VERNICIATURALa verniciatura, in conformità a quantoprevisto dalla norma UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 (Vision2000), costituisce uno dei processi speciali cheBruno Piombini controlla.La verniciatura costituisce un processo con unaduplice finalità: Aspetto estetico;Aspetto protettivo delle superfici.La norma prevede che per questa tipologia diprocesso il personale e i cicli siano validati. Glioperatori che intervengono nel processohanno le specifiche qualifiche ad adempiereall’attività assegnatagli e i cicli (fasi e prodotti

utilizzati) che permettono la realizzazione delprodotto siano costantemente monitorati. Ilprocesso di verniciatura si compone di varie fasidove sul mobile vengono applicate manualmentedelle pellicole di vernici di varia tipologiaappositamente studiate e combinate per BrunoPiombini. Nell’avanzare del processo le superficivengono levigate con carta abrasiva a granafinissima. Le fasi di invecchiamento sonorealizzate con tecniche strettamente artigianaliche conferiscono al mobile un aspetto vissuto,caloroso ed accogliente.

IMBALLAGGIOIl nostro reparto finitura ed imballo ècollocato all'interno di una infrastruttura di5000 mq dove è stato progettato e realizzato unimpianto di movimentazione automatizzato chepermette al mobile di muoversi all'interno dellastruttura produttiva con il minimo interventomanuale. Il manufatto una volta scaricato dalmezzo di trasporto viene posizionatosull'impianto di movimentazione e dopo un brevepercorso giunge alla prima fase di lavorazionedove subisce una pulitura e un approfonditocontrollo qualitativo. L'operatore, incaricato,valuta il livello qualitativo della finitura,l'assenza di ammaccature, graffi e la conformitàdel colore. Sulla base dei parametriprecedentemente elencati, si definisce l'idoneitàdel mobile agli standard qualitativi BrunoPiombini. Nel caso siano rilevate delleimperfezioni li mobile deve essere riportato allafase precedente per intraprendere le azionicorrettive da renderlo idoneo alla qualitàBruno Piombini.Una volta superato il controllo qualitativo ilmobile prosegue il suo percorso fino alla fase difinitura dove operatori qualificati effettuanouna ulteriore pulitura e l'assemblaggio dellastruttura principale con gli elementi decorativi(maniglie, vetri, accessori ecc.). Terminata la fasedi finitura il mobile subisce un ulteriorecontrollo e quindi se idoneo può prosegue il suopercorso automatico fino alla fase diimballaggio dove l'operatore provvede aproteggere il mobile attraverso opportuniangolari, dry paper e da scatole in cartone adoppio strato; le scatole vengono prodotte conl'ausilio di una macchina a lotto unitario che haun sistema di ottimizzazione degli scarti nelrispetto dell'ambiente.Il mobile imballato viene stoccato su palletts perla movimentazione fino alla zona di carico o perl'immagazzinamento in opportune scaffalature. Ilciclo produttivo della Bruno Piombini è quindistato ideato al fine di mantenere uno standardqualitativo elevato in tutte le fasi fino adentrare nelle case dei nostri clienti.

FINISHINGThe finishing, according to the rule UNI EN ISO9001:2000 (Vision 2000), constitutes one of thespecial process that Bruno Piombini controls.This process has a double purpose:Aesthetic aspect; Protecting surfaces.

The rule foresees that for such process theworkers and the production are approved. Suchworkers must be qualified to carry out to theactivity assigned and the have to monitorconstantly the entire cycles (phases and usedproducts) that allow the realization of theproduct.The finishing process is composed by varioussteps where on the piece of furniture thequalified workers manually apply first a tonecolour. Then some coats of varnishes of varioustypology appositely studied and combined forBruno Piombini.On the process advancement the surfaces aresanded with smooth glass paper. The phases ofaging are realized with handcraft techniquesthat confer to the piece of furniture adistressed aspect, warm and pleasant.

FIRE MARKSBruno Piombini's items are countersigned by adouble fire marks to guarantee the originalityof the product. The first one shows the companybrand, while the second one, sets on the back,underlines that the whole Bruno Piombiniproduction is constituted by manufacturedarticles hand made in Italy.

