.Any dangerous action, which could compromise the safety of the competitors and of the organizers, as well as the course of the race = dis-qualification.Change of 2 sticks, if the break has not been checked = from 1 to 5 minutes penaltyLittering on the course or causing any serious environmental damage = disqualification.Leaving the course race = disqualification.Missing compulsory material at the check point or at the finishing line post = from 1 minute penalty to disqualification.Getting any external help, if not authorized = from 1 minute penalty to disqualification. Improper behaviour: from 1 minute penalty to disqualification.Arrangement change outside the change areas = from 1 to 3 minutes penalty.If one team doesn’t pass together by one area of arrangement change = from 2 minutes penalty to disqualification.If you fold or cut your number = 3 minutes penalty.Non-sports terms or insults to other athletes or DT = from 5 minutes to disqualification.If you don’t use the compulsory equipment = from 1 minute penalty to disqualification.Disrespecting the safety rules = disqualification.Any other dangerous action, which could prejudice the safety of the competitors and of the organizers as well as and the proper course of the race = disqualification.All the decisions will be made by the Jury and will be unquestionable. In case of penalty from 1 minute to disqualification, the penalty will be established according to the gravity of the mistake and according to the particular context of the race. Any complaints have to be addressed in writing to the Jury, within 15 minutes from the issuing of the final results, signed by DT FISI. Moreover it is compulsory to pay € 50,00 for any complaint. This amount won’t be refunded in case the claim is refused.6 DOPING: Anti-doping controls will be made as expected at the point 1.7 of the Skier’s Agenda FISI 2014-2015.7 DETAILS: It is fundamental to know the exact details concerning the race, therefore it is compulsory that at least one member of each team takes part in the briefing. During the briefing, which will take place the day before the race at 6 p.m.at the “Palazzetto dello Sport” in Ponte di Legno, the competitors will receive the following information: description of the race, procedures and stretches, where it is compulsory to climb roped together and where it is necessary to use crampons. The competitors will be informed of the meeting point, the starting time, the location and the max. time of the gates, the check and health assistance points. The Race Director, in case of particular weather conditions or exceptional circumstances, occurred before or during the race, may change both the course and the max. time of the gates; he may also suspend the competition, which will be considered finished and the valid arrival order will be the one of the suspension moment. One team’s withdraw must absolutely take place nearby the closest check point, where the competitors will be attended by the rescue staff. If only one member of the team withdraws the race, the others must follow the Director and rescue staff’s instructions. 9 ENROLMENTS: Only the teams made up of two members are allowed to take part in the race (optional reserve). The team leader is respon-sible for the team to the organization staff and guarantees to be present at the race and to enrol trained athletes, with great alpine experience and to be able to practice well off-pists skiing. Entrance fee: € 300,00 / team. This price includes: the race enrolment, one day HB (dinner, overnight stay and breakfast), final lunch and one gadget of the event (technical wear Montura). Règlement 20151. INTRODUCTION: «L’Adamello Ski Raid» est une compétition internationale de ski- alpinisme ouverte à des équipes de deux compétiteurs, qui se dispute avec un équipement classique, organisée par Adamello Ski Team en collaboration avec Consorzio Adamello Ski. La manifesta-tion aura lieu Dimanche 12 avril 2015. Le départ pour les catégorie «masculine» et «mixte» sera à 5.30 h à Pontedilegno en localité Tonalina et, pour la catégorie «féminine» au Passo Paradiso à 6.10. Arrivée à Pontedilegno pour tous.

2. REQUIS POUR LA PARTICIPATION: Le tracée, qui présente un dénivellement complétif de 4.250 m pour les catégorie «masculine», 3300 m pour la catégorie «féminine» et descente de 4600 m. Se déroule tout au long d’un parcours de haute montagne et comporte des difficultés d’alpinisme. Suite à ces caractéristiques l’inscription à la manifestation est soumise à une bonne préparation psychophysique et à une parfaite connaissance de l’environnement de la haute montagne. Pour pouvoir y participer , les concurrents doivent être nés en 1994 où avant et être en règle avec l’inscription à la F.I.S.I pour l’ année 2014/15 et posséder un certificat médical d’aptitude à la pratique sportive , donné et signé par un médecin de sport et valide à la date de la compétition.

3. EQUIPEMENT: Chaque athlète est conscient et directement responsable du matériel utilisé pendant la compétition. Au moment de l’ins-cription, l’athlète assure le fonctionnement technique de son matériel et sa conformité à ce règlement. Pour des raisons de sécurité , chaque athlète doit porter son propre matériel, à l’exception des skis et des peaux de phoque, qui, dans les tronçons parcourus à pied, pourrons être portés par son coéquipier. Les skis devront être fixées à l’arrière du sac à dos pas devant ou d’une bandoulière à l’autre, ou sans l aide des lacets de sécurité prévus à cet effet. Le matériel reconnu endommagé pourra être remplacé à quelque mètres du départ dans les espaces délimités par l’organisation, pendant la compétition seulement aux postes de contrôle. L’organisation n’est pas obligée au remplacement du matériel des athlètes.Les matériels personnels et d’équipe seront contrôles à la fin de la compétition, dans un poste fermé à l’arrivée, et si les juges le retenaient nécessaire, dans n’ importe quel moment de la compétition à partir du moment de la consigne du dossard jusqu’à une demi-heure après l’arrivée. Pendant l’accréditation à Ponte di Legno, le matériel sera contrôlé et poinçonné. Pour accéder au départ il est obligatoire de vérifier le fonctionnement de l’ARTVA. Equipement individuel obligatoire- Un pair de skis d’alpinisme: Hauteur minimum ( mesurée de la pointe au talon du ski) 160 cm pour les hommes et 150 pour les femmes,

