SISTEMA CAR SHARING VENEZIA

Il sistema è stato progettato in modo assolutamente modulare, per consentirne potenziamenti successivi laddove ne venga ravvisata l’esigenza/opportunità.

Nel novembre 2007 è stato riconosciuto quale servizio pubblico locale per la mobilità sostenibile (rif. delibera del Consiglio Comunale n. 165 del 28.11.07)

VENICE CAR SHARING SYSTEM

The system has been planned in a totally modular way, so as to make allowances for subsequent developments should the need/opportunity be envisaged.

In november 2007 it was recognized as a local public service for sustainable mobility (see City Council act n. 165 of 28.11.07)

CARATTERISTICHE1) GESTIONE AUTOMATIZZATA:- prenotazione tramite call center (24h/24) o via web- disponibilità board computer su ciascun veicolo per dialogare con il call center senza dover utilizzare il telefono - prelievo / rilascio vetture tramite smart card (in modo self service totalmente automatizzato)- rilevazione km percorsi tramite odometro

2) QUOTA ASSOCIATIVA ANNUALE € 50,00 per gli iscritti in data successiva al 31 marzo 2008(in fase di iscrizione viene richiesto aggiuntivamente un deposito cauzionale di € 20,00 per il rilascio della tessera).

2) ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE € 50,00 for registration after 31 march 2008(an extra deposit of € 20,00 will be requested upon registration for issuing of the card).

3) TARIFFESistema tariffario unico. Le tariffe (oraria e chilometrica) sono le medesime, qualunque sia il veicolo utilizzato ed a prescindere dal giorno (feriale/festivo) o dall’orario (diurno/notturno) in cui il servizio viene utilizzato.• TARIFFA ORARIA: € 2,75 • TARIFFA CHILOMETRICA: € 0,40

4) AGEVOLAZIONI NEL TRANSITO E NELLA SOSTANel Comune di Venezia alle autovetture adibite al servizio car sharing è consentito:• transitare e sostare nell’ambito delle “zone a traffico limitato” • utilizzare le corsie preferenziali e/o corsie riservate • sostare gratuitamente e senza limiti di tempo nei parcheggi comunali su strada ed in struttura gestiti da A.S.M. S.p.A. • circolare liberamente in occasione dei blocchi parziali o totali del traffico (a prescindere dal tipo di alimentazione del veicolo).

3) RATESSingle rates system. All rates (hourly and mileage) are the same, whatever the vehicle used and irrespective of the day (weekday/holiday) or time (day/night) during which the vehicle is used.

• HOURLY RATE: € 2,75 • KILOMETRIC RATE: € 0,40

4) FACILITATIONS IN TRANSIT AND PARKING Within the Venice municipality car sharing service vehicles may:• drive and park within “limited traffic zones”• use bus and taxi lanes and /or reserved traffic lanes• park gratis and without time limits in municipal parking areas on-street and garages run by A.S.M. S.p.A.• circulate freely during partial or total traffic bans (irrespective of the type of vehicle fuel).

5) POSSIBILITA’ DI EFFETTUARE TRATTE UNIDIREZIONALI (ONE-WAY)Fatta eccezione per alcuni veicoli che devono obbligatoriamente essere restituiti presso la stazione in cui sono stati prelevati, tutti gli altri possono essere rilasciati in via definitiva presso una qualsiasi area di sosta attrezzata car sharing.

6) COMPOSIZONE FLOTTALa flotta si compone di n. 48 mezzi differenti per modelli, dimensioni (n. posti a sedere) e tipo di alimentazione (benzina, metano ed elettrica).Disponibili anche n. 2 Fiat Doblò attrezzati di pedana per disabili ed un Fiat Doblò Cargo per il trasporto di merci e materiali.

5) POSSIBILITY OF MAKING ONE-WAY TRIPSExcepting certain vehicles which must be returned at the same station where they were collected, all the others may be returned definitely at any other parking space equipped for car sharing.

6) FLEET COMPOSITON The fleet is composed of 48 vehicles, differing as to model, size (number of seats) and type of fuelling (petrol, gas or electric).Two Fiat Doblò equipped with a disabled persons platform are available, as well as a Fiat Doblò Cargo for transport of goods and materials.
