You return to the classic course on a 60-meter-long zip line.4. There is another turnoff approximately two-thirds down the course

Chi è particolarmente coraggioso può scegliere la diramazione versoil percorso più impegnativo. Con una zipline di circa 60 metri si torna al percorso classico.

Our mountain guide will accompany you on a hike from the Alpe di Siusi cablecar valley station to the climbing garden in Castelvecchio, where you can get some initial climbing experience.

The climbing garden in Castelvecchio is located directly at the foot of the Castelvecchio castle ruins in Siusi and offers climbing routes starting from the 6th numerical grade that are usually overhanging and on limestone. However, the climbing garden also offers routes for every level of difficulty.

From the meeting point we walk to Hotel Salegg. A small trail leads to two ruins amidst Hauenstein forest. Many things from this period seem long forgotten, and can be rediscovered on this trail. How did kings govern, where did dragons guard their treasure troves, how did castle knights and damsels live, were there really unicorns, how and what did people eat in those days? Have fun learning about this and much more at the 15 different stations.

We have an easy hike from the Alpe di Siusi cablecar valley station to the climbing garden in Castelvecchio where the kids can get someinitial climbing experience.

The climbing garden in Castelvecchio is located directly at the bottom of the Castelvecchio castle ruins in Siusi and offers climbing routes starting from the 6th numerical grade that are usually overhanging and on limestone. However, the climbing garden also offers routes for every level of difficulty.

Genuss und Sport kommen bei dieser Mountainbike-Tour nicht zu kurz. Wir radeln einen breiten Panoramaweg entlang in Richtung Spitzbühl. Auf der Hochebene angekommen, gelangen wir in leich-tem Anstieg zum Goldknopf, von dort in Abfahrt bis zum Ritsch und anschließend weiter zur Sanon Hütte. Nach einer Stärkung geht es inmitten von Almwiesen zum Ausgangspunkt zurück.

Sport e piacere si coniugano in occasione di questo tour in mountain bike. Pedalerete lungo un ampio sentiero panoramico in direzione Spitzbühel. Arrivati sull’altipiano, si proseguirà in legge-ra salita verso Punta d’Oro, da lì poi in discesa verso il Ritsch ed infine alla volta della baita Sanon. Dopo il breve ristoro, continue-rete tra i pascoli d’alta montagna verso il punto di arrivo.

There is no shortage of enjoyment and exercise on this mountain bike tour. We will cycle along a wide panoramic path towards Spitz-bühl. After arriving on the plateau, we climb gently up to Goldknopf and descend from there to Ritsch before proceeding further along to the Sanon Hut. After some rest and relaxation, we return through Alpine meadows back to the starting point.

Diese Tour ist eine der Schönsten! Mit Hilfe des E-Bikes wird der Ausflug für Jedermann zum Genuss. Das 360°-Panorama mit der Santnerspitze als dem Wahrzeichen Südtirols, Plattkofel, Langko-fel, Marmolada im Süden, Sellagruppe, Schlern und Geislergruppe im Norden ist einfach spektakulär. An schönen Tagen reicht die Sicht bis zum Ortler. Vom höchsten Punkt, dem Dialer-Kirchlein führt ein frei liegender Trail zum Berghaus Zallinger. Die Abfahrt unterhalb des Platt- und Langkofels über Saltria, kurz ins Jender-tal, um den Wolfsbühel herum und bis zum Startpunkt in Compatsch wird man nicht vergessen.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful tours on an e-bike! The 360° panoramic view of the Santner Peak, South Tyrol’s landmark, the Sasso Piatto, Sasso Lungo, Marmolada to the south, Sella Group, Sciliar and Odle Mountain Group to the north is simply spectacular. On days with good weather you can even see the Ortles Mountain. A trail leads from the highest point, the Dialer chapel, to the Zallinger Guesthouse. You will never forget the descent past the Sasso Piatto and Sasso Lungo via Saltria and the Jendertal valley, around the Colle Lupo and back to the starting point in Compatsch.

