LA SICUREZZA

La porta costituisce il punto di contatto dove l’interno incontra l’esterno;

è il primo contatto con la casa, la rappresenta. La porta blindata non

può garantire, come per ogni altra soluzione, la sicurezza assoluta della

casa, ma può costituire un valido deterrente all’effrazione ed un sicuro

ritardante all’azione di malintenzionati. Affinchè la porta offra un valido

grado di sicurezza occore valutare le reali qualità dei materiali impiegati

e le soluzioni tecniche costruttive adottate. Le vere qualità sono spesso

nascoste e sottendono un lungo lavoro di ricerca, che rifugge da semplici

e furbi accorgimenti. Effepi, azienda con una lunga storia di primati e di

ricerca nel settore delle porte blindate, ha introdotto, attraverso la ricerca

ed il il design, la cura e la caratterizzazione formale delle porte blindate e

dei suoi accessori; ha migliorato le caratteristiche tecniche dei prodotti con

numerose innovazioni e brevetti ed ha partecipato con altri, alla definizione

delle norme per il collaudo prestazionale dei prodotti. Effepi ha progettato

e prodotto la prima porta blindata rasomuro traslante-scorrevole, inserita

tra le eccellenze del design internazionale con l’attribuzione del ‘ADI INDEX

2012. L’attenzione verso il particolare, l’aspetto estetico, i tempi e modi

di posa, la ricerca tecnica, fanno di una porta blindata Effepi un prodotto

sicuro e di facile posa, una Vera Sicurezza a protezione della casa.

Questi sono gli obiettivi a cui si è dedicata Effepi con la sua collezione di

porte blindate. Le porte Effepi sono robuste difese e qualificati componenti

dell’architettura.

The door is the point of contact where the inside meets the outside. It is

the first contact with the home. It represents it. The armoured door cannot

guarantee the absolute safety of the home, just as no other solution can.

But it can be a valid deterrent to burglar break in and will surely delay

the actions of criminals. In order for the door to offer a valid degree of

safety, the real quality of the materials used and the technical construction

solutions adopted must be evaluated. Often the true qualities are hidden

and imply a long work of research, shunning simple and sly stratagems.

Effepi is a company with a long history of pre-eminence and research in the

armoured door field. It introduced the attention and formal characterisation

for armoured doors and accessories through its research and design. It

improved the technical features of its products with several innovations and

patents. And it participated together with others to define the standards

for the performance test inspection of the products. Effepi has projected

and produced the The first and unique security retractable sliding door,

it was selected for “excellence of Italian design” and recieved an award

at the ADI INDEX 2012. The attention towards the detail, the aesthetical

aspect, the times and ways of installation, the technical research, all make

the Effepi armoured door a safe and easy-to-install product, a Real Safety for

the protection of the home.

Nel 1979 Franco Paolucci ha creato Blindato

Effepi Srl con il preciso scopo di operare nel

settore delle chiusure blindate e di sicurezza.

Blindato Effepi, che ha ormai una esperienza

ultra trentennale, si è da subito contraddistinta

come azienda impegnata sul fronte della

ricerca e dell’innovazione, ove anche il

design assume significato diverso e diventa

componente fondamentale del progetto

di un prodotto importante per una casa. La

qualità, uno dei principi della evoluzione e

della filosofia aziendale, ha il primo importante riconoscimento nel 1990 con

le certificazioni UNI 9569 Classe I - III. Tra i numerosi riconoscimenti ottenuti

segnaliamo nel 1991 la realizzazione dei prodotti per il concorso “La Casa

Più Bella Del Mondo” e nel 2000 la partecipazione a Grandesign Etico, nel

2012 l’assegnazione del prestigioso riconoscimento ADI INDEX . Blindato

Effepi si propone di offrire le soluzioni più adatte alle particolari esigenze del

cliente offrendo, tra l’altro, un ampio catalogo di proposte, di finiture e di

accessori. Il futuro vede Blindato Effepi in costante sviluppo con nuove porte

di design e la affermazione con un design personalizzato, il consolidamento

ed ampliamento della propria rete di vendita ed affermazione del Made

in Italy con materiali e produzioni italiane, seguendo quindi il principio del

“Prodotto Italiano”.

