Travi di collegamento in acciaio ad elevato spessore. • Regolazione spessore elettronica centesimale a pulsanti luminosi gestita da PLC. • Apertura e chiusura idraulica a ginocchiera con doppio pistone. • Trasporto rullo cromato con inversione ad alta velocità per ridurre i tempi morti di rasatura. • Trasmissione cilindro a lame a cinghie con tensore idraulico. • Possibilità di variare la velocità del rullo lame variando il diametro della puleggia di trasmissione per ottimizzare il taglio di rasatura. • Possibilità di bloccare l’avvio del cilindro a lame durante le operazioni di manutenzione (cambio lame). • Carrello affilatore monoblocco in ghisa a guide prismatiche e lubrificazione forzata. • Tre diverse modalità di affilatura a scelta dell’operatore: saltuario, continuo ed intermittente con avanzamento mola automatico temporizzato. • Dispositivo regolazione parallelismo fra rullo lame e rullo cromato. • Regolazione meccanica conica bilaterale del rullo cromato. • Dispositivo staccapelli automatico ed autoregolabile. • Doppio sistema di sicurezza contro gli infortuni. A richiesta la rasatrice può essere dotata dei seguenti optional: • Cappe aspirazione superiore-inferiore e laterali per rasatura a secco. • Terminale programmabile a display per controllo funzioni. • Aspiratore polveri mola affilatura con/senza estinzione scintille ad acqua. • Aspiratore polveri di rasatura. • Collettore polveri con ciclone. PUNTA Hydraulic Shaving Machine This shaving machine is built according to the existing EC Directives regarding the safety rules. the technical characteristics of the machine allow to obtain an high precision in uniformity of thickness of the leather shaved. The ergonomic study of the machine is aimed at maximum efficiency reducing the operator’s fatigue. • Stout structure with shoulders, grinder beam, grinder carriage in fusion, thick steel connecting beams. • Push illuminated buttons for centesimal electronic adjustment operated by PLC. • Toggle hydraulic opening and closing with double piston. • Conveyance of the chrome plated roller with high speed of the reverse rotation in order to avoid wastes of time. • Belt drive of knives cylinder with hydraulic tensor. By varying the diameter of the pulley, you may change the surface speed of the knives cylinder in order to optimize the shaving. Possibility of blocking the knives cylinder during Its maintenance (replacement of knives). • Cast-iron monobloc grinder carriage with prismatic guides with pressure lubrication. • Three different grinding possibilities upon operator’s choice: discontinuous, intermittent and continuous with grinding wheel feed timed and automatic . • Device for the adjustment of the parallelism between the blade cylinder and chrome plated roller. • Mechanical conical bilateral adjustment of the chrome plated roller. • Automatic and self-adjustable hide detacher. • Double safety system. On request the machine can be equipped with these optionals: • Upper-lower, left and right side hoods useful for dry shaving. • Programmable terminal display to set up and check functions. • Grinding wheel dust aspirator with / without sparks wet putting out. • Dust of shaving aspirator. • Dust extraction plant with cyclone.
