Realizzato dopo una lunga e attenta ricerca verso una migliore protezione, indicato anche alluso combinato con i moderni tutori del collo.Nella progettazione stata usata particolare attenzione nella ricerca del comfort interno (vestibilit e sistema di ventilazione), al design aggressivo e aerodinamico ed al peso contenuto. Tutto questo pensato, realizzato e ottimizzato per il massimo delle perfomances con il top della comodit.La calotta stata costruita in due diverse misure per il massimo comfort, realizzata con le pi moderne tecnologie costruttive, sono state utiliz-zate diverse tipologie di tessuti stratificati e incrociati (Carbon, Aramidic, Fiberglass and Polyester Resin) che inseriti in posizioni prestabilite ga-rantiscono insieme al caratteristico profilo, il massimo delle prestazioni con il minimo peso. Interceptor is Achieved after long and attentive research resulting in better protection, and can be used in combination with the modern Neck Brace.When planning this helmet particular importance was given to the internal comfort, (fit and ventilation system), to the aggressive and aerodynamic design and to reduced weight. Conceived, realized and optimized for maximum performance with optimum comfort.For maximum comfort the exterior shell has been constructed in two different sizes and made with the most advanced constructive technology. Different materials have been layered and woven together (Carbon, Aramidic, Fiberglass and Polyester Resin) and inserted in pre-established positions to guarantee the characteristic profile and maximum performance with minimum weight. The particular shape of the inferior shell was studied so as to reduce angles that could collide with the riders body and to permit the use of the modern Neck Brace.Interceptor Helmet by Ufo Plast has been constructed with the complex ventilation system M.V.S.

Il casco Interceptor Ufo Plast dotato del complesso sistema di ventilazione M.V.S. (Multi Vent System): nella parte anteriore sono presenti numerose prese daria, che convogliano aria fresca direttamente nella calotta, linterno in EPS canalizzato per una perfetta distribuzione del flusso daria, il calore interno viene dissipato da ben 3 estrattori sulla parte superiore della calotta che lavorano anche a basse velocit di flusso, mentre nella parte posteriore inferiore della calotta ci sono due grandi estrattori che garantiscono il completo ricircolo dallaria.

Interceptor Helmet by Ufo Plast has been constructed with a complex ventilation system, the Multi Vent System (M.V.S.): positioned towards the front are numerous air vents that direct fresh air to the head, the interior in EPS is canalized for a perfect distribution of the airflow. The heat inside the helmet it is dissipated by 3 vents on the upper part of the helmet which are capable of extraction even with a low flow of air and by two large vents located towards the lower back of the helmet. This guarantees complete air circulation.

Ufo plast sempre pi sinonimo di sicurezza nelle protezioni, e con la stessa logica propone lo stivale da fuoristrada denominato E-AHL (exoskeleton ankle hyperextension limit).Linnovativo prodotto (brevetto Alberto Barozzi concept), ha riscontri esclusivi di protezione del comparto tibio/tarsico e valori di confort assoluti.Il concept stato oggetto di studio per diversi anni, lattenta analisi biomeccanica e la puntuale conoscenza delle necessit/problematiche nellutilizzo hanno permesso di individuare in dettaglio i punti su cui stato dato seguito lo sviluppo.Un Made in Italy realizzato da un network di persone dallelevata competenza che ha permesso di esprimere sul prodotto le innovazioni del concept.Lo studio delle forme, la ricerca dei materiali termoplastici/tessili, lo sviluppo ingegneristico, il design, lelevata artigianalit manifatturiera Italiana e severi test in laboratorio e sul campo, hanno permesso di realizzare quanto, con un criterio metodologico che da sempre contraddistingue i prodotti Ufo plast.

Caratteristiche tecnico-funzionali:1) Sottopiede sviluppato ergonomicamente per conferire confort e stabilit al piede. Studiato per avere una ridotta camminata assicurando cos un appoggio ideale sulle pedane nel caso il piede venga posizionato sulla pianta. 2) E-AHL - linnovativo esoscheletro in acciaio inox che costituisce la cellula protettiva del comparto tibio/tarsico, si sviluppa nelle seguenti peculiarit: a - Supporto pronazione e supinazione del piede tramite bracci inferiorib - Supporto tibia/perone tramite bracci superioric - Sistema di personalizzazione flessione dorsale tramite appositi fermi : 0 - 15 std - 11d - Movimento bio-meccanico che permette un movimento estremamente libero gi da stivale nuovo.3) Suola Davos - elevate caratteristiche di grip con un disegno bilanciato tra motocross ed enduro. Sorprendente la durata allusura.4) Tomaia - termoformato BAL (bioclimatic action low) con struttura in poliuretano espanso antishock e anallergico, studiato per assicurare il miglior confort, assorbimento degli urti ed elevato contenimento della caviglia. Il ridotto valore bio-climatico ottenuto grazie ad opportuni canali di areazione.5) Protezione gambale interna bi-mescola per una elevata presa alla moto.6) Gambale con sistema CA (calf adjustment) - con i 4 punti di regolazione, permette di adattare al meglio il volume del polpaccio. 7) Ganci - in alluminio anodizzato dalla regolazione e chiusura intuitiva ed efficace grazie al particolare soft touch integrato. 8) Spessore punta - ridotto per una facile ed efficace cambiata.9) Puntale - protettivo indeformabile realizzato in speciale polimero plastico, conferisce una elevata salvaguardia della punta del piede, il design asimmetrico stato studiato per soddisfare al meglio la presa della leva del cambio in scalata e nellinserimento della marcia. 10) Appendice tallone - studiata per conferire la massima protezione nella zona e consentire un efficace cambio marcia con il tallone nella fase di partenza.11) Prese daria - dinamiche per una corretta areazione 12) Soletta - in Eva antishock traspirante 13) Ghetta interna - con materiale a memoria di forma e traspirante con film esterno idrorepellente. 14) ADHM (assembly/disassembly home made) - assistenza gestita in autonomia per sostituzioni di alcuni particolari. 15)Tutti i materiali sono resistenti allacqua e anti corrosivi.

Its reduced bioclimatic value is obtained thanks to special air channels.5) Internal boot leg protection dual-compound for increased bike grip.6) CA system (calf adjustment) boot leg - with 4 adjustment points to best adapt to calf volume. 7) Hooks - in anodised aluminium, with intuitive and efficient adjustment and closure thanks to the integrated soft touch component. 8) Toe thickness - reduced for easy and effective changing.9) Tip - protective foam made of special plastic polymer for high toe protection.
