IN.CO.M. è un’azienda fondata nel 1975, ed attualmente si occupa della produzione e

commercializzazione di cornici. Con più di 50 persone, annovera tra i suoi più importanti

clienti, prestigiose aziende riconosciute a livello internazionale.

Lo stabilimento di Pisa, situato nella bellissima Toscana, si sviluppa su 5000 metri quadri di

superficie ed è organizzata in un magazzino, unità di produzione, di assemblaggio e uffici. Nel

luglio dell’anno 2000 lo stabilimento è stato ulteriormente espanso attraverso la costruzione

di un’ulteriore palazzina che ospita uffici e parte del magazzino.

La capacità annua di produzione si è attestata nell’anno 2006 a 9.200.000 metri lineari di

cornice. Siamo inoltre esportatori dal 1975, riuscendo ad acquisire una sostanziosa parte del

mercato, grazie soprattutto all’eccellente qualità della materia prima utilizzata dalla produzione.

Le nostre cornici, possono essere personalizzate sia a livello di colore che forma. Le rifiniture

artigianali sono una garanzia dell’originalità e della massima cura prestata nei minimi dettagli.

Profilo Aziendale

IN.CO.M. was founded in 1975 and is presently involved in the design and manufacturing of

solid wodd picture frames with handycraft finishings. With a total of about 50 employees, it

has, amongst its most important client, prestigious companies.

The Pisa establishment is outstretched over a 5.000 square metre surface and is organized

into workshops, assemblage units, warehouses and offices. July 2000, the firm was notably

enlarged including the building of a new shed, which hosts offices and part of the warehouse

forwarding.

The yearly production capacity is over 8.000.000 linear metres of pictures frames mouldings.

We have been exporting all over the world since 1975 and we succeded in acquiring a large

section of the market, thanks to the high quality of the raw materials used in the production.

Our picture frames can be personalized both in the moulding and in the colour. The handicraft

finishings are a warranty of a highly original product in which the utmost care is paid to the

smalled detail.

La lavorazione prosegue poi con efficienti e moderni macchinari per verniciatura, seguendo cicli ottimizzati ed usando i prodotti più conformi, in base alle svariate finiture.

The processing is then continued through usage of very efficient and modern painting machinery. This is done by following optimized cycles and using products which, depending on the various finishings, are the most compliant.

Un reparto molto importante che esalta il nostro metodo di lavorazione artigianale è il reparto di doraturamanuale. Sulle aste viene applicata da mani esperte la fogia d’oro.

One very important department, which exalts our craftsmanship, is the manual gold-plating department.Here, the gold leaf is applied onto the rods by expert hand.

Succesivamente vengono sezionate e accuratamente imballate nelle scatole per essere spedite o stoccate nel magazzino centrale che, con una superficie di 2.500 mq, contiene costantemente un elevata qualità di aste nei vari colori e finiture per soddisfare totalmente le esigenze dei nostri clienti.

1. general conDitions: the buyer declares having full knowledge and acceptance of the following conditions regulating the supply of products furnished by in.co.m. snc, herein after referred to

as the supplier. having agreed to the following conditions, the buyer further waives the right to assume all other conditions of purchase that could be considered in whole or in part as constituting a

possible condition of sale.

2. orDers: following every purchase order, regardless the means of communication to the sales agent, we will confirm the order indicating the conditions and terms of shipment on an individual

order basis; all orders will only be processed following this confirmation and as such we highly reccomend that the buyer verify the contents and inform the supplier immediately, in writing, of any

discrepancies possibily contained therein. three days following the communication of such confirmation the order will be considered accepted as is, and will be processed in

good faith, should no written notice be received by the buyer indicating otherwise.

3. non-stanDarD items: our technical department has final say on all request for specific moulding profiles and/or custom finishes not contained in our regular line based on feasibility

considerations; in such cases, pricing, minimum quantities and lead times shall be agreed upon on an order by order basis. non -standard items will be produced only after receipt of the buyer.s

signed and stamped confirmation, acknowledging acceptance, confirmation that will serve as the basis for production and billing content.