In 1979 Franco Paolucci created Blindato Effepi Srl with the precise aim

of operating in the armoured and safety closing sector. Blindato Effepi

distinguished itself immediately as a company engaged in research and

innovation, where even the design takes on a different meaning and

becomes a fundamental part of the project of an important item for a home.

Our quality, one of the principles for company evolution and philosophy,

received its first important recognition in 1990 with the UNI 9569 Class I - III

certifications. Among the numerous recognitions obtained, we single out

the realisations of products for “The Most Beautiful House in the World”

competition in 1991and participation at Grandesign Etico in 2000. In 2012,

it received the award of the prestigious ADI INDEX acknowledgment.

Blindato Effepi offers the best solutions for the particular needs of the

customer. Among other things, an ample catalogue of proposals, finishing

and accessories is made available. The future sees Blindato Effepi in constant

development with new designed doors and the success of customised

design, the strengthening and expansion of its sales network and the exploit

La porta blindata è sinonimo di “sicurezza” per eccellenza quindi è

praticamente impossibile parlare di porta blindata senza descrivere il

componente che custodisce il “segreto” per poterla aprire o chiudere:

la serratura. La serratura movimenta lo scrocco ed i catenacci e

contemporaneamente, aziona attraverso leve ad essa collegate anche altri

catenacci che si trovano all’interno dell’anta. Il tutto a formare un sistema di

provata “sicurezza”.

The armoured door is synonymous with “safety” par excellence and

therefore it is practically impossible to talk about armoured doors without

describing the component which holds the “secret” of opening and closing

it: the lock. The lock moves the latch and the bolts and at the same time

activates other bolts inside of the leaf by means of levers connected to it. It

all forms a proven “safety” system.

ELETTRONICA ELECTRONICSLa serratura “elettronica” è motorizzata con elettronica di controllo integrata.

La versione di base si apre dall’interno per mezzo di una pulsantiera e

dall’esterno con chiavi elettroniche riconosciute a contatto. Chiudendo

l’anta la serratura aziona sempre le mandate mettendo in costante sicurezza

la porta (sicurezza intelligente). Altre versioni permettono l’apertura della

porta dall’esterno digitando una tastiera a codice numerico, oppure con

The “electronic” lock is powered with integrated control electronics. The

basic version opens from the inside by means of a control panel and from

the outside with electronic keys acknowledged by contact. Closing the

leaf, the lock always activates the turns placing the door in constant safety

(intelligent safety). Other versions open the door from the outside typing on

a numerical code keypad, or with biometric fingerprint reader. The inside

door control panel is also used to customise programming of the lock. For

example enabling/disabling the electronic keys, keypad codes, etc. The lock

is also provided with a safety cylinder operated by normal mechanical keys:

if the electronics needs maintenance, the door can be opened and closed

like all models equipped with a standard lock.

CILINDRO EUROPEO DI SICUREZZA EUROPROFILE SAFETY CYLINDERLa serratura ha la predisposizione per il montaggio di un cilindro che

nel nostro caso è di sicurezza (antistrappo - antitrapanatura) e a profilo

europeo. La chiave che aziona il cilindro e quindi la serratura è di

dimensioni contenute, duplicabile solamente con accorgimenti (quali

la tessera di proprietà) anch’essi di sicurezza ampiamente collaudati.

ll cilindro, nel caso sia necessario, è sostituibile con uno nuovo che

avrà in dotazione chiavi proprie fornite sigillate. Evitando di sostituire

la serratura.

The lock is pre-set for assembly of a cylinder which in this case is a

safety cylinder (pull-resistant - drill-resistant) and Europrofile. The key

that operates the cylinder, and therefore the lock, is compact. It can be

copied only with fully proven safety precautionary measures (such as

the owner card). Should it be necessary, the cylinder can be replaced

with a new one provided with its own keys sealed upon delivery. This

avoids having to replace the lock.

DOPPIA MAPPA DOUBLE-BITTEDLa serratura ha la predisposizione per l’azionamento con chiave a

doppia mappa. Doppia mappa significa che la chiave ha due alette

(mappe) sul terminale del gambo, le mappe sono opportunamente

sagomate secondo combinazioni diversificate una dall’altra per un

numero tale da escludere la casualità. Se necessario, il nucleo azionato

dalla chiave, è intercambiabile con uno nuovo che avrà in dotazione

chiavi proprie fornite sigillate. Evitando di sostituire la serratura.