Questo tour è uno dei più belli! Grazie all’e-bike tutti possono unirsi a questa gita di piacere. Il panorama a 360° è spettacolare perché vede protagonista la cima Santner, emblema dell’Alto Adige, il Sasso Piatto, il Sassolungo, la Marmolada a sud, il Gruppo di Sella, lo Sciliar e il Gruppo delle Odle al nord. Con le belle giorna-te si può scorgere perfino l’Ortles. Dal punto più alto, presso la chiesetta Dailer, un fantastico trail porta al rifugio Zallinger. Indimenticabile la discesa che passa sotto al Sasso Piatto e al Sassolungo passando per Saltria, percorrendo un tratto della valle Jender e costeggiando il Colle Lupo per poi giungere al punto di partenza a Compatsch.

Hartl trail



In Compatsch startend führt uns die Straße nach Saltria. Von dort radeln wir über einen Schotterweg weiter bergauf, der Schatten der Bäume erleichtert uns dabei das Treten. Hartl ist eine Gegend wie im Märchen: Idylle pur und kaum ein Wanderer findet dort hin. An der Sanon Hütte geht’s vorbei bis zur asphaltierten Hauptstraße, die uns zum Ausgangspunkt zurückführt.

Starting in Compatsch, the road leads us to Saltria. From there we will cycle further uphill via a gravel path, with the shade of trees making the going easier. Hartl is a region that seems to come straight out of a fairytale - absolutely idyllic with very few hikers. At the Sanon Hut, we join the paved main road that takes us back to the starting point.

Partendo da Compatsch l'itinerario arriva a Saltria. Da qui pedali-amo su un percorso sterrato in salita, lungo il quale la fatica è alleggerita dall'ombra degli alberi. Hartl è una località che sembra uscita da una favola: un idillio puro che solo pochissimi escursionisti riescono a raggiungere. The technique training includes breaking, basic techniques in turns, the right balance, steep uphill and downhill cycling, and safe crossing of small obstacles. Der Weg führt uns über weite Almböden und malerische Lärchen-wiesen, vorbei an schattigen Fichtenwäldern und sonnenver-brannten Almhütten mit fantastischen Dolomitenaussichten. Auf dem “Hans und Paula Steger Weg“ erlebt man Naturraum und Kulturlandschaft Seiser Alm in ihren unterschiedlichsten Facetten. Infotafeln am Wegesrand erzählen nicht nur von Hans und Paula Steger, sondern auch von Korallen und Quallenjägern, von Almen und Blumen, von Schnee und Spuren und weiteren interessanten Themen.

This hike with a fantastic view of the Dolomites leads us through mountain pastures and idyllic larch meadows, past spruce woods and sunburnt alpine huts. On the “Hans and Paula Steger Trail” you will experience both charming sides of Alpe di Siusi: cultiva-ted landscape as well as unspoiled nature. Information boards do not only tell us about Hans and Paula Steger, but also about coral and jellyfish hunters, about mountain pastures and flowers, tracks and snow and much more.

Il percorso conduce attraverso alpeggi e prati di larici, lungo i margini di ombrosi boschi di abeti rossi e malghe al sole con incantevoli viste sulle Dolomiti. Camminando sul sentiero "Hans und Paula Steger" è possibile vivere e scoprire tutte le sfumature del paesaggio naturale e antropizzato dell'Alpe di Siusi. I cartelli posti lungo i margini del sentiero raccontano la storia di Hans e Paula Steger, ma anche di coralli e cacciatori, di alpeggi e fiori, di neve e testimonianze, e di altri interessanti temi.

Mit dem Bus fahren wir von der Talstation der Umlaufbahn Sei-ser Alm Richtung Völs. Vom Gasthaus Gschlieder wandern wir bis zum Völser Weiher. Anschließend führt uns unsere Tour entlang eines gut ausgebauten Forstweges vorbei am Huber Weiher und der kleinen Voralm Tuff. Am Fuße der Dolomitenwände entspringt hier ca. ein Meter über dem Boden ein hellweißer Wasserstrahl, der entgegen der Namensgebung der Quelle nicht rot ist. Vermutungen zufolge stellt der Austrittspunkt des Wassers den Abfluss eines gro-ßen natürlichen Reservoir im Schlernmassiv dar. Bevor wir auf dem gleichen Weg zum Ausgangspunkt zurückkehren, genießen wir den schönen Blick auf Völs und Schloss Prösels bis nach Bozen.

