The water removal principle used in the Vacuum Dehydratorsdependably removes water well below the oil saturation point, evenwhen tightly bound in an emulsion. A vacuum pump draws fluidinto the unit where it is heated and then flows through dispersalelements inside the vacuum tower. Contaminated oil flows throughthe pores of these elements, is exposed to the vacuum and dehydrated.Dried oil is removed, filtered and pumped back into the reservoir.

Quickly and reliably analyze an oil sample todetermine the amount of particulatecontamination using the Patch Test Method,assessing an ISO cleanliness code in as little as10 minutes. Accessories needed to create formalreports (camera, adapter, etc.) are also available.

The ultimate piece of equipment to effectively removeparticulate, water and dissolved gases from petroleum and

synthetically based fluids. This system removes 100% of free andemulsified water from oils, and 90% of

dissolved water from oils toas low as 20 ppm. It also

removes particulate to aslow as ISO 12/10/9 with

2.5 Beta(C) � 1000 Filters. In addition, this system

removes 90% of dissolvedgases. It is available in flow

rates from 1–200 gpm, NEMA4 and 7 Explosion Proof with

custom options.

Low Flow Filter CartsWhen a compact and highly portabledesign is needed to remove particu-late contamination and free waterfrom smaller reservoirs, the LowFlow Filter Cart is your answer. Flowrates are available from 1 to 20 gpmwith either spin-on or cartridge-stylefilter elements and water or acidremoval filter options. NEMA 4 andNEMA 7 explosion proof optionsare available as well.
