CHI SIAMOLa “Fonderie Fontanini” è un’azienda di medie dimensioni, presente da oltre 70 anni sul mercato italiano ed estero.Specializzata in getti centrifugati fi no ad un diametro massimo di 3.500 mm, per un peso di oltre 16.000 Kg. La produzione di getti in bronzo all’alluminio è destinata alla meccanica pesante (laminatoi - presse) ed alla siderurgia; quella di getti in rame allo zinco ed allo stagno, alla cantieristica navale ed ai settori energetico ed idroelettrico; quella di bronzo ad elevato tenore di piombo alla costruzione di cuscinetti (settore chimico - cartario - cementifi co). Altamente qualifi cati nella fusione per centrifuga di bussole di guida per presse in ogni tipo di lega e nella lavorazione di grandi serie di bronzine da fornire pronte per la messa in opera.

COSA FACCIAMOFusioni in sabbia-conghiglia di metalli non ferrosi, in particolare di bronzi speciali (allo stagno, all’alluminio, con elevato tenore di piombo, ecc.). Getti i rame allo zinco ed allo stagno. Ottone. Riporti di metalli antifrizione mediante centrifugazione. Getti centrifugati fi no a un diametro di 3.500 mm. Fusioni fi no a 16.000 Kg. Offi cina meccanica per la fi nitura dei getti.La produzione avviene secondo le esigenze del cliente, su modelli che approntiamo in base a disegni e sempre con rispetto delle prescrizioni meccaniche e chimiche e secondo i capitolati internazionali.

WHAT WE ARE?Fonderie Fontanini 1933 S.r.l is a medium sized foundry which has been selling both on the Italian domestic market and internationally since its foundation over 70 years ago. Although not a large company we are nonetheless world leaders in the fi eld of Centrifugal Casting, also know as spun casting. Because of our many years of experience and high level of technical skill coupled with investment in the latest tooling we are able to offer centrifugal castings up to 3500mm diameter with a maximum weight of 16 tons!

WHAT WE DO?We are able to supply aluminium bronze castings for use with heavy machinery, for example rolling mills and power presses, and for the steel industry. In addition we supply tin, zinc and copper castings for use in the marine and power generation industry plus high lead bronzes for manufacture of bearings, typically used in the chemical, paper and cement production industries. We can also supply centrifugal castings of all aluminium alloys except those containing magnesium.Supplementing our ability to supply proof machined centrifugal castings we are also able to supply bushes, fully machined to custom-ers’ drawings in all alloys, ready for use.In addition to centrifugal castings we supply sand and chill castings in non-ferrous metals, in particular special bronzes (those with tin, aluminium, and high lead content) as well as Brasses. These are supplied up to 12 tons maximum weight.All our products are covered by our ISO accreditation and may be realised to any number of internationally recognised norms, for example: DIN, AFNOR, ASTM, BS, EN, ISO, SIS, SAE etc.

WHERE WE ARE?We are in the north eastern part of Italy, only 70 Km from the Austrian border and 30 Km from the border with Slovenia. We have easy motorway access and Trieste international airport at Ronchi dei Legionari is less than 30 Km distant.

WER WIR SIND?Unsere Fa. “Le Fonderie Fontanini 1933” ist ein mittelgrößer Betrieb, der sich seit mehr als 70 Jahren auf dem italienischen Markt und im Ausland behauptet.Wir sind spezialisiert auf das Schmelzen mit Zentrifugalkraft bis zu einem maximalen Durchmesser von 3.500 mm und einem maximalen Gewicht bis 16 Tonnen.

WAS MACHEN WIR?Durch Zentrifugalkraft gießen wir 3 Typen BronzeAluminiumbronze für die schwere Mechanik, wie für Walzwerke und Pressen im Eisenhüttenwesen. Zinkbronze für Schiffswerften den Bereich der hydroelektrischen Energie. Bronze mit hohem Bleigehalt für die Produktion von Lagerbuchsen in der Chemie, der Papierfabrikation und im Zementwerk. Durch das Zentrifugieren dieser Legierungen können wir große Serien realisieren.Außerdem sind wir in der Lage, die Teile montierbereit zu liefern, das heißt, Produktion nach Plan.Wir verfügen zudem über eine Gießerei, die nicht mit og. eisenhaltigen Metallen arbeitet.

QUI SOMMES-NOUS?Notre entreprise “Le Fonderie Fontanini 1933” est une PME, présente depuis plus de 70 ans sur le marché italien et à l’étranger. Elle est spécialisée dans les coulées centrifugées jusqu’à un diamètre maximum de 3.500 mm, et d’un poids maximal de 16 Tonnes.

QUE FAISONS-NOUS?Nous coulons par centrifugation tous les types de bronzes. Les bronzes d’aluminium sont destinés à la mécanique lourde comme la sidérurgie pour les laminoirs, les presses. Les bronzes de zinc et d’étain sont destinés aux chantiers navals, aux secteurs de l’energie hydroélectrique. Les bronzes à hauteur teneur au plomb sont destinés à la production de coussinets pour la chimie, la papeterie et la cimenterie.Pour la fusion par centrifugation de tous ces alliages, nous pouvons réaliser de grandes séries. Nous pouvons aussi fournir les pièces fi nies prêtes à monter, c’est-à-dire usinées suivant plan.Nous avons aussi un atelier de moulage en coquilles qui travaille sur des métaux non ferreux comme ceux cités ci-dessus.