The lock is pre-set to be operated by a double-bitted key. Double-bitted

means that the key has two flaps (bits) at the end of the stem. The bits

are appropriately shaped according to the combinations diversified one

from another for such a number as to exclude fortuitousness. Should it

be necessary, the nucleus operated by the key can be replaced with a

new one provided with its own keys sealed upon delivery. This avoids

having to replace the lock.

ANTIPANICO ANTIPANICLa serratura GORILLA è un sistema di apertura rapida a spinta della

porta blindata: previsto per casi di emergenza. GORILLA è una chiusura

di sicurezza con più catenacci, assimilabile quindi, a tutti gli effetti, al

concetto di porta blindata. Spingendo il maniglione si sbloccano tutti

i catenacci e lo scrocco della serratura e la porta si apre. La serratura è

dotata di cilindro a profilo europeo di serie e si può chiudere e aprire

con la chiave come tutte le serrature tradizionali.

The GORILLA lock is a quick push opening system of the armoured

door: in case of emergency. GORILLA is a safety closing with several

bolts and therefore similar to the armoured door concept. Pushing the

push-bar, all of the bolts and the latch of the lock release and the door

opens. The lock is provided with a Europrofile cylinder as per standard

and can be opened and closed with a key like all standard locks.

MULTIFUNZIONE MULTIFUNCTIONALla serratura MULTIFUNZIONE ha la doppia chiave di azionamento:

cilindro europeo + cilindro europeo, oppure doppia mappa +

cilindro europeo. La doppia chiave permette una selezione di utilizzo

dell’ingresso: chi ha una chiave sola può aprire solo in determinate

condizioni e/o orari stabiliti dal titolare o proprietario della casa/ufficio/

LE TRASPARENZE

La tecnica costruttiva Effepi consente di realizzare finestrature nelle ante delle

porte (sia porte 1 anta che porte 2 ante). La particolare solidità del perimetro

dell’anta, le due lamiere, i rinforzi all’interno della camera, il tutto saldato e

finito con cura permettono di “aprire” finestrature per il passaggio di luce

attraverso la porta, raggiungendo in molti casi effetti estetici sorprendenti.

Le finestrature sulle ante prevedono una blindatura supplementare, con la

creazione della sede per la posa dei vetri antisfondamento e con tutto il

sistema di tenuta meccanica adeguato allo scopo. La sicurezza delle porte

con vetratura rimane immutata rispetto al target offerto dalle porte standard.

A seconda delle necessità le porte possono essere accoppiate con latoluce

o sopraluce, o anche con la combinazione tra loro. Latoluce e sopraluce

sono costruiti con lo stesso profilato impiegato per la fabbricazione del

telaio della porta, vengono saldati agli angoli, impiegano un sistema di

fermavetri adeguato e con la possibilità di assemblare vetri antisfondamento

di vario tipo e colore. Latoluce e sopraluce sono forniti imballati a parte

per comodità di trasporto, sono assemblabili in cantiere con il telaio della

porta formando un unico sistema di chiusura che, quando sarà ultimato con

il montaggio dell’anta della porta e dei vetri antisfondamento, garantisce

la “blindatura” totale del vano. A completamento delle finestrature, dei

latoluce e dei sopraluce, sono disponibili diversi modelli di vetri blindati.

The Effepi construction technique allows to realise windows

in the door leaves (both one-leaf door and 2-leaf doors). The

particular solidity of the leaf perimeter, the two sheet metals, the

reinforcements inside the chamber, all of it soldered and finished

with care allowing to “open” windows for passage of light through

the door, often reaching surprising aesthetical effects. The windows

on the leaves foresee extra armouring, with the creation of break-

proof seat to place the glass and the whole mechanical sealing

system suitable for the purpose. The safety of the windowed doors

remains unchanged compared to target offered by standard doors.

Depending on one’s needs, the doors can be matched with side

light or transom window, or even the combination among them.

Side light and transom window are made of the same profile used to

make the door frame. The corners are welded, they use an adequate

glass stop system and with the possibility of assembling various types

and colour of break-proof glass. The side light and transom window

are supplied in packaging apart for transportation commodity. They

can be factory assembled with the door frame forming one unique

closing system which, when finished with assembly of the door leaf

and break-proof glass, guarantees total “armouring” of the door.

