FUSION IN-MOLD MICROSHELL:tecnica di costruzione avanzata che attraverso la fusione tra calotta esterna e polistirolo garantisce maggiore resistenza e leggerezza.

Advanced production tecnique that grants more resistance and light weight through the fusion between the outside shell and EPS.

TIGHT-FIT SHELL:contrariamente al processo in-molding, la calotta esterna è qui applicata al polistirolo successivamente all’operazione di stampaggio.

On the opposite of the in-molding process, the outside shell is here combined with the EPS after the injection phase.

BUTTERFLY:Butterfl y è un rinforzo in Nylon ultra-resistente stampato direttamente all’interno del polistirolo dei caschi di alta gamma. Offre una migliore solidità e integrità invisibile fi no al momento dell’occorrenza.

Butterfl y is a super tough Nylon reinforcement moulded directly into the EPS foam liner of our high range helmets. It provides extra strength and integrity, invisible until you need it.
