Nasce così Marilyn by Marco Piva, una serie di jacquard in metallo ispirati al mondo delle pietre preziose e dei gioielli.Diamanti, topazi, rubini e ancora oro, platino, perle si sposano con eleganza ed estro al tessuto Cuprum.

ll risultato è una collezione davvero innovativa di tessuti decorativi.

Marilyn is a collection of weaved metal fabrics designed by internationally renowned architect Marco Piva.Diamonds, rubies, pearls are the motifs weaved into copper yarns.

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico of Milan.Since 2001 she has worked at Lissoni Associati and three years later at Lissoni Peia associati.In 2006 she became partners of Giampiero Peia in Peia associati.

She follows the Interiors Department in the office.

The studio has design expertise about a wide spectrum of subject areas, ranging from Residences, Private villas, Open spaces,Public Buildings, Sports Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Factories, Towers, Hotels and Resorts, Retail Showrooms and Stands for exhibitions.The scope of work varies from urban level to interior design and product design scale.Lately as the office has been working on many residential, offices and hotel projects, this has further led Arch Peia to initiate a research in the fieldof innovative solutions for architectural, typological, distributional as well as for the detailed solutions, materials and furnishingswith materials of latest generation. Sustainable projects and low carbon emission MEP solutions are naturally implemented in all his work modality.Through numerous projects and achievements he has also developed a great experience on the issue of growth andrestructuring of the restoration of historic buildings and the difficult, but exciting relationship between ancient and contemporary.