From the valley station of the Alpe di Siusi cablecar we take the bus in the direction of Fiè allo Sciliar. From Guesthouse Gschlie-der we hike to Fiè Lake. Afterwards, the tour leads along a well groomed forest path past Huber Lake and the small Tuff pasture. At the bottom of the Dolomite rocks, you see a water source, a bright white water jet about 1 m above ground. It is purported that this water represents the outflow of a big natural water reservoir inside Sciliar Mountain. Before returning to the point of departure on the same route, we'll enjoy a wonderful view of Fiè and Prösels Castle all the way to Bolzano.

Dalla stazione a valle della cabinovia Alpe di Siusi ci dirigiamo in direzione Fiè allo Sciliar. Dalla baita Gschlieder camminiamo fino al laghetto di Fiè. Quindi seguiamo il tragitto lungo una strada forestale ben marcata, passiamo per il laghetto Huber, raggiungen-do la piccola malga Tuff. Ai piedi delle pareti delle Dolomiti scorga qui, a circa un metro dal suolo, una sorgente d’acqua cristallina, e non rossa come suggerirebbe il nome del luogo. Si suppone che la sorgente sia il punto il cui sgorga un grande giacimento naturale dello Sciliar. Prima di intraprendere lo stesso percorso per ritorna-re al punto di partenza, potremo ammirare la bellissima vista su Fiè e sul castello di Presule fino a Bolzano.

Sie werden am frühen Morgen von Ihrer Unterkunft abgeholt und auf die Seiser Alm gebracht. Hier startet unsere Tour nordwärts hi-nauf zum Berggasthof Puflatsch. In leichtem Auf und Ab erreichen wir nach ca. 1 ½ Stunden das Nordosteck des Puflatschstocks. Von dieser Anhöhe genießen wir auf rustikalen Sitzbänken den Sonnen-aufgang mit herrlichem Tiefblick auf Kastelruth, das Grödnertal, das Eisacktal und Umgebung. Bei guter Sicht lässt sich sogar der höchs-te Berg Südtirols, der 3905 m hohe Ortler und der Alpenhauptkamm erkennen.

Early in the morning you'll be picked up at your accommodation and we will bring you to Alpe di Siusi. This is where we start the tour in a northerly direction up to the Puflatsch Guesthouse. On the easy uphill and downhill trail we will reach the north-eastern corner of Puflatsch Mountain after approx. 1.5 hours. Here at this altitude we take a seat on the rustic benches and enjoy the sunrise and a spectacular view of Castelrotto, Val Gardena, the Isarco Valley, and the surroundings. When the view is good, you can even see the highest mountain in South Tyrol, namely the 3905m high Ortles Mountain and the Main Alpine Ridge.

Al mattino presto un servizio di transfer vi porterà dal vostro alloggio all'Alpe di Siusi. Da qui parte il tour in direzione nord, fino al rifugio Bullaccia. Al termine di un tratto fatto di leggere salite e discese, percorribile in circa 1 ora e mezzo di cammino, raggiungeremo il lato nord-est del monte Bullaccia. Da questa altura, seduti su rustiche panche, potremo ammirare l'alba con una meravigliosa vista sul paese di Castelrotto, sulla Val Garde-na, la Valle Isarco e i dintorni. Se il cielo è terso, si vede addirittu-ra la vetta più alta dell'Alto Adige, ovvero l'Ortles con i suoi 3.905 metri di altezza e la cresta principale delle Alpi.

