+++The production:Premek is a leading specialist manufacturersof precision mechanical components andassembled mechanical units. Premek strength lies in precision processing ofstainless steels and aluminium alloys.Further productions are also performed in brass,special plastic and special materials (titanium,Inconel, hastelloy).The production range runs from a few hundredup to tens of thousand pieces for a wide rangeof different industrial applications (hydraulics,optics, aerospace) in strict conformity withcustomer specifications.The production is performed on CNC lathes

with bar pass up to Ø 70 mm, CNC lathes forsecond machinings with diameter up to Ø 250 mm, on automatic lathes with single spindle and multi spindle, CNC millingmachines and working centers.Premek performs also complementary machin-ings like: boring, tapping, threading, rolling,bending, cutting and grinding.Premek look after also to all those operationsconcerning surface and heat treatments thatare outsourced to specialized suppliers locali-zed in our region.

La produzione:La produzione è orientata su particolari mec-canici di precisione singoli e di piccoli insiemiconformi al disegno del cliente in lotti di mediagrandezza, da qualche centinaio fino ad alcunemigliaia di pezzi.Il punto di forza di Premek è la lavorazione di acciai inossidabili e alluminio, ulteriori produzioni vengono eseguite anche su bronzo, ottone, plastiche e materiali speciali come titanio, inconel, hastelloy.La lavorazione ha luogo su torni CNC con pas-saggio barra fino a Ø 70 mm, su torni a ripresafino a Ø 250 mm, su torni automatici pluri emonomandrino, su frese CNC e centri di lavoro.Vengono eseguite anche lavorazioni comple-mentari, quali: foratura, filettatura ad asporta-zione di truciolo o mediante rullatura, alesatura,brocciatura, tranciatura, piegatura e rettifica.I trattamenti termici e di superficie vengonocommissionati a sub-fornitori specializzatidella nostra regione.

+++Precision assemblies:A share of the production carried out atPremek is focused on assembly operations.Within the production premises there are twoassembly areas focused on two differentassembly typologies.The first assembly area is specialized on mediumsized assemblies and it is equipped for differentassembly phases.The second assembly area, recently developed,is based on a Clean Room and it is dedicated tosmaller assemblies with higher precision andcleanliness standards.The Clean Room environment is controlled by aconditioning and filtering system able to filter

particles up to 0,3 micron and to have classperformances 7-8 according to ISO 14644.1.

Assemblaggi di precisione:Una parte della produzione di Premek è dedicataalle operazioni di assemblaggio.All’interno della sede produttiva sono localizzatedue aree di assemblaggio caratterizzate da unadiversa tipologia di lavorazione. Un’area è dedicata ad assemblaggi di medie egrandi dimensioni organizzata per diverse fasidi montaggio.La seconda area di assemblaggio, di recentecostituzione, è composta da una Clean Roomed è dedicata a montaggi di piccole dimensionicon requisiti di pulizia e precisione più elevati. L’ambiente è mantenuto ad atmosfera control-lata attraverso un sistema di condizionamentoe filtrazione in grado di filtrare particelle fino a0,3 micron e ottenere prestazioni di classe 7-8secondo gli standard ISO 14644.1.

The quality cer-tification has been for Premek a formalizationof a way of thinking business: quality guidancein each phase of the production process.

La qualità:L’azienda conta oggi 5 persone addette al servizio di assicurazione della qualità. PremekHi Tech infatti è certificata ISO 9001:2000 conl’ente di certificazione DNV e la certificazioneper i materiali ADW2 – ADW6/2 con il TÜV.Lavorando in un settore dove la precisionenella qualità è sempre stata fondamentale, lacertificazione ISO è stata per l’azienda unasemplice formalizzazione delle procedure giàin essere nella pratica, ossia un modo per formalizzare una mentalità: quella dell’orienta-mento alla qualità in tutte le fasi del processoproduttivo.

Since 1990 Premek is located in the southindustrial area of Pordenone (North EasternItaly), right close to the motorway exit. TheCompany has a covered surface of 4800 sq. m.on a total area of 16000 sq. m. and it counts on200kVA of power installed.The Company equipment has been developedwith modern and highly technological machinesin order to better satisfy the several require-ments coming from the market.In the modern building there are three produc-tion departments: CNC milling department,

CNC turning department and the assemblingdepartment, as well as all the offices.In order to satisfy the customers’ require-ments, a project has been adopted to strengthenthe communication and the connections withinthe staff. Today Premek has an Ethernet/Internet network with more than 40 differentPCs connected with all the company’s depart-ments.Therefore a forefront software applicationallows the Company to keep traced all theproduction cycles within the departments.

L’azienda dal 1990 è ubicata nella zona indu-striale di Pordenone, immediatamente prossimaall’uscita autostradale, con una superficiecoperta di 4800 mq. su un terreno di 16000mq. e conta su 200kVA di potenza installata.L’equipaggiamento dell’impresa è stato svilup-pato in modo mirato con macchinari modernied adeguati alla moltitudine di esigenze deri-vanti dalla subfornitura di particolari costruitisecondo disegno.L’edificio moderno ospita dunque i tre repartiproduttivi: il reparto centri di lavoro CNC, il

reparto di tornitura CNC ed il reparto di montaggio, nonché tutti i servizi aziendali.Inoltre, per rispondere alle esigenze di qualitàe servizio, è stato intrapreso un progetto perpotenziare il sistema informativo aziendale.Oggi in Premek Hi Tech sono presenti 40 posta-zioni di lavoro collegate ad Internet ed è statarealizzata una Lan che collega tutti i reparti.Inoltre un’applicazione gestionale all’avanguar-dia permette di avere sempre il monitoraggiocompleto dei cicli produttivi in essere all’internodell’azienda.
