Pavaglass Colata is a system which is made of modied polymers, and is developed for transparent or colored self-leveling coatings with 1-3 mm up to 10-15 cm thickness.The high degree of transparency and gloss, even with high thicknesses, makes it ideal for casting with objects, materials, rocks and anything else you want.The insertion of iridescent pigments, natural lands, luminescent and phosphorescent pigments also allows the creation of various results: all to the advantage of the creativity and inventiveness of the decorator.The products are all solvent-free, characterized by low shrinkage and easy to use.

Pavaglass Colata system has been developed to satisfy the requirements of indoor envi-ronments since each product has no signicant VOC emissions (according to standard EN ISO 16000 and AgBB protocol); also it encourages adequate ther-mal conductivity which allows to operate also on heating oors.It has good adhesion on various surfaces (properly prepared) and has high wear resistance according to EN ISO 10545-7 (PEI II) and EN 14411 (Class 2).It is in compliance with B-s1 Fire Class Reaction, and it is recommended for use even in environments which are sub-ject to Fire Fighters surveil-lance (EN 13501-1).Pavaglass Colata system also inhibits the proliferation of bacteria ensuring the hygiene of the surfaces.

1. Applicazione di Pavafondo 2S a spatola (consumo in funzio-ne dello spessore da realizza-re) caricato circa al 30% con quarzo di granulometria 0,06-0,10 mm.

2. Carteggiatura ed aspirazione della supercie

3. Applicazione strato di formula-to bicomponente Pavaglass UV Colata vers. (resa teorica

22,0-3,0 kg/m ) per l'ottenimento di una malta sintetica scorrevo-le ed autolivellante, esente da solventi e pigmentata nella gamma di colori previsti. Consultare ns. ufcio tecnico per ulteriori informazioni sulle modalità applicative.

4. Se necessario cerare la super-cie con formulato Pavalux lucido applicato in adeguate quantità con idonea lucidatrice corredata di dischi in velcro di lana.

2. Surface sanding and dust re-moval.

3. Lay two-component Pavaglass UV Colata vers. (theoretical consumption

22,0-3,0 kg/m in order to ob-tain a self-leveling, solvent free and colored product. Contact our technical ofce to get more information on installation.

4. If necessary lay a special wax on the surface with Pavalux (matt wax) by using suitable polisher with velcro wool disks.
