Le ruote monoblocco forgiate, grazie alle sue caratteristiche costruttive permettono diametri maggiori e pesi ridotti rispetto a una ruota OEM, migliorando le dinamiche di guida dell’auto. Ciò comporta più potenza in accelerazione e una maggiore efficacia in frenata.

Le caratteristiche meccaniche e fisiche della ruota forgiata sono distribuite in tutti i punti della stessa, garantendole una migliore resistenza a sollecitazione e impatti, diminuendo l’ovalizzazione della ruota.

Tutta la produzione delle ruote CINEL FORGED sono interamente eseguite in Italia.

Forged monobloc wheels, given their construction properties, enable producing larger diameters at lower weight than an OEM wheel, thus improving the car driving dynamics. This all leads to more powerful acceleration and more effective braking reaction.

Dai primi disegni su carta, si procede alla grafica tridimensionale dando al progetto la forma di quello che poi sarà la ruota finita.Tutte le ruote sono progettate in base alle caratteristiche dell’auto e al peso tra asse anteriore e posteriore.

La ruota forgiata nasce da una billetta di alluminio riscaldata che successivamente viene compressa in più fasi su presse da 8000t, che le conferiscono la forma cilindrica grezza di una ruota.Il canale viene poi stirato mediante il processo di flow formatura, grazie all’utilizzo di questa tecnologia il materiale subisce uno stiramento nello stesso verso andando ad allineare il flusso granulare dell’alluminio anche nei punti più critici della ruota , garantendo una maggiore resistenza ai carichi di esercizio.La ruota viene trattata termicamente per migliorarne le caratteristiche meccaniche.

The forged wheel is created from a heated aluminium bar, which is compressed in a number of phases by an 8000 ton press, giving the wheel its rough cylindrical shape.The channel is then stretched using the flow forming process, which is a technology that stretches the material in the same direction and therefore aligns the granular flow of the aluminium even in the most critical points of the wheel, to guarantee much greater resistance to the working loads.The wheel is then heat treated to improve its mechanical properties.

CINEL FORGED wheels are designed using the most modern 3D CAD / CAM design software and FEM analysis (finite element analysis), software that uses the parameters to simulate a fatigue test. This enables identifying the critical factors, and therefore changing and improving the forged wheel.

Torni a controllo numerico conferiscono alla ruota forgiata una perfetta rotondità e bilanciatura.L’utilizzo di centri di lavoro ad altissima precisione vanno a creare quello che sarà il design della ruota forgiata, garantendo una perfetta assialità con il canale, con notevoli vantaggi sulla distribuzione dei pesi.

Numeric control lathes give the forged wheel perfect roundness and balance.The use of high-precision workstations creates the design of the forged wheel, guaranteeing perfect axial alignment with the channel, with noteworthy advantages in terms of weight distribution.

Grazie all’implementazione del sistema di gestione per la qualità DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 si garantisce il raggiungimento dei più elevati standard di produzione.

During and after the machining phase, the wheels undergo dimensional, concentricity and circularity tests. Thanks to the quality management system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard, the highest product standards are now reached.

La ruota alla fine della lavorazione subiscono una micro pallinatura, che rende il materiale più compatto.Le ruote subiscono un lavaggio in vasche di cromatazione incolore per evitare ossidazioni.Viene poi applicato un fondo a polvere e successivamente, dopo il passaggio in forno, verniciata a liquido del colore richiesto.La finitura avviene applicando vernice trasparente come protezione della ruota.

After machining, the wheel undergoes micro-shotblasting to make the material more compact.The wheels are washed in colourless chromation tanks to prevent rusting.A coat of powder paint is then applied, followed by oven baking and a coat of liquid paint in the requested colour.Transparent paint finish is applied to protect the wheel.