RIVESTIMENTI COLLEZIONE DESIGNll capitolo “COLLEZIONE DESIGN” presenta una selezione di rivestimenti Effepi Color

Studio, caratterizzati da un elevato valore estetico e formale. Siamo in grado di rispondere

a vostre ulteriori richieste di personalizzazioni o disegni esclusivi che vorrete proporci;il

nostro Ufficio Tecnico valutera’ tali richieste nella loro effettiva possibilità realizzativa.

RIVESTIMENTI ALLUMINIOPer essere inattaccabili dal tempo e dagli agenti atmosferici, i pannelli d’alluminio hanno

bisogno di specifici trattamenti anticorrosivi sia all’esterno che all’interno, e cioè sulla

superficie che resta a contatto con il nucleo centrale del pannello. Il sistema prevede:

lastra in alluminio, fosfocromatazione, verniciatura protettiva al titanio, verniciatura a

polveri poliesteri, nucleo centrale del pannello in materiale idrofugo, ulteriore lastra in

alluminio.

RIVESTIMENTI PANTOGRAFATI Per la realizzazione dei rivestimenti pantografati vengono utilizzati:

n Multistrato marino di Okoumè: un pannello sandwich ottenuto dalla sovrapposizione

di stati di legno a fibre parallele saldamente incollate tra loro mediante pressatura e

incollaggi fenolici o melaminici, tutti gli strati del legno sono nella medesima essenza.

n Medium Density Fiber: sono composti di fibre di legno prodotto in forma di “feltri”

e aggregate a secco con leganti a base di resine termoindurenti. Effepi adotta

rivestimenti in MDF idrofugo, per esterni, che costituiscono la base ideale per finiture

con vernici e smalti pigmentati.

RIVESTIMENTI IN LEGNO MASSELLO Le varie essenze di legno massiccio usate per la realizzazione dei rivestimenti in legno

massello bugnati e dogati sono tutte di prima scelta con grado di essiccazione ottimale

ed uniforme compreso fra il 10% e il 12% di umidità residua,sistematicamente controllata.

Tutti i pannelli vengono sempre sottoposti ad un trattamento completo di verniciatura

con prodotti all’acqua specifici “per esterni” indipendentemente dalla collocazione finale

del manufatto.

RIVESTIMENTI IN PVC I rivestimenti per porte blindate in PVC sono particolari pannelli adatti ad essere

esposti agli agenti atmosferici. i rivestimenti in PVC vengono realizzati con pannelli in

HDF idrorepellente, materiale impermeabile ad alta densità, pantografati e rivestiti con

speciali pellicole in materiale plastico ( PVC ) in varie finiture. Le porte blindate in PVC

sono delle ottime alternative ai più tradizionali pannelli in legno, rappresentano una

soluzione economicamente vantaggiosa per tutti gli ambienti, interni ed esterni, pubblici

e privati. I pannelli di rivestimento in PVC vengono realizzati in tutti i colori RENOLIT

(effetto legno e tinta unita), sono disponibili nelle tipologie cieche ed a vetro. Il vantaggio

dei rivestimenti per porte blindate in PVC è sicuramente la resistenza all’umidità, l’ampia

gamma realizzabile permette l’utilizzo delle porte in ogni tipo di ambiente, garantendo

una durata nel tempo e assenza di manutenzione.

DESIGN COLLECTION PANELSThe “Design Collection” chapter presents a selection of Effepi Color Studio panels, featured by an elevated

aesthetical and formal value. We are able to meet your further requests for customising or exclusives designs

be fulfilled.

ALUMINIUM PANELSIn order to be protected from weather and atmospheric agents, the aluminium panels need specific anti-

corrosion treatments both outside and inside, so to say, the surface that remains in contact with the core of

the panel. The system includes: aluminium sheet, phospho-chromate treatment, protective titanium painting,

polyester powder painting, the core made of water-repellent material, another aluminium sheet.

PANTOGRAPH PANELSFor the pantograph panels, the following are used:

n Multi-layer marine type Okoumè: A “sandwiched” panel obtained by overlapping parallel fibre wooden

layers solidly glued together by means of pressing and phenol or melamine glueing. All the wooden layers

are in the same essence.

n Medium Density Fiber: wooden fibre compounds produced in “felt” shape and dry aggregated with

thermosetting resin binding. Effepi uses water-repellent MDF panels, for outside, which constitute the

ideal base for finishing with pigmented varnish and lacquer.

