Conclusions• Feasible in all patients, starting from premature newborn less than 2.0 kg of body weight • Safe and not subject to technical complications•Recommended in neonates and infants with complex or recurrent aortic arch disease• More versatile because of rapid and easy conversion to cardioplegic arrest.