4. freight: all merchandise is shipped at buyer.s risk notwithstanding the goods may be shipped cif or freight free. for orders to be shipped cif, all net orders less than €uros 500 will include a

supplemental €uros 50 for freight considerations. (only shipped in italy).

5. Delivery of gooDs: the terms of delivery are not considered binding on behalf of the supplier until such time as the carrier takes possession of the merchandise. no indemnification shall be

considered for direct or indirect loss due to delays in consignement, suspension, interruption or resolution thereof of the delivery of goods.

6. conformity of gooDs: conformity of goods to the sample product, whether it be with the first or any other successive shipment, cannot be strictly determined and defined due to the nature

of the product: the buyer should thus allow for a margin of tolerance in detalis concerning color, material and dimension. the supplier declines any responsibility for possible catalog, flier or digital

representation discrepancies as well as differences in color or finish between such sales tools and the actual product.

7. payment: all payments should always be forwarded to the supplier.s head office, using previously determined means and within the agreed upon terms, without subtractions or alterations to the

amounts owing with prior authorization from the supplier. checks, promissory notes, bank money order or drafts will constitute full payment following final bank confirmation of the receipt of the

funds in question. all payment are due within the pre-determined deadlines regardless of whether the goods, having been delivered in good faith and the buyer.s disposition, are retrieved or not by

said party. the payment terms quoted and agreed upon cannot thereafter be extended or renewed. Unpaid or late payments will be subject to monthly interest penalties on arrears based on current

rates such time as all outstanding and overdue amounts are remitted. any and all bank fees pertaining to such payment are at the buyer.s expense and will be invoiced accordingly. notwithstanding

any possible dispute or claims against amounts owing, all payments cannot be suspended or withdrawn.

8. sUspension or resolUtion of orDers: should the buyer not respect, even in part, any or all conditions of sales or otherwise change, in whole or in part, the status of its business, or its

commercial viability, as well as fall subject to possible financial difficulties as reported, even by third party creditors, the supplyer reserves the right to suspend outstanding or future consignment of

goods, or request immediate payment for any or all sums owing, or request personal guarantees before proceeding with the consignment or otherwise

suspending all in-house orders.

9. exclUsive property: goods delivered remain the exclusive property of in.co.m. snc until such time as all obligations, terms, and conditions are fully satisfied by the buyer. the supplier

reserves the right to retrieve the goods if said obligations and full payment are not met and acquitted. late payment, regardless of the delay, authorizes the supplier to resolve the issue, either by

requesting immediate and full payment, including any and all interest and arrears owing, reclaiming and withholding all goods collected for refusal of settlement for goods purchased.

10. claims anD DispUtes: all claims must be expressly communicated in writing to the supplier within eight days following delivery of goods. such claim however does not invoke the right on

behalf of the buyer to suspend or delay agreed upon payments. the claim shall be accepted following a proper inspection of the goods in question by the supplier or one of its representatives;

should the inspection result in the necessary, complete or partial, replacement of the merchendise, such replacement must be expressly authorized by the supplier , and will be restituted at no

extra cost, freight included. claims for which the supplier acknowledges such responsibility, are implicity understood by all parties to be limited to the settlement of accounts of merchandise,

thereby excluding any and all other claims of indemnification for any other type of loss or damage, directly or indirectly arising from such claims.

11. retUrn of merchanDise: the restitution of merchandise and its freight costs must be pre-approved and authorized by the supplier, who assumes all costs of such return including freight.

credits for the return of new and unused factory goods, in seemingly perfect condition, will be issued to the buyer at the supplier.s net invoice price, regardless of the price list in effect at such

12. improvements & moDifications:in an effort to continually to improve upon and correct technical aspects of the product, the supplier reserves the right to alter and/or apply such aesthetic

or technical modifications without prior consultation or advisement. claims for such, nevertheless, minor improvements and modifications to the finishes or molding from one production series to

another, cannot therefore be ascertained.

13. competent forUm: for all legal purposes or for any controversy arising from said document, all parties agree the settle the dispute

withinthe legal jurisdiction of a competent forum in pisa, italy.
