La nascita della Ravara risale al 1903, quando Giovanni Ravara dà inizio alla produzione artigianale di manufatti in cemento. A ereditarne la passione e la competenza è il figlio Luigi che, con la costruzione degli uffici, del deposito e del capannone per la produzione in serie, imprime un nuovo corso all'azienda, incrementandone il ruolo di fornitore privilegiato delle maestranze edili locali (oltreché di molti scultori). Nel 1959, in pieno boom economico, ecco la terza generazione Ravara pronta a rispondere alle nuove richieste del mercato con il grande stabilimento di via Zaist, specializzato nella produzione di manufatti in cemento, acciai sagomati per cemento armato e calcestruzzo.

Oggi l'azienda, diretta con solide capacità e spirito imprenditoriale dalla quarta generazione Ravara, si estende su una superficie di 50.000 mq di cui 20.000 coperti, e si avvale della collaborazione di 50 addetti. E' iscritta all'Associazione Industriali ed all'ANCE, l'Associazione Nazionale Costruttori Edili, di cui Luigi Ravara è stato fondatore.

The foundation of Ravara dates back to 1903, when Giovanni Ravara began the artisanal production of cement products. His son Luigi inherited his passion and his skill. With the construction of the offices, warehouse and shed for mass production, he propelled the company on to a new course, increasing its role as a privileged supplier of local construction workers (as well as many sculptors). In 1959 at the height of the economic boom, the third generation Ravara was ready to respond to new market requirements with the large premises in via Zaist, specializing in the production of cement products and shaped steel for concrete and reinforced concrete.

Today, the company, managed with solid ability and entrepreneurial spirit by the fourth generation Ravara, extends over an area of 50,000 square metres, of which 20,000 are under cover, and employs 50 people. It is registered with the Industrial Association and with ANCE, the National Association of Construction Companies, which was founded by Luigi Ravara.

Calcestruzzo

La gamma dei prodotti Ravara è amplissima e sempre di alta qualità certificata. Core business dell'azienda è il calcestruzzo preimpastato, prodotto in 400 possibili varianti nella misura di 1200 mc al giorno, quanto occorre all'operatività di 40 cantieri: un materiale hi-tech con caratteristiche di elevata resistenza e durabilità.

Qualità e sicurezza, flessibilità e innovazione sono da sempre gli obiettivi perseguiti in Ravara e raggiunti con l'utilizzo di avanzatissime tecniche di ricerca, laboratorio, produzione e controllo. Il calcestruzzo, realizzato con l'ausilio dell'eccezionale software Betonsystem 5, è dotato di certificazione di qualità F.P.C. rilasciato da Tecno Piemonte SpA., ed è conforme alle più recenti normative europee come EN 206 e ISO 14000.

The range of Ravara products is extremely large and are always of the highest certified quality. The company’s core business is in premixed concrete, produced in 400 possible variants in the amount of 1,200 cubic metres per day, as needed for the operation of 40 construction sites: a hi-tech material with characteristics of high strength and durability.

Quality and safety, flexibility and innovation have always been the goals pursued by Ravara and have been achieved through the use of state-of-the-art research, laboratory, production and control techniques. The concrete, made with the aid of the exceptional Betonsystem 5 software, is supplied with F.P.C. quality certification issued by Tecno Piemonte S.p.A., and complies with the latest European standards such as EN 206 and ISO 14000.

Sagomatura acciai

Alta tecnologia e ricerca avanzata per forgiare l’anima del calcestruzzo. I tecnici specializzati della Ravara S.p.A. progettano e realizzano autonomamente le lavorazioni dell’acciaio per c. a. con il riconoscimento da parte del Ministero dei Lavori Pubblici dell’Attestato di denuncia dell’attività di Centro di Trasformazione n.328/10 del 22/01/2010. Un sistema di impianti M.E.P., composto da attrezzature tecnologicamente all’avanguardia quali la sagomatrice OMNI 16 per la realizzazione di sagome da rotoli con diametri compresi tra 8 e 16, la Sagomatrice Syntax Line 25, per il confezionamento di ferri sagomati di diametro compreso tra 8 e 26 e la staffatrice Format 14, che permette di realizzare staffe e piccole sagome con lati multipli nei diametri tra 8 e 14, soddisfacendo anche le richieste più specifiche e personalizzate. Siamo inoltre dotati di 3 postazioni di saldatura per la realizzazione di gabbie pre assemblate a disegno, anche di grandi dimensioni quali diaframmi e plinti di fondazione. La flessibilità di produzione è stata progettata e creata secondo criteri qualitativi rivolti sia alle procedure che ai materiali impiegati: i controlli scrupolosi e il metodo produttivo utilizzato hanno valso alla Ravara S.p.A. la possibilità di dimostrare il suo impegno e attenzione verso la Qualità offerta, con l’attestazione della Certificazione secondo la normativa UNIEN ISO 9001:2000 in ottemperanza al D.M. 14/01/08 e successive modifiche ed integrazioni.

