DIMACDal 1989 in AETNA GROUP, DIMAC è riuscita, rinnovando e diversificando la propria produzione, ad imporsi come azienda leader nelle macchine per il confezionamento con film termoretraibile e incartonatrici, svolgendo la propria attività in vari settori merceologici (imbottigliamento, conserviero, alimentare, pet food, farmaceutico ecc.). La produzione comprende una vasta gamma di fardellatrici a lancio film termoretraibile e a barra saldante, incartonatrici wrap around, vassoiatrici e linee combinate. Attraverso l’incremento della ricerca e la progettazione di nuovi sistemi meccanici ed elettronici volti a ottimizzare il proprio prodotto, DIMAC oggi fornisce soluzioni tecniche originali e d’avanguardia, anticipando e mantenendo il passo con la costante evoluzione del packaging. Determinante in questo cammino è stato lo studio delle esigenze di mercato, condotto attraverso l’analisi delle richieste e delle osservazioni della clientela: in questa ottica le scelte tecniche e di marketing hanno permesso lo sviluppo di una gamma di prodotti così ampia e profonda da consentire di affrontare con soddisfazione tutte le esigenze del mercato di riferimento. Since joining the AETNA GROUP in 1989, DIMAC has succeeded, renewing and diversifying its own production, to become a leader in the shrink-wrapping and case-packing sectors, supplying machines to a wide and diverse range of industries (bottling, preserves, food, pet food, pharmaceutical, etc...).The production range includes shrink wrapping machines with film thrusting system and sealing bar system, wrap-around case packers, tray packers and combined lines. This success has been achieved through constant investment in research and development, resulting in improvements in overall design and mechanical and electrical specifications. Also, by fully understanding and keeping abreast of the constant evolution within packaging, DIMAC is able to supply original and leading edge technical solutions, at all times. Along the way, it was essential that a detailed study of market dynamics together with an analysis of our own customer’s requirements and observation were carried out to ensure that we continue to supply specific market needs.We are therefore able to provide tailor-made project solutions, supplying versatile machines to customers, manufacturers and engineers, each of whom will have differing needs and aspirations.

The most advanced series of machines found on the heat shrink film packaging machine market thanks to a “Top Level” electronic management that allows high production performance: through the touch screen panel the operator can control all machine parameters, moreover they are prepared for connection to a centralised production data management network. The maximum monitoring level can be reached via modem, to permit problem diagnosis, program settings and up-grades. GRUPPO FORMAZIONE VASSOIO Grazie all’alta capienza ed alla facile regolazione tramite volantini e contatori digitali, il caricamento ed il cambio formato risultano operazioni molto semplici e rapide. La formazione dei vassoi avviene tramite movimento con-tinuo ed i sistemi di rilevamento installati assicurano il massimo controllo e sicurezza in ogni fase.

TRAY FORMATION GROUPThanks to the high capacity and the hand wheels and digital counter adjustment, the blanks loading and the size change are very easy and rapid. The tray formation is done in continuous and the maximum control and safety is granted by the detection systems.

GRUPPO DOPPIO STRATO (OPTIONAL)Sistema opzionale applicabile alle macchina a telaio modula-re, consente di impilare due vassoi tramite un sistema di so-vrapposizione ad alta precisione. I due vassoi così sovrappo-sti, vengono successivamente avvolti con film e termoretratti.

DOUBLE TIER DEVICE WITH STACKER (OPTIONAL)Optional system applicable to modular frame machines, it allows to stack two trays thanks to a highly precise device. The two stacked trays are then wrapped with film and shrunk.

TUNNEL DI TERMORETRAZIONEL’alta coibentazione garantisce il massimo rendimento con un sensibile risparmio energetico. I flussi di aria in-terni sono regolabili in base alle diverse configurazioni per una perfetta retrazione in ogni punto del fardello. Il siste-ma di raffreddamento posto all’uscita del tunnel è costi-tuito da una ventola nella parte superiore che stabilizza la temperatura del fardello evitando che si scomponga.

THERMO SHRINK TUNNELHigh insulation guarantees the maximum performance and minimises energy losses. Internal air flow can be adjusted according to the different configurations to achieve perfect shrinking all over the pack. The cooling system at the tunnel outfeed is made of an fan installed in the upper part to stabilize the temperature of the pack avoiding any distortion.