SOLID WOOD PANELS The various types of solid wood used to realise studded and planked solid wood panels are all first choice

with a optimum and uniform desiccation degree between 10% and 12% of residual humidity, which is

methodically controlled. All panels undergo a complete water product paint treatment especially studied

“for the outside” regardless of the final location of the door.

PVC PANELS The PVC panels for security doors are suitable and can be exposed to different environmental. The PVC cover

are made with HDF panels, that are water resistant high density, veneered with special films in plastic (PVC)

in various finishings and pantographs. The PVC panels are a good alternatives to the traditional wooden

panels, they are the cheapest and they can be used both for internally and externally, for public and private

buildings.

All the panels can be available in the RENOLIT colours (wooden effect and solid colour), with or without glass.

The benefit at the PVC panels that is humidity resistant.

The big large range available allow to utilize the door in every situation where it is durable and can be without

maintenance.

PERMEABILITÀ ALL’ARIA - AIR PERMEABILITYUNI EN 1026 - UNI EN 12207E’ la caratteristica di una finestra chiusa di lasciare filtrare aria nel caso di

una differenza di pressione tra l’interno e l’esterno. La classificazione viene

valutata secondo la norma UNI E 12207, che prevede quattro classi di

prestazione (1,2,3,4). La classe massima, che cioè prevede le infiltrazioni di

aria più ridotte è la classe 4.

TENUTA ALL’ACQUA - WATER TIGHTNESSUNI EN 1027 - UNI EN 12208E’ la capacità di impedire infiltrazioni d’acqua sotto l’azione di una

pressione differenziale tra interno ed esterno analoga a quella della prova

di permeabilità all’aria. La norma UNI EN 12208 prevede nove classi

raggiungibili dal serramento abbinate alla lettera A corrispondente al

metodo che variano dalla classe 1 A alla classe 9 A. La classificazione di

tenuta all’acqua più elevata è la classe 9 A, corrispondente a un serramento

in grado di impedire infiltrazioni di acqua fino ad una velocià del vento pari

a 600 Pa (circa 115 Km/h).

It is the capacity to stop water infiltration caused by the difference between

the pressure inside and externally as per the air permeability test. The UNI

EN 12208 law, provides nine classes together A. The range is included

between class 1A to class 9A. The top class is 9A and it corresponds to a

window able to stop water infiltration up to a speed of wind equal to 600

Pa (around 115 km/h).

RESISTENZA AL VENTO - WIND RESISTANCEUNI EN 12211 - UNI EN 12210E’ la capacità di un serramento, sottoposto a forti pressioni e/o depressioni,

come quelle causate dal vento, di mantenere una deformazione ammissibile,

di conservare le sue proprietà e di salvaguardare la sicurezza degli utenti.

Secondo la norma UNI EN 12210 l’infisso può essere classificato in cinque

classi per la pressione del vento (1,2,3,4,5) e tre classi per la freccia relativa

frontale (A,B,C) il cui abbinamento fornisce la classificazione del serramento

(C3, B5,A1, ecc.). La classe che prevede le pressioni massime è la classe 5,

mentre la classe che prevede la deformazione ammissibile migliore (e quindi

più limitata) è la classe C.

It’s the capacity for a window, submitted to a strong pressure and /or

depression as per the ones caused by the wind, to maintain a permissible

deformation, to maintain the main characteristic and grant the safety of

users. Followings the law UNI EN 12210, the window could be classified in 5

classes for the wind pressure (1,2,3,4,5) and three classes for the deformation

front (A, B, C). Whose combination provides the window classification (C3,

B5, A1 etc). The class that provide the maximum pressure is the class 5 while

the class who provides the best permissible deformation (therefore more

limited) is the class C.

TRASMITTANZA TERMICA - THERMAL TRANSMISSION UNI EN ISO 10077/1Il coefficiente di trasmittanza termica (UD) indica quanta energia (calore/

refrigerazione) disperde il serramento attraverso la propria superficie.

Minore è il valore di trasmittanza termica maggiore è la capacità della porta

blindata di mantenere il calore nell’ambiente.

The thermal transmittance coefficient (UD), indicates how many energy

(warmth / refrigeration) waste the window through its surface.

Less the thermal transmittance coefficient is, more is the capacity for the

security door to keep the warm.