PACKAGINGOur finishing and packaging department issituated inside a building of 5000 squared meters(50.000 sq. ft) where an automatic handlinginstallation has been realized in order to leteach piece of furniture to move inside theproductive structure with the least manualintervention. The product, once unloaded by thetruck is positioned on the handlinginstallation and after a short walking itreaches the first phase of working where it iscleaned and deeply qualitative controlled. Theentrusted operator, considers the qualitativelevel of the finishing, the absence of dents andscratches, and the conformity of the colour. Onthe base of such parameters, is given to the pieceof furniture the Bruno Piombini qualitystandards approval.In the case that some imperfections are detectedthe piece of furniture brings back to thepreceding phase to be retouched, in order to beapproved by the quality standard.Once overcome the qualitative control the pieceof furniture continues its walking up to thefinishing phase where qualified people effect afurther cleaning and assembling of the principalstructure with decorative elements (handles,glasses, accessories etc.).Once the finish phase is completed the piece offurniture is controlled once more. So only ifapproved, it can continue its automatic walkingup to the phase of packaging where the operatorprotects it with opportune angular, dry paperand double carton boxes;A computerized machine produces taylorizedboxes that has an optimisation system of thediscarded parts in the total respect of theenvironment. The packed piece of furniture is puton pallets to be moved up to the loading zone orto be stocked in opportune shelves. The BrunoPiombini productive cycle therefore has beenstudied with the purpose to maintain an elevatedqualitative standard in all its phases.

ПРИДАНИЕ ЦВЕТАПокраска, как предусматривает норма UNI EN ISO9001:2000 (версия 2000), является особым процессом,который контролирует Бруно Пьёмбини.Покраска представляет собой процесс, который имеет дваосновных предназначения:Эстетический аспект;Защита поверхностей.Нормой предусматривается, что цикл самого процессадолжен быть подтверждён, а персонал тщательно отобран.Работники, участвующие в этом процессе имеютспециальную квалификацию для выполнения

предусмотренных действий, а сами циклы (фазыпроизводства и использованные материалы), которыепозволяют реализовать продукт, постоянно проверяются.Процесс придания цвета мебели состоит из различных фаз,в ходе которых на изделие вручную наносятся различныетипы плёнки, разработанные и комбинированныеспециально для Бруно Пьёмбини. В завершении процессаповерхности полируются при помощи тончайшей шкурки.Фазы старения создаются по исключительным техникамданного ремесла. Именно они придают изделию такойтёплый и радушный винтажный аспект.

ТОРГОВАЯ МАРКА ОГНЁМВсе изделия Бруно Пьёмбини имеют двойное обозначениемарки, в целях гарантии оригинальности продукта. Первыйзнак является знаком производителя, второй же, на заднейчасти, является подтверждением того, что всёпроизведённое Бруно Пьёмбини состоит из частей,созданных вручную в Италии.

УПАКОВКАНаши конечные этапы отделки и упаковки связанны междусобой внутренней инфраструктурой в 5000 м2 , где былоспроектировано и установлено оборудованиеавтоматического передвижения, которое позволяетмебельному изделию двигаться внутри производства сминимальным участием человека. Таким образом изделие,выполненное вручную, сразу доставляется на линиюавтоматического движения и после небольшогопромежутка достигает одной из конечных фаз, на которойпроводится его очистка и углублённый контроль качества.Предназначенный для этого работник оценивает уровень икачество отделки, отсутствие пятен, царапин, а так жесоответствие цветовой гаммы. На основе параметровприведённых выше, определяется соответствие изделиястандартам качества Бруно Пьёмбини. В случае выявлениянесоответствия, продукт отправляется на предыдущий этап,где принимаются необходимые меры по исправлениюнедоработок, таким образом, доводя изделие досоответствия стандартам качества предприятия.

Как только пройден контроль качества, изделие следует наэтап отделки, где квалифицированные работники проводятдополнительную очистку и финальную сборку, дополняяобраз изделия различными декоративными элементами(ручки, стёкла и другие аксессуары). По завершенииотделки продукт проходит дополнительный контролькачества, и, если соответствует стандартам, продолжаетсвоё автоматическое движение к последнему отделуупаковки, где рабочий, заботясь о сохранности мебели,создаёт угловую защиту из сухой бумаги и коробов издвухслойного картона. Картонные короба производятся поодному в партии при помощи машины, которая имеетсистему оптимизации отходов в целях охраны окружающейсреды.Упакованное изделие устанавливается на паллет длядальнейших перемещений в зону погрузки или на склад дляхранения на соответствующих стеллажах. Таким образом,весь производственный цикл мебельной фабрики БруноПьёмбини был задуман для поддержания высокихстандартов качества на всех этапах вплоть до входа в доманаших клиентов.
