OGGETTO DELLA PROCEDURA

PROCEDURE OBJECT

• Per tutti i Lecoaspira (esclusi i nuovi FAV20/30/50/70/80) non sarà più

possibile sostituire soltanto il motore di fornitura Ametek ma si dovranno

sostituire una serie di componenti per poter utilizzare il nuovo motore di

fornitura Domel.

• I Kit disponibili saranno 2 a seconda della potenza del motore.

• For all Lecoaspira appliances (excluding new models FAV20/30/50/70/80) it

will not be possible to replace only the motor (Ametek) but will have to

replace some parts to use the new motor (Domel).

• The kit are 2 depending by motor power.

SMONTAGGIO VECCHIO MOTORE

OLD MOTOR DISASSEMBLY1. Aprire la macchina.

2. Scollegare il tubo silicone autoinnesco dalserbatoio (ove previsto).

3. Scollegare tubo carico acqua in caldaia (teflon).

4. Scollegare tubo silicone serbatoio-pompa.

5. Togliere la pompa e il suo supporto inferiore dalconvogliatore.

6. Svitare le viti indicate.

1. Open the appliance.

2. Disconnect the tank silicone tube.

3. Disconnect the inlet tube (teflon) from thepump.

4. Disconnect the pump silicone tube.

5. Disconnect the pump and hit’s support.

6. Unscrew th screws to disconnect the motorconveyor.

8. Estrarre motore e 3 guarnizioni (non compatibilicon nuovo motore)

9. Eliminare cavetti motore (non compatibili connuovo motore)

7. Remove the gore filter with tubes

(690/Friendly excluded) this must be not

used with new motor.

8. Remove the motor and theire gasckets.

excluded).

PREPARAZIONE MOTORE E CONVOGLIATORE

PREPARING NEW ENGINE AND CONVEYOR10. Sostituire il convogliatore con quello nel KIT

11. Riposizionare il supporto pompa con i duestar block presenti nel KIT.

12. Montare la guarnizione inferiore al motore.

13. Montare la guarnizione media al motorefacendola aderire bene al contorno delmotore.

10. Replace the conveyor with the new one.

11. Place the pump support with star block

12. Place the lower gascket.

to the motor.

15. Place the motor in the Lecoaspira lower

body. Pay attention to not pinching the

wires with gascket.

16. Montare i cavetti MARRONE e BLU contenuti

nel KIT.

17. Tagliare i faston usati per il vecchio motore e

montare i faston e coprifaston contenuti nel KIT.

18. Posizionare il nuovo motore facendo passare i

cavetti assicurandosi che non vengano

schiacciati dalla guarnizione.

16. Connect the cables BROWN and BLUE to

the motor.

17. Cut the faston on the old motor wirings and

mount the new fastons and covers on them.

18. Place the motor in the Lecoaspira lower

body. Pay attention to not pinching the wires

with gascket.

19. Posizionare la guarnizione superiore.

20. Riposizionare il gruppo paratia e nuovo

convogliatore

21. Ricollegare pompa e tubi staccati in

precedenza.

23. Collegare il cavetto marrone del motore a cavomarrone proveniente dalla macchina.

24. Collegare il cavetto bianco del motore alla posizione4 del connettore 10 poli (NO 690/Friendly).

25. Per 690/Friendly collegare marrone e blu delmotore con i cavi corrispondenti della macchina.

26. Fare passare il termoprotettore attraverso il vanoscheda e posizionarlo nella sua sede sulconvogliatore.

23. Connect the brown wire of the motor with browncable of the appliance.

24. Connect the white cable to the withe connectorin position 4 (NO 690/Friendly)

25. For 690/Friendly connect blue and brownwirings to corrispective appliance wirings.

26. Passing the thermal protector (brown cable)through the body and place it on the top of theconveyor on it’s site.

27. Controllare che il termoprotettore sia

alloggiato correttamente nella propria sede.

28. Chiudere il prodotto.