ACUSTICA - ACOUSTICS UNI EN ISO 717-1:2007 - UNI/TR 11175:2005E’ la capacità di un elemento di edificio di fornire protezione passiva contro il

rumore, tutelando gli ambienti interni delle abitazioni. Il valore che evidenzia

il potere fonoisolante del prodotto è espresso in decibel (dB) e si indica con

Rw (C;Ctr). Nelle porte blindate EFFEPI è possibile l’inserimento di appositi

kit prestazionali (-37dB , -41dB , -44dB) per migliorare il confort acustico

standard di -35 dB.

It’s the capacity of a building element to provide passive protection against

noise, protecting the inside of house. The value is indicated in decibel (dB)

and it’s indicated as Rw (C, Ctr). In the BLINDATO EFFEPI security doors is

possible to add special performance kit (-37db, -41db, -44db) to improve

KIT SCUDO TERMICO- KIT SCUDO TERMICO

BLINDATO EFFEPI ha introdotto il nuovo kit denominato “Scudo termico”, caratterizzato da un nuovo sistema di coibentazione del rivestimento interno ed esterno realizzato utilizzando EPS ad alta densità; a ciò si aggiunge l’utilizzo di nuovi coprifili esterni avvolgenti e una completa coibentazione dell’anta e del telaio. Significativo il miglioramento delle prestazioni e dei valori della trasmittanza termica; questo nuovo kit permette infatti di raggiungere coefficienti pari a 0,85 W/m²K, nella soluzione con pannello esterno in legno da 14mm e pannello interno in legno da 21mm.L’adozione di questo nuovo materiale isolante, inserito sotto i rivestimenti, l’utilizzo di nuovi coprifili esterni avvolgenti e il totale riempimento del telaio con lana di roccia ad alta densità, se da un lato permettono di ottenere una porta altamente performante a livello termico, dall’altro ne migliorano sensibilmente anche il confort acustico.

internal and external panel, made using high density EPS, and besides this the use of new wrapped external frames

and a full insulation of the door and the frame.

Significant improvement in performance and values of thermal transmittance, with this new kit you can reach thermal

transmittance coefficients equal to 0.85 W / m² K (with 14 mm wood external panel and 21mm wood internal panel).

The adoption of this new insulating material, under the coatings, the use of new wrapped external frames and the total

filling of the frame with high density rock wool improve thermal and acoustic performance.

Con tali prove vengono valutate le caratteristiche di resistenza

all’effrazione delle porte blindate sotto le azioni di carico statico, carico

dinamico e attacco manuale compiute da scassinatori con gli attrezzi e

i congegni indicati nei metodi di prova. Alla fine delle prove vengono

rilevati il livello di degrado del serramento e il tempo occorsi per aprirlo

e viene stabilita la classe di resistenza del serramento seguendo le

indicazioni fornite dalle tabelle della norma UNI ENV 1627 - 30. Maggiore

è il valore certificato, maggiore sarà la resistenza del serramento ai

tentativi di scassinamento; la norma infatti assegna al serramento una

classe con un valore che cresce con l’aumentare della resistenza su una

scala da 1 a 6; le classi indicate per un uso in ambito residenziale sono la

2 (abitazioni a basso rischio), la 3 (abitazioni con un rischio medio) e la 4

(adatte ad abitazioni con un elevato rischio); le classi 5 e 6 sono riservate

a serramenti da utilizzare in ambienti prettamente non residenziali e ad

altissimo rischio di intrusione (banche, istituzioni, gioiellerie, ecc).

CONTROTELAIO SUBFRAMEHa il fondamentale scopo di connettere saldamente il telaio con la muratura. Deve essere

fissato solidalmente alla muratura e deve avere spessore e conformazione tali da elevarne

la resistenza. Blindato Effepi sin dal 1992 ha brevettato un rivoluzionario ed innovativo

sistema in grado di risolvere ogni problema d’installazione. I controtelai Effepi, realizzati

in acciaio zincato, sono di due tipi: a gola (adatto per nuove costruzioni) e con gabbiette

(specifico per le sostituzioni).

It is fundamental to firmly fasten the frame to the wall. It must be fixed steadily to the wall

and it must have the right shape and thickness to give it a high level of resistance. Since 1992

Blindato Effepi has patented a revolutionary and innovative system capable of resolving

any installation problem. There are two models of Effepi galvanised steel subframes: one

with a groove track (suitable for new constructions) and one with small boxes (specific for

replacements).