Unsere Tour führt uns von der Bergstation der Umlaufbahn entlang des 10er Weges über Almwiesen Richtung Süden zur Laurinhütte. Weiter geht’s durch sanfte Almlandschaften in leichtem Anstieg bis zum Goldknopf und anschließend über einen Serpentinensteig zur Rosszahnscharte. Für den etwas beschwerlichen Aufstieg werden wir mit einem einzigartigen Blick auf den Lang- und Plattkofel, den Schlern und die bizarren Zacken der Rosszähne belohnt. Nach einer Einkehr in der Schutzhütte Tierser Alpl wählen wir den angenehmen Rückweg über Dialer und Mahlknecht Hütte nach Compatsch.

The tour leads from the mountain station of the cablecar along trail no. 10 over alpine meadows in a southerly reduction to Laurin Hut. We hike through lush alpine landscape slightly ascending to Goldknopf and afterwards over a serpentine trail to Forcella dei denti di Terra Rossa, Rosszahnscharte in German. After the rather challenging ascent we are rewarded with a unique view of Sassolungo and Sassopiatto, Sciliar Mountain and the bizarre teeth of Rosszahnscharte. After a break at Tierser Alpl Hut, we choose the comfortable return path via Dialer and Mahlknecht Hut to Compatsch.

Partendo dalla stazione a monte della cabinovia, il nostro tour vi porterà lungo il sentiero n.10, passando per prati di malga in direzione sud, verso la baita Laurin. Proseguendo leggermente in salita tra i pascoli di alta montagna fino alla Punta d'Oro e da lì, attraverso un sentiero a serpentina, fino alla Cima di Terra-rossa. La ricompensa per la salita, leggermente impegnativa, sarà la vista del Sasso Piatto e del Sasso Lungo, dello Sciliar e dei bizzarri Denti di Terrarossa. Dopo una breve sosta nel rifugio Alpe di Tires, riprenderemo tranquillamente la via del ritorno passando per i rifugi Dialer e Mahlknecht (ex rifugio Molignon) in direzione Compatsch.

Früh am Morgen werden wir mit den ersten Gondeln die Seiser Alm erreichen. Wir beginnen unsere Tour mit einem leichten Abwärts-marsch zur Bergstation des Spitzbühlliftes. Ein liebevoll angelegter Weg führt uns zur Prossliner Schwaige und weiter zur Schlernbö-delehütte. Diese liegt am Fuße der beiden Schlernzacken Santner und Euringer unterhalb der Burgstallwände. Der Gamssteig beginnt direkt oberhalb der Schutzhütte am westlichen Wiesenhang und führt zuerst durch den Wald, später durch „Latschen“ stets berg-auf bis wir die Baumgrenze erreichen. Der Rest des Gamsteigs geht über Felsplatten und Geröll bis nahe zum oberen Ende des Touris-tensteigs über welchen der Rückweg erfolgt.

We will take the first cablecar to the Alpe di Siusi high-plateau early in the morning. We will begin our tour with an easy downhill walk to the Spitzbühl lift mountain station. A lovingly created path leads us to the “Prossliner Schwaige” and further on to the “Schlernbödelehütte”. The hut is located at the bottom of the two Sciliar mountain peaks Santner and Euringer, beneath the Burgstall rock faces. The Chamois Track starts right above the alpine hut on the western meadow slope and initially leads through the forest, then later we keep going uphill through mountain pines until we reach the tree line. The rest of the Chamois Track leads over crags and boulders up to the top end of the steep Tourist Trail on which the return journey is made.

Con le prime corse del mattino, raggiungeremo in cabinovia l'Alpe di Siusi. Inizieremo il tour con una leggera marcia in salita fino alla stazione a monte dell'impianto Spitzbühl. Camminando quindi su un ampio sentiero raggiungeremo la malga Prossliner e poi la baita Schlernbödele. La baita si trova ai piedi delle vette Punta Santner e Punta Euringer. Il sentiero dei camosci inizia direttamente al di sopra del rifugio sul versante occidentale e conduce in primo momento nella foresta, per poi salire tra i pini mughi fino ad arrivare al limite della foresta stessa. La parte restante del sentiero dei camosci si estende tra pareti rocciose e sassi fino all'estremità superiore del Sentiero dei Turisti, via del ritorno di questo tour.