pourvus de carres métalliques sur au moins 90% de leur longueur, 80 mm à la spatule, 60 mm au patin et 70 mm au talon. La longueur et la largeur déclarées par le fabriquant font foi.

- Chaussures de ski-alpinisme: Elles doivent recouvrir complètement les chevilles, permettre la fixation rapide et fiable des crampons, avoir deux fermetures indépendantes sur la coque et la tige et un blocage pour l’inclination entre la coque et la tige. Les rubans adhésifs et autres bandages élastiques ne sont pas autorisés. Tous les systèmes de fermeture et les semelles de ski-alpinisme présents sur le marché et garantis par le fabriquant, seront considérer réguliers, si pas modifiés.Requis minimum:- la surface minimum extérieur, au contact du terrain, et de chaque cran est de 1 cm²;- semelles crantées de type Vibram ou équivalent;- la semelle de chaque chaussure doit être crantée et elle doit couvrir au moins le 75% de la surface;- les crans pour chaque chaussure et de 23, avec 8 crans au moins sous le talon et 15 à l’avant;- la profondeur minimum des crans est de 4 mm.

- Fixations: (les fixations mixtes, c›est-à-dire de marques différentes pour l›avant et l›arrière, sont permises si originales) de type ski alpin, elles doivent être en mesure de bloquer la chaussure à l’avant et à l’ arrière. Equipées pour la partie arrière d’un système de déclenchement de sécurité frontal et latéral.

- Paire de bâtons: ayant un diamètre maximum de 25 mm, sans le rembourrage. Les rondelles métalliques sont interdites.- 1 couverture de survie: de 2.0x1.80 mt minimum.- Une pelle: dont le godet doit mesurer au moins 20×20 cm et ayant une longueur avec son manche monté de 50 cm, homologuée UIAA non

modifiée. L’appellation «pelle à neige» est définie par le fabricant qui est chargé de toute responsabilité pour sa dénomination et son fonc-tionnement.

- Appareil de Recherche de Victimes d’Avalanche (ARVA): réglé sur la fréquence internationale , il doit être porté au -dessus de la première couche intime, au-dessous du vêtement ou dans la poche prévue dans le vêtement de ski-alpinisme. Interdite l’utilisation du seul transmet-teur.

- Une sonde à neige: d’une longueur minimum de 240c m, d’un diamètre minimum de 10 mm sans modifications. L’appellation «sonde à neige» est définie par le fabricant qui est chargé de toute responsabilité pour sa dénomination et son fonctionnement.

- Sac à dos: doté de 2 lanières porte-skis et en mesure de contenir tout le matériel. - Peaux de phoque: deux plus deux de recharge. Pour des raisons liées à la protection de l’environnement, il est strictement interdit de faire

appel à du ruban adhésif ou équivalent afin d’améliorer la glisse. - Vêtements bas du corps: deux couches. Un pantalon ou une combinaison et un pantalon coupe-vent avec matelassage thermique, synthé-

tique ou plume (matelassage 60gr/m2).- Vêtements haut du corps: quatre couches à manches longues dont une veste coupe-vent avec une capuche et avec matelassage thermique

synthétique ou plume ( matelassage 100gr/m2). - Gants: deux pairs dont un pair avec matelassage.- Bonnet: ou bande.- Une paire de lunettes: o visière.- Crampons: à 10 pointes minimum et de 3 cm minimum de hauteur, sans modifications, porté dans le sac à dos pointe contre pointe, munis

de lacets de sécurité ( pas élastiques) liés pendant l’utilisation. - Harnais: homologué UIAA 105.- Kit certifié pour «via ferrata» (homologuée C.E.).- 1 mousqueton: adjoint portée minimum 22 KN.- Casque: d’alpinisme, de montée ou de ski-alpinisme homologué C .E. Il doit être porté pendant toute la durée de la course.Equipement minimum obligatoire par équipe- Une corde dynamique: d alpinisme de 8.0 mm de diamètre et 20 m de longueur, corde simple pour 1. Les élastiques de support ne sont pas

autorisés.- Une paire de lunettes de soleil: de rechange.- 1 trousse de premiers secours.- 1 sifflet.

