Le piastre di cottura sono realizzate in speciale lega ferritica di grosso spessore ad alta conducibilità termica anche in versione cromata e sono disponibili liscie, rigate o liscie/rigate. Tutti i modelli sono dotabili di alzatina perimetrale paraspruzzi e di dotati di cassetto estraibile per la raccolta dei grassi in acciaio inox AISI 304.

The equipment is on a open room and built in Scotch Brite AISI 304 stainless steel. Hot plates are in a special ferritic alloy, thick and at high thermal conductivity. Versions available are chrome-plated, smooth, grooved or smooth/grooved. La piastra di cottura è interamente realizzata in acciaio termodiffusore di grande spessore, con inserto centrale estraibile. Le aree termiche differenziate con la temperatura massima al centro, degradante verso l’esterno, permettono tipologie di cottura diverse.

These are available in 5 gas models, on a open room (table) or a gas oven frame, and with 2 flames on gas ore electric oven and with two flames on gas oven and warm cabinet. The hot plate is entirely made in very thick thermal diffusion steel, with extractable central insert. Thermal areas are differentiated in maximum temperature in the centre and degrading outwards for different types of cooking.