TELAIO FRAMEInsieme dei profili fissi della porta su cui viene montato il pannello anta. Il telaio portante

Blindato Effepi è realizzato in profilato d’acciaio di 2 mm di spessore ripiegato di 360°

sulla battuta (nella zona di possibile effrazione diventa quindi di 4 mm). Il telaio è fissato al

controtelaio tramite piastrini sagomati zigrinati, filettati e con viti a brugola che ne rendono

un’unione solidale. Il sistema di regolazioni Blindato Effepi permette di adattare la posa

su tre assi ortogonali e di correggere anche le eventuali torsioni del montante dovute al

controtelaio installato fuori piombo o divergente. I modelli di telaio Blindato Effepi sono:

P1 (tradizionale) e P5 (per porte Compact).

It is the structure, composed of fixed horizontal and vertical profiles, where the door leaf is

anchored. The Blindato Effepi bearing frame is made of 2 mm thick steel, 360° folded over

the rebate. In the section where a break-in is possible the steel profile is 4 mm thick. The

frame is fastened to the subframe by means of modelled knurled, threaded plates and Allen

screws providing a durable union. The Blindato Effepi adjustment system enabled it to fit on

three orthogonal axes and to correct jamb torsions that can occur if the subframe is installed

in a diverging way or out of plumb. The Blindato Effepi frame models are: P1 (standard) and

P5 (for Compact doors).

ANTA LEAFÈ l’elemento mobile che apre e chiude il vano. Il perimetro dell’anta è realizzato con nastro

in acciaio di 1.5 mm di spessore ripiegato più volte fino a diventare un profilato strutturale

in certi punti spesso fino a 12 mm; una doppia lamiera in acciaio e omega di rinforzo

verticali, completano la struttura. Il profilato perimetrale (codificato come P4) è unico nel

suo genere ed è brevettato da Blindato Effepi Srl. Dopo l’assemblaggio e la finitura in

carpenteria l’anta della porta viene verniciata. Il sistema di verniciatura prevede il passaggio

dell’anta (appesa ad una catena mobile) in fasi diverse: lavaggio, essicazione, applicazione

delle polveri e cottura della vernice. Il lavaggio a pressione con bagno tiepido di acqua (50°)

con sali di ferro diluiti sgrassa l’anta pulendola anche dai residui di saldatura e sbavatura,

il successivo risciacquo con acqua osmotica predispone i pori dell’acciaio all’attacco delle

polveri. Un primo passaggio nel forno asciuga l’anta che viene poi coperta con le polveri

epossipoliestere. Il secondo passaggio nel forno a 180° cuoce definitivamente la vernice.

Lo stesso procedimento viene adottato anche per il telaio e altri accessori componenti la

porta.

It is the moving elements that opens and closes the frame. The leaf perimeter is made of a 1.5

mm thick steel profile which has been multi-folded in order to have an overall thickness of 12

mm. Double sheet-steel and omega-shaped profiles as vertical reinforcement strengthen

the structure. The unique perimeter profile (codified as P4) is patented by Blindato Effepi

Srl. The leaf is painted after it has been assembled and the framework finished. The paint

system envisions the passage of the leaf (hung onto a moving chain) in different phases:

washing, desiccation, powder application and paint curing. The pressurised wash with a

lukewarm water bath (50°) with dissolved iron salts degreases the leaf, cleaning it from

soldering and flashing residue. The successive rinsing with osmotic water prepares the steel

pores for powder attachment. A first passage in the furnace dries the leaf which is then

covered with epoxypolyester powder. The second passage in the furnace at 180° cures the

paint definitively. The same procedure is used for the frame and other accessories making

up the door.

moving bolts are made of chrome steel and they can be simple or double. They are operated

by the lock and lever switchlocks, on the upper and lower part of the door. They are useful

to fix the door correctly. Fixed bolts with 18 mm diameter. They are fixed on the hinges side

and they are solidly soldered to the door frame. Their task is to prevent the unhinging of the

door. Opening limiter - with ingenious system of automatic retraction.

