Talking about our past, the Pavoncelli history starts from 1899:
the company was born in Pescantina, near Verona, in the middle
of the well-known Valpolicella, ever since Ernesto

The meats comes specifically from the Italian heavy pig from Po valley,
we know it costs a little more but we choose because comes from an
animal that grows slowly and gradually, giving a more mature
slightly fatter; in short, for our products we use the same pig used by
Italian Excellencies as the DOP Prosciutto (cured ham of Parma): our
fat (cholesterol) is the “good” one.
The product is completely designed, manufactured and packed in Ita
and of course we guarantee traceability of supply chain from raw
material to finished product.
We are extremely attentive to the needs of our customers, all products
are guarantee hygienically vacuum packed for easy storage and a safe
transport.
The superior quality of our products is guaranteed not only by
our experience and tradition but also by a careful selection of
meats, which come from the best national and foreign
slaughterhouses and which are submitted to strong health
controls.

Salt/Sugar use: we are extremely careful to balance the use of
sugar and salt, both to guarantee healthy and balanced products
and Mediterranean taste.
Our products are simply ready for consumption, they do not

certified external laboratories, but we guarantee also strictly
internal systematic controls, that are operat
