GRUPPI DI CARICO / SCARICO E PRESA DEL PEZZO LOADING / UNLOADING GROUPS AND CLAMPING DEVICES

Polmonatura di carico e scarico 20 pezzi. La macchina può lavorare in autonomia finché l’operatore può dedicarsi all’assemblaggio sullo strettoio o ad altre attività.

Loading and unloading tables 20 pieces. The machine can work in full autonomy; at the same time the operator can assemble the parts on the press, or doing something else.

Gruppo carri porta-pinze: con questo sistema si assicura una tenuta perfetta del pezzo, indipendentemente dal profilo o dalla sezione.

Group chariot with clamps: this system assures a perfect clamping of the piece, for any profile or section.

GRUPPI DI LAVORO WORKING GROUPS

Elettromandrino “T1” (o “T2” se provvisto di asse C), 17kW con attacco rapido HSKE63, per tutte le operazioni di tenonatura e profilatura, interna ed esterna.

Electrospindle “T1” (or “T2” if it is equipped with the C axis), 17kW with HSKE63 quick coupling, for all the tenoning and profiling workings.

Elettromandrino a 5 assi “T5”, 12kW con at tacco rap ido HSKE63, per tut te le lavorazioni di foratura e fresatura inclinate.

Electrospindle with 5 axis “T5”, 12 kW with HSKE63 quick coupling, for all the inclined drilling and milling workings.

Testa “T7”: gruppo con 7 unità indipendenti ed elettromandrino 17kW, attacco rapido HSKE63.Le unità di foratura permettono di eseguire ad altissima velocità il taglio del listello a 45°, foro evacuazione dell’acqua, i fori per le spine, gli scassi cerniera, gli scassi per il cilindro serratura, i fori maniglia, fori cerniere anta/ribalta.L’elettromandrino serve per le operazioni di tenonatura e profilatura.

Head “T7”: group with 7 independent units and an electrospindle 17kW, with HSKE63 quick coupling.The drilling units make at the highest speed the following workings: 45° cut of the glass stop beam, water evacauation holes, drilling for dowels, milling for hinges and keyholes cylinders, handle holes, drilling for reversible windows.The electrospindle makes the tenoning and profiling workings.

CAMBIO UTENSILI - ENORME FLESSIBILITà TOOLS CHANGE - HIGH FLEXIBILITY

È possibile installare su Woodpecker un sistema di cambio utensili automatico che può variare da 24 a 128 posizioni ed oltre. Va ricordato che su Woodpecker possono essere utilizzati degli alberi con lunghezza utile per gli utensili fino a 240 mm. Quindi su ogni posizione è possibile installare più utensili.

On Woodpecker, it is possible to install an automatic tools change system, from 24 to 128 positions, and even more. On Woodpecker the spindles are 240 mm long, so on each position it is possible to install many tools.