Steel shaping

High technology and advanced research to forge the soul of the concrete. Ravara S.p.A.’s specialist technicians independently design and perform steel processing for reinforced concrete with recognition by the Ministry of Public Works’ Processing Centre Activity Reporting Certificate no.328/10 of 22/01/2010. A network of MEP systems, comprising technologically cutting edge equipment, such as the OMNI 16 shaping machine for the production of shapes from rolls with diameters between 8 and 6, the Syntax Line 25 shaping machine, for the packaging of shaped iron with diameters between 8 and 26 and the Format 14 bracket bending machine, which allows the production of brackets and small shapes with multiple sides with diameters between 8 and 14, can satisfy the most specific and customized of requests. We also have 3 welding stations for the production of pre assembled cages as per details, as well as those of larger dimensions, such as diaphragm walls and foundation plinths. Our flexibility of production has been designed and created according to qualitative criteria targeted at both the procedures and the materials used: scrupulous controls and the production method we use have earned Ravara S.p.A. the opportunity to demonstrate its commitment and attention to the quality it offers, with Certification according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards in compliance with Italian Ministerial Decree 14/01/08 and subsequent modifications and additions.

Nell’ottica della globalità e delle forniture su tutto il territorio nazionale è di ormai cinque anni la stretta collaborazione con Presider S.p.A., azienda leader nel settore delle forniture di armature in acciaio per cemento armato per le costruzioni edili; grazie all'ampia gamma di prodotti e servizi offerti con questa collaborazione, si gode di una posizione fortemente consolidata sul mercato italiano.

Potenzialmente con una capacità produttiva di 100.000 tonnellate/anno e con l'alto grado di automazione degli impianti di produzione viene da sé la particolare competitività nella realizzazione di commesse relative a prestigiose opere, dove è richiesta un'alta specializzazione nella fabbricazione ed assemblaggio delle armature in acciaio, puntualità nelle consegne, nonchè professionalità nelle posa in opera eseguita con personale di elevata competenza tecnica.

Tale attività si sviluppa attraverso un lavoro di ricerca e collaborazione con i migliori produttori di materiali di cui Ravara S.p.A seleziona accuratamente i requisiti di qualità e sicurezza grazie ad un team di persone, dipendenti dell’azienda, tecnicamente formate.

Alla scelta delle caratteristiche prestazionali del prodotto è costantemente affiancato uno studio commerciale che posizioni tali prodotti sul mercato con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Tutti i materiali commercializzati da Ravara SpA rispondono alle principali normative europee. Sono corredati da informative o certificati su marcatura CE, DOP (dichiarazione di prestazione), fascicolo tecnico e schede di sicurezza.

The approximately 500 companies, from which Ravara S.p.A. obtains its products, are main producers of building materials: we work with multinational companies as well as carefully selected local producers. Construction materials are distributed to our customers via three sales points and a centralized warehouse of a total of 50,000 square metres; these are equipped to service both large companies, with deliveries to construction sites wherever they may be located, and to private customers whose purchases are for non-professional use. We have obtained certification according to the UNIEN ISO 9001:2000 standard for our resale activity.

Ravara S.p.A. dispone di uno show room di stufe, caminetti e caldaie sia a legna che pellet con un’ampia e completa gamma di prodotti di marche quali Edilkamin, Piazzetta e Ravelli.

L’ equipe Ravara è in grado di seguire il cliente, dalla progettazione dell’impianto termico alla messa in opera, per trovare le migliori soluzioni adatte alle sue esigenze ed attese compresa la predisposizione e installazione di canne fumarie certificate secondo le vigenti normative.

Il servizio al cliente prevede: sopraluoghi gratuiti, consulenza tecnica, posa della stufa e del camino anche con realizzazioni su misura e servizio post-vendita.

A lato di tale attività, in Castelverde, a pochi chilometri da Cremona, c’è il terzo punto vendita di materiali edili specializzato in tubature per canne fumarie, cartongesso nelle diverse tipologie (isolante, ignifugo, idrofugo e fonoisolante ecc).

Ravara S.p.A. has a show room for stoves, fireplaces and boilers, whether fired by wood or pellets, with a wide and complete range of brands, such as Edilkamin, Piazzetta and Ravelli. The Ravara team is able to work with the customer, from the design of the heating system to its installation, to find the best solutions suited to their needs and expectations, including the preparation and installation of flues certified according to current regulations. Our customer service includes: free inspections, technical advice, installation of the stove and fireplace, including with tailor-made creations and after-sales service. Alongside this activity, a few kilometres from Cremona in Castelverde, there is a third sales point for building materials which specializes in pipes for flues and different types of plasterboard (insulating, fire-proof, water-repellent and soundproofing, etc.)