4. COMPORTEMENT PENDANT LA COURSE: Le parcours sera entièrement signalé par des balises spéciales colorées. Il est obligatoire de respecter fidèlement la signalisation du parcours. Toute au long du parcours les équipes seront autonomes et autosuffisantes, sans aide de l’extérieur sauf pendant les ravitaillements de l’organisation. La distance maxime entre les deux compétiteurs ne devra dépasser les 20mt. Les équipes quitteront le poste de contrôle ensemble et seulement alors que les compétiteurs auront été enregistrés par le contrôleur. Les

dossards devront être toujours bien visibles. Les changements de technique de progression pourront être effectués seulement dans les zones délimites, sans aucune assistance externe, comme établi par l’organisation et les juges . En cas de besoin, les concurrents doivent s’aider réciproquement. Tout concurrent atteint par un autre devra immédiatement céder le pas, sauf aux endroits interdits par l’organisation. Les équipes devront progresser au long du parcours en suivant la technique de progression imposée par l’organisation et les juges ( sous peine de disqualification ). Les équipes hors-temps ou en difficultés devront obligatoirement abandonner la compétition à un poste de contrôle , où ils seront renseignées sur le retour. En cas d›accident, prévenir le poste de contrôle le plus proche ou bien le poste de Secours situé sur le parcours. Dans les tronçons du parcours ski dans le sac-à-dos, l’utilisation d’une corde de traction est interdite.

5. PéNALITéS ET DISQUALIFICATIONS:Manque des skis ou chaussures ou casque ou ARVA: disqualification.Franchissement d’un poste de contrôle: disqualification.Tout comportement pouvant compromettre la sécurité de la cordée, des autres concurrents et des organisateurs pendant la course entraîne la disqualification immédiate de l’équipe.Substitution des bâtons dont la rupture n’a pas été contrôlée : de 1min à 5min.Abandon d’ordures le long du parcours ou dommage à l’environnement : disqualification.Abandon du parcours: disqualification.Manque du matériel obligatoire aux postes de contrôle ou à l’arrivée: de 1min à disqualificationAssistance extérieure pas autorisée: de 1 min à disqualification.Comportement antisportif: de 1 mn à disqualification.Change de rangement hors du poste de changement: de 1 min à 3 min.Equipe qui ne transite pas compacte à la sortie du poste de changement: de 2 min à disqualification.Pliement ou coupe du dossard: 3 min.Insultes ou langage antisportif à l’égard des autres participants ou DT: de 5 min à disqualification.Inutilisation du matériel obligatoire: de 1 min à disqualification.Pas de respect pour les règles de sécurité: disqualification.Toute décision prises par le Jury seront sans appel. Pour les incorrections qui prévoient une pénalité de 1 mn à disqualification, l’entité de la pénalisation sera rapportée à la gravité et au contexte dans lequel elle a été commise.Les réclamations devront parvenir au Comité Organisateur dans les 15 minutes dès la publication de la classifie officielle signée par le DT FISI, être dûment motivées par écrit et accompagnées de la somme de € 50,00 qui ne sera en aucun cas remboursée.

6. DOPAGE: Il est strictement interdit. Les procédures de contrôle et les sanctions suivent les indications du point 1.7 de l Agenda du Skieur FISI 2014-2015 ou du ISM.

7.INFORMATIONS DéTAILLéS: Au moins un compétiteur par équipe doit participer au briefing qui aura lieu le jour avant la course à 18 h près du Palazzetto dello sport de Ponte di Legno. Soit le parcours de la course soit les contrôles aux postes des temps maximums pourront être modifiés, y compris pendant le déroulement de la course, au cas où les conditions météo l’exigeront. La course pourra aussi être suspendue et considérée terminée en considérant valide l’ordre d’arrivée du moment de la suspension. La décision sera prise par la Direction de la Course et sera sans appel. 8.ABANDON: En cas d’abandon de la course spontané ou forcé par l’organisation, les équipes devront obligatoirement se rendre au poste de contrôle le plus proche et en informer les responsables: elles seront alors confiées au Service de Secours. Le copain d’équipe devra suivre les instructions de l’organisation.

9. INSCRIPTIONS: La participation est réservée à des équipes de 2 compétiteurs en bonne condition psychophysique, pratiques de la haute montagne et du ski hors piste. Les droits d’inscription s’élèvent à € 300,00 par équipe et ils comprennent pou chaque compétiteur: l’inscrip-tion, 1 journée en demi-pension dans un hôtel ( diner-logement-petit-déjeuner), repas final, 1 prix de participation (starter gift: un vêtement technique Montura). Les droits d’inscription des équipes, qui n’entendent pas profiter de la demi-pension à l’hôtel s’élèvent à € 240,00.Les inscriptions pourront s’effectuer seulement sur internet www.adamelloskiraid.com. La participation est réservée aux titulaires de la carte Grande Course 2015-2016, qui peut être achetée sur le site www.grandecourse.com. Date d’ouverture des inscriptions 1er janvier 2015 Date de fermeture des inscriptions 15 février 2015 Communication admission équipes 20 février Droits d’inscription au plus tard 28th février 2015Jusqu’au 30 Mars 2015 le remplacement des athlètes dans les équipes inscrites et en règle avec les droits d’inscription sera possible. A’ l’inscription les compétiteurs soulèvent les organisateurs de tout responsabilité civile et pénale à l’égard de personnes ou choses pour des dommages qui peuvent se vérifier pendant ou après la compétition ou en relation à la même.