CERNIERE HINGESAccessori funzionali per la movimentazione dell’anta. Sono realizzate con un piatto in

acciaio di elevato spessore, inserite all’interno dei profilati del telaio e dell’anta e quindi

saldate internamente così da risultare inaccessibili agli arnesi da scasso. Ruotano su sfere

alle estremità e sono registrabili alto/basso. Sono tenute da spine in acciaio temperato.

Functional accessories for moving the leaf. They are made of a very thick steel plate. They

are fixed inside the frame and door profile and then internally soldered in order to be

burglar-proof. They rotate on little spheres and can be vertically adjusted. They are fixed by

steel tempered pins.

SERRATURE LOCKSÈ un congegno, solitamente meccanico, atto a chiudere e bloccare una porta di

ingresso. Blindato Effepi adotta serrature a doppia mappa, a cilindro europeo,

multifunzione doppia mappa e cilindro europeo con serratura elettronica

motorizzata, protette da disco guida chiave in acciaio temperato, oppure da

una piastra d’acciaio al manganese antitrapano o da un defender.

It is a device, usually mechanical, that keeps a door shut. Blindato Effepi uses

double-bitted locks, multifunctional double-bitted locks and Europrofile cylinders

with powered electronic lock, protected by a tempered steel key lead plate, by

a drill-proof manganese steel plate or by a defender.

MANIGLIERIA HANDLESEffepi ha progettato e realizzato nuovi kit maniglieria con rosette tonte e/o

quadre. Le rosette hanno un sistema di regolazione che ne permette un perfetto

allineamento nella posa in cantiere.

Effepi has designed and made a new series of handles with round and/or square

roses. The roses have an adjustment system allowing them to be perfectly

aligned while being assembled in the factory.

KIT TENUTA ARIA-ACQUA-VENTO KIT TENUTA ARIA-ACQUA-VENTOIl kit tenuta aria-acqua-vento permette di sigillare la porta chiusa per evitare

l’infiltrazione degli elementi atmosferici all’interno dell’abitazione.

Il kit è composto da una particolare soglia in alluminio sagomata , da un profilato

acquastop con guarnizione a tre camere (posto nella parte inferiore dell’anta) e

da particolari di raccordo tra il profilato acquastop e le guarnizioni perimetrali

dell’anta, il tutto appositamente studiato con lo scopo di formare un sistema di

tenuta ininterrotto su tutti i quattro lati della porta.

The air-water-wind kit to seal the door closed to prevent the infiltration of the

elements inside the house.

The kit includes a particular aluminium shaped threshold, a bordered water-stop

with special gasket (at the bottom of the door) and special material between the

bordered water-stop and the perimeter gasket on the door. Everything thought

with the aim to seal the door in all its 4 sides.

GUARNIZIONI GASKETSElemento elastico di tenuta, inserito tra anta e telaio. La guarnizione perimetrale

It is an elastic seal that fills the space between the door leaf and the frame.

The Blindato Effepi perimeter gasket, placed directly on the leaf, improves air

tightness and sound insulation of the door. In some models there is a further

gasket that creates a double barrier against air and noise.

TAGLIASPIFFERO DRAUGHT PROOFINGÈ costituito da un sistema di discesa di una guarnizione mobile per chiudere il

passaggio di aria a porta chiusa, adatto anche per battente di soglia.

It is composed of a moving seal that prevents air flow when the door is closed. It

is suitable also for sloped profile sills.

COIBENTAZIONE INSULATIONOttenuta tramite l’inserimento nella camera, ottenuta tra la doppia lamiera

dell’anta, di pannelli in EPS o lana di roccia per un buon isolamento termo-

acustico. Le nostre porte blindate possono essere corredate da alcuni Kit per

l’abbattimento acustico: +37 dB / -41dB / -44dB.

The thermal and sound insulation is improved by inserting EPS or mineral wool

panels in the space between the double sheet metal of the door leaf. Moreover,

our doors can be fitted with an even higher sound insulation: -37 dB /-41dB /

Immensa combines the renowned Effepi

technical and safety quality with pleasantly

simple design in a planar surface with no

visible mechanisms. The Immensa door has

the panel that protrudes slightly from the wall.

The recessed hinges, placed inside the frame

and the door leaf so as not to be seen, are

characterised by remarkable resistance and

carrying capacity, which is way superior to

any model on the market and allow a door

opening of up to 180°.

4 safety resistance.

push-bar for quick opening of the

door. Pushing on the push-bar the

door opens even locked, not only
